Chinese Genocidal Campaigns in Xinjiang: A Critical Analysis
This paper aims to critically examine China\u27s relentless attempts for the forcible assimilation of the native Uyghur Turkic Muslim population into Han culture in the Xinjiang Autonomous area. The Uyghur and other Turkic minority groups in Xinjiang are now expected to submit to the cultural practices of the Han Chinese majority after losing their independence. According to CCP, local cultures and landscapes must be altered to fit the national narrative, and some aspects of minority culture must be eradicated as part of this assimilation process. The Chinese government is particularly skeptical of religious and foreign influences on non-Han cultures. Xi Jinping emphasized the need of avoiding foreign interference and merging religious concepts with Chinese culture during the 2016 National Religious Work Conference. According to Zhang Xunmou, the government\u27s main religious policy adviser, who made this claim in 2019, complete sinicization—both inside and outside—is the ultimate goal of religious work. The international community is not stopping this process
From Data To Care: Leveraging Tech For Value, Engagement, And Personalization
Healthcare technology increases VBC, PCM, and PM convergence. Reliable databases evaluate government studies, white papers, and peer-reviewed journals. Search VBC, PCM, PM, healthcare tech. A thorough literature study supports these ideas and technology\u27s healthcare impact.
Technology improves VBC, PCM, and PM cooperation, says the paper. Data and analytics help VBCs target high-risk populations. EHRs and machine learning discover PHM chronic disease risk factors. Remote chronic disease care is cheaper and easier using telehealth.
PCM has patient tech. Physician involvement, medication adherence, and protected medical data enhance patient portal usage. MHealth uses education, self-monitoring, and dose reminders. Live biometric data from wearable devices helps patients achieve health goals. Tech aids PM. After genome sequencing, genetics may alter treatment. Genetic, clinical, and environmental big data analytics may help researchers find illness biomarkers and adapt therapies. AI predicts and alters treatment using big datasets. PM precision medicine targets biological processes to enhance effectiveness and side effects. Technologies like VBC, PCM, and PM affect healthcare. VBC emphasizes value over volume for preventive and coordinated treatment, which may save healthcare expenditures and enhance population health. Patient-centered tech may improve chronic illness self-management, treatment adherence, and satisfaction. Effective and tailored drugs may improve healthcare outcomes and inequalities. Remove obstacles to improve convergence. Protecting patient data needs cybersecurity. EHR interoperability may limit public health data exchange. Fair technology access prevents healthcare inequity. Healthcare technology integration involves digital literacy and poverty reduction.
PCM, VBC, and PM change healthcare. Technology allows patient engagement, data-driven decision-making, and personalized treatment. Equity, interoperability, and tech need R&D. IT allows proactive, tailored, value-driven healthcare.
Effects of Physical Activity on Subjective Health Perception of Metabolic Syndrome Korean Elderly
This study was meant to examine the impact of physical work on the subjective health perspectives of older persons with metabolic illness in order to develop a well-being training programme and nursing intervention programme for patients with metabolic illness. The Korea Centers for Disease Control and Prevention evaluated the results of the 2019 National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey, as well as 1,735 older people for the data collection, served as the study\u27s subjects. The statistical software SPSS 21.0 was used. To validate the segment properties of the review subjects, frequency analysis was done. In order to confirm the relationship between physical activity and perceived subjective health, metabolic illnesses such hypertension, dyslipidemia, and diabetes were the focus of the correlation study. Multiple regression analysis was used to examine the effect of physical work on the subjective health of the older population with metabolic infection. observing the connections between the study model\u27s elements, factors like subjective health perception insight, physical work (strolling, strength work out), drinking, and home showed positive correlation. Respondent\u27s age showed a negative connection between\u27s subjective health perception discernments. Strolling, strength exercise, and liquor utilization affected subjective health perception in the hypertensive old populace. Strolling and strength practice in the dyslipidemic old affected subjective health perception. Strolling and strength practice in diabetic older affected subjective health perception. Actual work influences the subjective health perception impression of the older with metabolic condition
Blockchain in Psychological Health: The Future of Medical Records
Purpose-Electronic health records (EHRs) have replaced paper medical records due to their convenience, safety, and ability to lessen data duplication. Poor interoperability and unsolved privacy concerns are still difficulties with EHRs, though. Blockchain, a distributed ledger protocol made up of encrypted blocks of data grouped in chains, could be used to address the interoperability and confidentiality issues plaguing EHRs. In this paper, we explain what electronic health records (EHRs) are and how blockchain technology works, and we offer a blockchain-based future that will improve EHR interoperability and privacy.
Methodology-There was a total of 424 health care workers from hospitals in the Andhra Pradeshincluded in the study\u27s quantitative analysis, which included descriptive statistics, a t test, and an analysis of variance.
Findings-Efficient data management, equitable access, and reliable systems are all topics the study examines. To this aim, we propose the continued need for research in health informatics, data sciences, and ethics in order to implement blockchain-based EHRs.
Social implications-Concerns around blockchain\u27s carbon footprint, inequitable access to healthcare, and patient mistrust all need to be addressed in any blockchain-based EHR plan.
Originality-With the advent of blockchain technology, the groundwork is being laid for a completely new approach to healthcare. This study contributes to the literature on the use of blockchain technology in future healthcare because there are currently too few case studies examining the intersection of blockchain and contemporary medical practice
Psychosocial Problems and Psychological Distress Therapy for over BMI Personnel’s Mental Well-Being
The psychological implications of obesity are discussed in this article. Obesity is linked to a substantial amount of psychological distress. Obese people often suffer with problems including depression, low self-esteem, poor quality of life, and negative body image. This emotional discomfort is likely to have a role in seeking therapy, but it may also have an effect on treatment success. As a result, the majority of multidisciplinary obesity treatment teams include mental health experts who can evaluate and treat patients\u27 mental health problems as required. Weight reduction is usually linked with gains in psychological status and functioning, which is encouraging. These beneficial effects are typically most noticeable in those who have lost a significant amount of weight, as is the case after bariatric surgery. Unfortunately, some people who lose weight suffer a relapse of old psychopathology or the emergence of new psychosocial problems. Those who gain weight after losing it, regardless of how they lost it, are at risk of regaining undesirable psychiatric symptoms. The sad, all-too-common occurrence of weight return reminds all treatment providers of the need of assessing psychosocial functioning at the start of therapy, monitoring changes throughout weight loss, and being on the lookout for problems increasing with weight recovery
Changing Management Trends Being Practiced in the Medium and Large-Scale Firms with Reference to Employee Psychology
With respect to large-scale industries and firms, the concept of changing management is deeply required for high development in the future. Due to the change of total management like leadership and changing management, employee psychology is essential for further aims and goals. In terms of different tools and technologies, several machines, employees and leadership must be changed in this order. As the psychology of medium and large-scale firms employees affects the acceptance of technology and changing management trends. Moreover, there are several developmental software that are also related to employee psychology and changing management with the context of large and medium firms. To construct this project on the basis of the secondary data the total employees. Technologies and tools and also the amount of the software have been collected in the context of qualitative analysis of those data for further analysis.
Safety and Efficacy of Middle Lobe Transurethral Resection in Patients with Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia
Background: Unfortunately, the conventional transurethral prostate resection approach is associated with loss of antegrade ejaculation in about 65 to 80 % of patients. Loss of ability to ejaculate is by far the most common concern in relatively young men with benign prostatic hyperplasia undergoing standard transurethral resection procedure. The aim of the study was planned and carried out in order to compare the outcome of ejaculatory preserving middle lobe TURP with that of the standard TURP in a groups of relatively young Iraqi patients (< 65) with benign prostatic hyperplasia.
Methods: The current comparative prospective study was carried out in the urology department of Hilla Teaching Hospital, Babel province, Iraq. The study included a total of 60 men with symptomatic benign prostatic hyperplasia, 30 of them underwent middle lobe only TURP and the remaining patients underwent standard whole TURP. The groups were followed up for one year for principal outcome of erectile dysfunction and preservation if antegrade ejaculation.
Results: The duration of operation was significantly less in middle lobe TURP in comparison to that of standard whole TURP (P <0.05). The frequency of men with erectile dysfunction was significantly less in middle lobe TURP in comparison to that of standard whole TURP (P <0.05). The frequency of men with preservation of ejaculation was significantly higher in middle lobe TURP in comparison to that of standard whole TURP (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in mean IPSS, Q max and PVRU between both groups (P > 0.05), despite being better in standard whole TURP.
Conclusion: Middle lobe TURP appears more appropriate for mean < 65 years of age with prominent middle lobe benign prostatic hyperplasia in terms less operative time, less frequency of postoperative erectile dysfunction and preservation of ejaculation in comparison to standard whole TURP.
Attitudes, Knowledge, Practice, and Perceived Barrios of Nursing Staff towards Pressure Ulcer Prevention: A Correlational Cross-Sectional Study
Background: Pressure ulcers often occur for patients with physical disabilities, who are unconscious or have reduced mobility. Nurses are the most important link in preventing the development of pressure ulcer, and they also play an important role in his recovery. This study was designed to identify the nurse\u27s knowledge, attitudes, practice, and perceived barriors toward prevention of pressure ulcer.
Results: The study concluded that 40 % of nurse who aged of 25-34 years, 41% of them was higher professional education as an education level, 55% of them were female, and 35% of them had 5-10 years of experience. Finally, 40% of them was work in surgical wards. Most of them had low knowledge for majority of items.
Conclusion: All of nurse had negative attitudes regarding the prevention of pressure ulcer. A 70% of the nurses participating in the study do not work properly and their practices are wrong in preventing pressure ulcers and nearly two-thirds of the nurses participating in the study admitted that there are barrios in their work
Mental Well Being & Psychological Reattachment of Adolescents – An Empirical Study
Accepting and adapting to change is one of the most important challenges, and it is expected of adolescents to adapt to various challenges and experiences while growing up. This is one of the most important challenges. We are taught from a young age that the only thing that is guaranteed in life is change. Transitions are an important facet of our lives, and they can occur at any time and in any number of different contexts. As a result, transitioning into adulthood from the point of view of adolescents can be very difficult. For instance, when it is expected of them to adjust to a new environment and routine, some adolescents experience feelings of insecurity. We tend to ignore it as an issue and operate under the assumption that the adolescents will adapt to the new circumstances as best they can. This change from one location to another can be relatively stress-free for adolescents in the majority of instances; however, if it is not managed carefully, it may be upsetting for some of them. This study examines mental well-being and psychological reattachment among Jews adolescents at the stage of emigration from one place to another. The respondents were asked through structured questionnaire about their self-confidence, personal appearance, competency level, behavioural, mental & emotional problems as well as sense of loneliness in terms of mental well-being scaling questionnaires. Similarly, they were also questioned about discrimination and marginalisation, anti-damaging semitism\u27s effects, exile & trauma, elimination of fundamental beliefs, psychological reattachment & disclosure in terms of psychological reattachment scaling. The objective of the study is to find the age-wise & gender-wise mental well-being changes & psychological reattachment among adolescents. Statistical tools like mean & standard deviation scores calculated for the findings
