Developing An Interactive Web-Based Time Series Forecasting System With Deep Learning And LSTM For Student Enrollment Using Dash
Forecasting methods are one of the most promising areas in the data analytics landscape. In this paper we demonstrate the added value of using the LSTM model to forecast the enrollment process in higher education context. We also proposed web-based systems that give the top university manager the ability to make correct decisions. The system that we develop offers a dashboard to improve strategic decisions for the university to allow managers to make decisions for expansion to new sites or to create new courses

The Influence of Demographic Variables in Virtual Team Effectiveness
Akshata Bilagi (2023)[1] mentioned that the COVID-19 outbreak and the regulations against social distance have caused many firms to convert to a virtual workplace. As more companies use remote teams, it\u27s critical to first understand the particular needs and characteristics of virtual teams. Through the analysis of various peer-reviewed articles and other texts, this study highlights building trust, effective communication, and performance management as the main areas of attention in order to ensure the efficacy of virtual teams. The global software development industry has taken the lead in implementing cutting-edge setups and strategies for remote teamwork in the digital age employing information and communication technologies. The interaction between crises and technological breakthroughs has changed how people work. During the so-called oil crisis of the 1970s, the phrase "teleworking" was originally used to refer to using remote computer technology to access office equipment and avoid driving around in traditional automobiles. Later, with advancements in communications and the widespread adoption of the Internet, the first virtual work teams were adopted in software development organizations from the beginning of the 1990s. Some of the essential characteristics needed to function in this way were already present in these organizations, including clearly defined tasks, cultural variety, and geographical distribution of members, task interdependence, communication, leadership, empowerment, cohesion, confidence, and vitality.

A Bibliometric Analysis On Anti Consumption Appeals As A Marketing Strategy: Corporate Social Responsibility And Consumer Skepticism
The concept of "Corporate Social Responsibility" (CSR) refers to the belief that companies should have responsibilities to society in addition to their present financial obligations, such as paying taxes. No matter how much this mindset, which eventually turned into a broad demand, grew, there was still no clarity on what CSR actually meant in its purest form. Customers have to believe that the company\u27s CSR program will be successful in resolving the problem in order for the brand to succeed. As a consequence of this, the first and second components of consumer skepticism are comprised of the consumers\u27 judgments of the problem\u27s severity and the message\u27s efficacy, respectively. The (perceived) reason why a company participates in a CSR activity is another factor that might affect how customers respond to such participation. Customers may attribute a company\u27s motivations to either intrinsic (such as sincere environmental concerns) or extrinsic (such as strategically maximizing profits) causes. This may result in either positive or negative consumer reactions, such as customers\u27 company evaluations, support for the initiative, and product purchase intentions. Customers may also attribute a company\u27s motivations to both intrinsic and extrinsic causes. When corporate social responsibility (CSR) is driven by egoistic and stakeholder-driven (extrinsic) motivations, consumers are dubious of it. This research outlines the key categories that were used to classify the various pieces of writing. People who are interested in this field of study would benefit from having knowledge of this content since it would make it easier for them to seek insight into particular categories. In addition, it is possible to get knowledge regarding the most prestigious journals in the sector that are devoted to CSR research and their links to marketing-related activities that discourage use of products.

Hence, this particular review provides a summary of the information related to history, philosophy/concepts, types/techniques, and physiological/therapeutic effects in various systems of the body with possible side effects of Yoga based on the available traditional and scientific literatur
Studies On Cocrystallization Of Pitavastatin: Solid State Characterization
The poor solubility and dissolution rate is major constrain in oral delivery of most of drugs. The most of drug synthesized nowadays are BCS class II and IV drugs. Many scientific investigators have utilized various approaches for dissolution rate enhancement of drug. The formulation of cocrystals is recently explored way for solubility enhancement of drug. Pitavstatin is HMG CoA reductase inhibitor used in management of increased cholesterol level. The poor solubility is major limitation associated with oral delivery of pitavastatin. Thus, present study has planned to formulate pitavastatin cocrystals.
The cocrystals of pitavastatin were prepared using various coformer by solvent evaporation method. The formulated cocrystals showed enhanced saturation solubility than pure drug and more drug release than pure drug. Thus, cocrystals could be promising alternative for delivery of drug
Status and Challenges of Inclusive Education in India: A Comprehensive Analysis
