Reattach Therapy for Reducing Anxiety in Children with Developmental Diversities
Background: Anxiety in children could appear as fear but it additionally has the ability to make children restless and furious. Anxiety is prevalent and occasionally severe for kids with autism. Identifying anxious feelings and identifying the cause is the first step toward controlling anxiety. Relaxation, imagery, and different types of ReAttach therapies are all successful techniques for dealing with anxiety.
Method: Interpretivism is the chosen research philosophy along with the deductive research approach. On the other hand, descriptive research design has also been selected in the present scenario. The data has been considered as secondary and qualitative data analysis has been done. For the collection of all the required information scholars, journals, books have been followed. Qualitative data analysis method is the appropriate method that is done by thematic structure.
Findings: Using strategies including cognitive appraisal, or “cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT)”, has been demonstrated to be successful in helping children with ASD deal with anxiety. Directly addressing one’s fears via exposure therapy is shown to decrease the amount and severity of anxious emotions. Children experiencing depression and anxiety have also benefited more from treatments based on mindfulness like MBSR and MBCT-C.
Conclusion: As a consequence of CBT, children with autism feel less anxiety. “Mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR)” and “cognitive behavioural treatment” for anxiety and depression (MBCT-C) are two instances of these kinds of therapies. Additional research is required to create customized therapies for kids with anxiety
Science Teaching from a Distance: Readiness and Resilience in a Post-Pandemic World
Most people\u27s everyday schedules have been interrupted by the COVID-19 outbreak, kept them homebound, forced the closure of companies and schools, and brought online learning into widespread use. The pandemic is not over yet. Pandemic will continually affect the delivery of knowledge and skills at all levels of education. The education sector must brace to face possibilities. This research explored and investigated the different ways and tools the science teachers in HEIs employed in teaching during Covid 19. This is to prepare them for future uncertainties. The study used systematic review research and used the PRISMA flow 2020 to identify the literatures. The approach of thematic analysis developed by Braun and Clarke was used to analyze and generate themes. The data shows that higher education science teachers during pandemic created innovations in their delivery online. They performed and acquired flexible teaching strategies, interactive and participatory technology-aided techniques, teaching skills, and technological applications and tools. This further shows that science teachers in HEIs were equipped with proper training and acquired basic skills in teaching different disciplines such as the strategies and techniques. Teachers’ exposure to technology prior to the pandemic helps a lot in their online delivery. It is highly recommended that HEIs will enhance and empower the teachers in science and in other areas for online teaching by conducting training, seminars and workshops. This will make them equipped with strategies and skills in the uncertainties of time and become ready and resilient in a post-pandemic world
Effectiveness of Relaxation Training On Quality of Life among Mothers of Mentally Disabled Children
The birth of a child with an intellectual disability can have a profound impact on a family, so Compared to parents of typical children, parents of special needs children are more likely to have an effect on their mental health.. Parents of children with disabilities often report physical and mental stress when caring for their children, which affects their quality of life (QOL). Researchers show parents of children with intellectual disabilities are generally at risk of poor quality of life. Keeping this in view the investigator aimed to assess the effectiveness of relaxation training on Quality of life among mothers of mentally disabled children. On the basis of the inclusion and exclusion criteria, 250 mothers were chosen. For this investigation, a true experimental design was used. Mothers who attended Vidhya Sudha Special School comprised the population, and 125 mothers from each group were chosen based on purposeful sampling.. There is a statistically significant mean difference in QOL-Physical Health scores at posttest 1 (p<0 1) and post-test 2 (p<0.001) and post-test 3 .001), in QOL-Psychological health at posttest 3(p<0.001), QOL-Social relationship at posttest 2 (p<0.001) and post-test 3 (p<0.001) and in QOL-Environmental posttest 3 (p<0.04) between study group and control group. Progressive relaxation is an effective intervention on in improving quality of life among mothers with mentally disabled children
Psychology Behind Improving Environmental Literacy in Students’ Education
The Philippine laws since 1977 have mandated incorporating environmental subjects into the fundamental education curriculum. After decades of execution, an assessment was piloted to appraise the present Environmental Literacy amongst Junior high school students in Iloilo City and Iloilo province, respectively, all located in the Philippines. The data will afford reference point information that is useful to outline the fitting environmental education programs. There are 500 students given a survey questionnaire. The data on environmental proficiency, verbal agreement, tangible commitment, environmental consciousness, and general environmental feelings was later collected. The data were analysed using chi-squared tests and Pearson\u27s correlation coefficient. Results showed that the student\u27s environmental literacy level was moderate, with significant correlations between ecological knowledge and sex, residence location, and grade in science; actual commitment and residence location; and general environmental feelings and grade in science. These outcomes suggest the necessity for supplementary and targeted environmental education programs in schools, especially in rural areas. Additionally, the study highlights the importance of gender-sensitive environmental education programs to increase environmental Literacy among female students
Observational Study of Changes in Psychosocial Quality of Life in Older Hemodialysis Patients in a Tertiary Care Hospital
India has a significant elderly population, with statistics highlighting its size and importance. As of 2021, the elderly population (aged 60 years and above) in India numbered around 139 million, accounting for approximately 10% of the total population. The country is witnessing a gradual rise in the proportion of elderly citizens due to increased life expectancy and declining birth rates. This demographic shift poses challenges and opportunities, including healthcare and social welfare needs. Adequate attention and policies are crucial to address the evolving requirements of this growing elderly population in India. (Liyanage, T., 2022). Chronic illness like end-stage renal failure has a significant detrimental effect on patients\u27 health-related Almost all aspects of their everyday lives have been severely limited or impaired, which has a negative impact on their quality of life. Although hemodialysis therapy has come a long way, patients still face physical, psychological, economic, and social issues that lower their quality of life. (Hamer, R.A. and El Nahas, A.M., 2006, 563).

Comparative Assessment of Monitoring of World Heritage Sites in the Arab Region
The purpose of this paper is to identify the challenges faced by the monitoring system at the World Heritage Sites in the Arab Region. This paper studies the process of monitoring the inscribed properties of the Arab States. More particularly, the study will review the State of Conservation Reports as well as periodic and mission reports related to the scope of the research. The paper will focus on three case studies: the site of Tyre in Lebanon, the site of Petra in Jordan and the Land of Olives and Vine—the cultural landscape of southern Jerusalem, Battir in Palestine. One main question to be answered in this study is why decisions resulting from State of Conservation Reports (SOC) concerning the management plan structure are not fully implemented.
The study concludes that State of Conservation Reports are procedural and not operational by nature. The non-dynamic and outdated administrative system, as a blockage to the proper management of the WHS is considered a major challenge in achieving effective management. In addition, a lack of cooperation and coordination between various departments at the local and regional levels was identified as being of great importance.
