Decision-Making in Medicare Prescription Drug Plans: A Generative AI Approach to Consumer Behavior Analysis
This manuscript introduces the topic of consumer decision-making in the Medicare prescription drug market, where an annual enrollee decision process is the first stage of a two-stage sequential treatment that informs long-term insurance plan choice and actual utilization and claims. We examine the potential for generative AI to analyze decision-making in this context, which is of interest in consumer behavior more generally and in healthcare areas such as marketing, where both low-stakes and high-stakes purchase decisions are made by information-limited consumers. Knowledge potentially generated by this study could be of interest to all stakeholders in the Medicare Part D program. In summary, we present two broad contributions to this study. Methodologically, we demonstrate the use of generative deep learning models for inferring consumer preferences and heterogeneity from observational data in a specific consumer products market with implications for evaluation and public policy. Moreover, the approach presents a potential non interventionist method for determining individual or subpopulation-specific treatment effects from uncontrolled big data. At a more specific industry level, this study considers decision-making in the high-stakes healthcare market. We illustrate that low-income adults, who may have health complications in addition to age-related problems, can suffer disbenefits from consumer misinformation. We view this as an important and often overlooked area of policy and management research
Role Of Homoeopathy In Treating Infertility Due To Polycystic Ovary Disorder (Pcod): A Holistic Approach
Polycystic Ovary Disorder (PCOD) is a prevalent endocrine disorder affecting women of reproductive age, often leading to infertility. Conventional treatments focus on hormonal therapy, lifestyle modifications, and surgical interventions, which may have side effects and limited long-term efficacy. Homoeopathy has emerged as a holistic, individualized approach to managing PCOD and its associated infertility. This paper explores the role of Homoeopathy in addressing the root causes of PCOD, such as hormonal imbalances, insulin resistance, and psychological stress, using remedies like Sepia Officinalis, Pulsatilla Nigricans, and Calcarea Carbonica. Evidence from clinical studies and case reports highlights homeopathy’s ability to improve menstrual regularity, restore ovulation, reduce ovarian cysts, and enhance fertility outcomes, while offering minimal side effects and emotional well-being. Despite the need for larger trials to strengthen its evidence base, Homoeopathy shows significant promise as a complementary or alternative therapy for PCOD management. This study underscores the importance of holistic care in addressing the multifaceted challenges posed by PCOD and infertility
Effectiveness Of Individualized Homoeopathic Medicine In The Treatment Of Fungus Disease (Tinea Capitis)- A Case Report
Fungus diseases are known to impact millions of lives. However, the epidemiology of fungal infections varies in different geographical regions, being dependent on multiple factors including at-risk individuals, socioeconomic attributes, and fungal endemicity related to geo-ecological characteristics, all leading to substantial impacts on health. Fungal diseases can be difficult to diagnose and treat. The modern system of medicines makes the usage of external application like ointments, fungicides etc. which leads to suppression or palliation. So the disease tends to recur often and becomes a chronic disease. There is wide scope in Homoeopathy for treating fungal diseases esp. Tinea infections
Social Work Interventions For Enhancing Labour Rights In The Informal Sector In The Indian Context
The informal sector in India, which constitutes a large portion of the workforce, is characterized by precarious working conditions, lack of job security, and limited access to labor rights and social benefits. Despite its significant contribution to the economy, workers in this sector often face exploitation due to the absence of formal contracts and regulatory frameworks. This research paper explores the role of social work interventions in enhancing labor rights within the informal sector. It examines various strategies employed by social workers, including advocacy for legal reforms, raising awareness about workers\u27 rights, providing legal and social support, and promoting collective action. The paper highlights successful case studies, such as initiatives by worker unions and non-governmental organizations, and evaluates the effectiveness of these interventions in empowering informal workers. The paper also offers policy recommendations to strengthen labor rights in the informal sector and emphasizes the importance of integrated, community-based social work approaches in addressing the challenges faced by informal workers
Importance of Temperament in Homoeopathic Prescription- A Case Report
Chronic disease like Irritable Bowel Syndrome is mainly caused by psychological disorder. Recurrent diarrhoea is one of the most common complaints in IBS. Hahnemann has given the concept of temperaments and even in chronic disaese people can get idea about it. Other stalwarts of homoeopathy like Dr Hering & Dr. Allen also advocated prescription & remedy selection on the basis of deviation of temperaments in the diseased state. The words choleric/bilious; phlegmatic/pituitous; sanguine/blood; and melancholic/nervous written in Herring’s Guiding Symptoms, Allen\u27s Keynotes, and many other of the old books on Homeopathy
Efficacy Of Homoeopathic Medicines On Dysmenorrhoea
Dysmenorrhea refers to painful menstruation, which can significantly affect the quality of life. It is categorized into two types: 1.Primary Dysmenorrhea: Painful periods without an underlying pelvic pathology, often starting soon after menarche. 2.Secondary Dysmenorrhea: Pain caused by underlying conditions such as endometriosis, fibroids, or pelvic inflammatory disease. Homeopathy considers the whole person, focusing on individual symptoms and emotional health. Remedies are selected based on a detailed case history, including physical, emotional, and lifestyle factors
From Marginalization To Leadership: The Changing Dimensions Of Women Empowerment In India
This study examines the transformation of women’s status in India from historical marginalization to emerging leadership across political, economic, social, and institutional domains. Drawing upon secondary data sources, national survey reports, policy documents, and scholarly literature, the research adopts a multidimensional framework to analyze the evolving nature of women empowerment. The study traces the historical roots of gender inequality embedded in patriarchal structures, economic dependence, and socio-cultural norms, while highlighting the conceptual shift from welfare-oriented approaches to agency- and leadership-based paradigms. It evaluates the impact of constitutional safeguards, policy interventions, grassroots governance reforms, financial inclusion initiatives, and educational expansion in accelerating women’s participation and leadership. Empirical evidence indicates measurable progress in mobility, financial independence, political representation, and attitudinal change toward gender norms. However, persistent barriers—including gender-based violence, intersectional inequalities, digital divides, and implementation gaps—continue to constrain sustainable transformation. The findings underscore that empowerment is not a linear process but a dynamic interplay of structural reform, institutional support, and socio-cultural change. The study concludes that strengthening inclusive leadership pathways, ensuring effective policy implementation, and addressing emerging risks are essential for consolidating gains and achieving substantive gender equality in India
Explainable AI and ML Models for Transparent Clinical Decision Support
Artificial intelligence has the potential to augment clinical decision making. By learning patterns of risk and disease directly from empirical data, AI methods offer one solution to the difficulty health care professionals face in considering ever-increasing amounts of information. Clinicians making a medical decision for a patient want not only an accurate estimate of the risks associated with their patient\u27s disease or treatment options but also an understanding of the reasoning behind these risks. This desire for explanation drives the growing interest in explainability in AI, particularly in AI for health care. Explainable Artificial Intelligence (XAI) is defined as methods that generate new AI models for which the behaviour can be understood, directly or indirectly, by humans. The concept of human understanding encompasses three different levels – transparency, interpretability and accountability. The heart of the concern for transparency in AI is the incomprehensibility of the learned representations, the “black box” nature of the complex function learned from the training data.

A Study on Cognitive Activity Programs for Elderly Person with Mild Cognitive Impairment
Background/Objectives: This study is to investigate how the difference of short term memory and sustained attention in cognitive activity programs (CAP) applied to the elderly person with mild cognitive impairment (MCI).
Methods/Statistical analysis: 18 Elderly with MCI were classified into three groups, experimental group 1 (EG1) performed activities of daily living based CAP (ADL-CAP), and experimental group 2 (EG2) implemented a workbook based CAP. Control group (CG) did not receive any special intervention. For short term memory and sustained attention, the evaluation form used a digit span test (DST), digit symbol substitution test (DSST) and attention questionnaire scale (AQS). In statistical analysis, One-way ANOVA was used to investigate the differences in DST, DSST, and AQS after intervention among three groups, and an independent sample T-test was performed to confirm the DST, DSST, and AQS after intervention between EG.
Findings: In EG1, short term memory and sustained attention showed a significant difference, and in EG2, only the sustained attention showed a statistically significant difference among three group. and In the comparison of short memory and sustained attention after intervention between the two experimental groups, there were significant differences in DST, DSST, and AQS after intervention in EG1. Improvements/Applications: CAP helped elderly with MCI improve short term memory and sustained attention on intervention such as ADLs based CAP and workbook-based CAP. In particular, ADLs based CAP tailored to the characteristics of the subject can affect the short term memory and sustained attention by enhancing the subject\u27s participation
Analysis on Agriculture Management and Monitoring Using IoT Technology for Security of Workers and to Boost their Psychology for Nutritional Agricultural Production
In order to increase farm profitability as well as fulfil the globe\u27s populace development, fast rising nutritional consumption, agricultural production must be improved. Knowing as well as predicting agricultural development across various weather situations helps boost agricultural output. This article presents a detailed analysis on agriculture management and monitoring using IoT technology for security. Nowadays, agricultural recommendations are made depending on information from agriculture experiments conducted in the area, which record harvest growth throughout various situations. Nevertheless, as such agricultural experiments are frequently conducted in dispersed, distant sites, especially since such information are generally gathered directly, crop yield information gathering is presently stagnant. Additionally, the reliability of mechanically acquired harvest production information is quite poor since it ignores previous circumstances which person workers were not aware of, although it is crucial to screen away gathered information which would result in incorrect judgments
