This study uses research tools such as questionnaire, structural interview form, expert evaluation form, etc. The population used in the study includes: 12 private undergraduate universities in Guangxi. The data are provided by middle-level managers, administrators and full-time teachers. The total sample size is 317, with 10 respondents and 5 evaluation experts. Data analysis is conducted by using SPSS27 for descriptive statistical analysis of frequency distribution, percentage, mean analysis, standard deviation, etc.
The research results found that:
The internal resource allocation level of private universities in Guangxi can be evaluated by the current situation of human resource allocation, financial resource allocation and material resource allocation. The average and standard deviation of the questionnaire data analysis show that the above three types of resource allocation are at the medium level, with room for improvement;

Suicidal Tendencies among Teenagers Psychho Sociological Factors Impacting Upon the Psyche
A suicide is an act of intentional self-injury that results in death (1). More than 800,000 individuals commit suicide every year throughout the world. About 1.5 million people will have taken their own lives by 2020. One person killed themselves every twenty seconds in 2015, at a rate of 10.7 per 100,000. According to the World Health Organisation, suicide is the fifteenth leading cause of death globally (2, 3). Suicide rates among males are much greater than those among women. The ratio of men to women is greater in more developed countries, ranging from four to one in Europe and the Americas to one and a half times as high in the East Mediterranean - Western Pacific region. It\u27s possible that these projections of suicides are still too low to account for the true tally. The procedure of registering suicides is complicated and sometimes includes the legal system.. It is possible that suicide fatalities are either overlooked or incorrectly categorised. Due to the stigma that still surrounds suicide, it is not always reported or acknowledged (5). Estimates suggest that nonfatal suicidal behaviour, such as suicide attempts, are 10-20 times more common than suicide itself. Every year, over 3 out of every 1,000 individuals report having attempted suicide. Approximately 2.5% of the population will attempt suicide at some point (6,7)
Connecting People, Environment and Spirituality: Reflections upon the Possession Syndrome
A high level of beneficial affect, a small amount of negative impact, and a high degree of fulfilment in life are all ways in which the word subjective well-being, or SWB, is used in the field of psychological research. On the other hand, eudaemonists define well-being as the extent to which individuals are able to realise their potential via their current level of functioning (Waterman, 1993). The term "psychological well-being" (PWB; Ryan & Deci, 2001) is commonly used interchangeably with "eudemonism" in the positive psychology literature
Covid-19 Impacts and Building New Resilience: A Comparative Analysis between Japan and Philippines
In light of the world leaders’ response to the critical time of pandemic, this paper offers first-hand evidence of the perceived impacts of pandemic and perceived resiliency in the context of health-quarantined communities in two Asian countries. The study utilized Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) to determine perceived impacts of Covid 19 and to analyze comparatively the social resilience of two countries with opposing global economic statuses, the Philippines and Japan. Due to the global condition caused by the pandemic, the online survey was administered in both countries. Resiliency survey questions were tailored for suitability within the context of the coronavirus pandemic and for face validity. The instruments used in this study consist of a Japanese translation for ease of understanding of the community respondents in Japan. Data analysis using PLS-SEM revealed impacts of Covid-19 pandemic significantly influence the social resilience of communities in both countries. Impacts of Covid-19 outbreak similarly showed significant influence on building new normal resilience of communities in two countries. Resilience was anchored on reactive and proactive capacities of communities. Implications of this study contribute to the sustainable futures of the communities focusing on intervention models to mitigate the long-term impacts of the pandemic. Further research should be done on the development of policies and programs for government implementation to manage and mitigate social complexities brought about by the pandemic or other adversities. Linking through mediation analysis of resilience factors for sustainable development can be explored for future research
The Effect of Bee Stinging and Rehabilitation Exercises on Some Physiological and Physical Variables of People with Partial Rupture of the Collateral Ligaments of the Knee Joint
The aim of this research is to identify the effect of bee sting and rehabilitation exercises on some physiological and physical variables of those with partial rupture of the side ligaments of the knee joint، as Sports injuries are a major and real problem that requires access to ways to treat and qualify athletes in less harmful and less expensive ways. Bee poison is one of the complementary medicine methods that has been spreading more in recent years, and that requires research to get to The validity and accuracy of this scientific information, The two researchers hypothesized that treatment at bee stings added to rehabilitation exercises has a positive effect on the physiological and physical variables under study. He used the method of one experimental set of experimental curriculum and pre- measurements, The research community identifies athletes with partial rupture of the side ligaments of the knee joint, The research sample reached 4 infected persons after one of the infected persons was excluded for non-compliance. The researchers used available scientific sources and references and also consulted experts and specia pre- lists to identify physiological and physical variables. After the pre- measurement of physiologi post cal variables (W.B.C, E.S.R), bee tingling sessions were applied for two weeks, three sessions per week,... after the completion of the sting sessions, the measurement of physiological variables was made, so that the sufferers would proceed to the application of rehabilitation exercises after the measurement of physical variables. (muscle strength knee joint, degree of bending of knee joint) as exercises included four weeks and each week included (6) Home units and (6) units in the sports hall, hence the measurement of physical variables, After the data was discharged, the conclusions were that the use of bee sting had led to a clear improvement in physiological and physical variables. It helped with the speed of recovery and this was reflected positively on the physiological variables and thus prepared the sufferers to perform rehabilitation exercises that played a positive role in raising the strength of the muscles working on the knee joint and reaching the degree of full bend of the joint. The use of bee sting in the treatment of sports injuries is the most important recommendation of this research, due to its effectiveness and the positive effect it achieved in the injury of the rupture of the lateral ligaments of the knee joint

A Study on the Relationship between Integrating Law and Psychology-Based Approach
The aim of the study is to evaluate the relationship between integrating law and psychology-based approaches. The major objectives are to evaluate the main factors of integrating law and psychology-based approaches, determine the relationship between integrating law and psychology-based approaches and understand the advantages of integrating law and psychology-based approaches. The relationship between law and psychology-based approaches has gained increasing attention in recent years. Integrating psychology into the legal system allows for a more comprehensive understanding of human behavior, decision-making, and the impact of trauma on individuals. The intersection of law and psychology-based approaches is particularly relevant in areas such as criminal justice, family law, and child welfare. The incorporation of psychological evaluations and interventions in legal proceedings has the potential to improve outcomes for individuals and society as a whole. Thematic analysis is a widely used method for identifying and analyzing patterns and themes in qualitative data. In this study, thematic analysis will be used to examine the existing literature on the relationship between integrating law and psychology-based approaches. This approach will allow the identification of common themes and patterns in the literature, such as the impact of psychological evaluations on legal decision-making, the ethical considerations of integrating mental health professionals into the legal system, and the effectiveness of psychological interventions in legal proceedings. The intersection of law and psychology-based approaches is particularly relevant in various areas of the legal system, including criminal justice, family law, and child welfare. In the criminal justice system, psychological evaluations can provide insight into the mental state of the defendant and the likelihood of recidivism, which can inform sentencing decisions. In family law, the integration of psychological approaches can assist in determining the best interests of the child in custody and visitation cases
