Nanostructured Lipid Carrier Development and Optimization for Schizophrenia: A Psychological Study
The experimental work and design on the creation and enhanced of a quetiapine fumarate nanostructured lipid transport system for oral drug delivery of used for disease treatment of Schizophrenia. Because quetiapine fumarate is a substrate for Para-glycoprotein inhibitors organize on the surface of the gut and endothelial cells of the BBB. An inhibitor of curcumin is used as drug aid substance entrance to these cells. It was also planned to increase the drug\u27s bioavailability, as it belongs to biopharmaceutical categorization system class II and has a low oral bioavailability of 9%, with a low dose so that the drug\u27s negative effects could be avoided. Hot homogenization method was used to design nanostructured lipid transport systems from cholesterol and oleic acid prepared from different types of lipids one is solid lipid and liquid lipid, respectively. Various types of Surfactant are used in the formulation of nano structured lipid transport system that is vitamin E, tocopherol and polyethylene glycol succinate, which has frequent properties. The primary aim was to enhanced lipid concentration through various experimental design. The respondent were simultaneously charcterized using Deringer\u27s desirability function, which yielded a desirability value of D 0.893, indicating a high degree of global optimisation. To evaluate quetiapine fumarate and curcumin in formulations, a simultaneous approach using RP-HPLC was devised. The configuration of nanostructured lipid transport were characterised for several physiochemical properties, as well as the influence of cholesterol and oleic acid on particle size and transparency. Ex vivo permeability tests were performed to examine the effect of curcumin when coupled with quetiapine fumarate
Methods of Forming Intercultural Competence in Students in English Language Teaching and Psychological Aspects
In the article, the issue of intercultural competence, its separate components, the formation of this competence as a result of education, determination of its level, and evaluation was considered. In the era of the market economy, the Council of Europe has included intercultural competence in the list of very important competences to be acquired by future specialists - modern students. Direct assessment methods of intercultural competence are: portfolio, interview, observation, student diary analysis method and teacher\u27s subjective assessment method. Before analyzing the listed methods, let\u27s try to determine their common features: unlike indirect methods, direct methods evaluate the student\u27s development and achievements qualitatively rather than quantitatively. That is why the information about the level of the formed competence obtained by the direct method is, as a rule, more detailed and is carried out as a result of an individual approach. This is mainly the advantage of direct methods. On the other hand, compared to indirect evaluation methods, these tools require more time to acquire, analyze, process, and prepare information. The article also considered the characteristic methodological difficulties, problems, advantages and positive aspects

The Effect of Problem-Focused Coping Training on the Resilience of Early Adolescent Students Across School Engagement
Introduction: Pesantren, referred to as boarding schools, have several potential problems for students (13-17 years), including student psychological problems such as depression, feelings of pressure, and other maladaptive emotional and behavioural problems. This age is seen as a critical age for preventing disorders, seen as vulnerable to a growing range of potential mental problems, maltreatment, and violence. The condition of these problems requires adolescent students to have high resilience
Objectives : The study aimed to examine the effect of problem-focused coping on increasing the resilience of early adolescent students across school engagement using quasi-factorial design experiments.
Methods: The total number of research subjects was 30, consisting of 20 men and ten women aged 12-15 years with the lowest resilience scores. The results showed that problem-focused coping (PFC) training significantly increased the resilience of early adolescent students, especially in students in the low school engagement group. PFC proved more effective in increasing student resilience than Focus Group Discussion (FGD) in the control group.
Results: The difference in school engagement before being treated, both in high and low school engagement, did not significantly affect changes in student resilience after being treated. Moreover, there was no significant interaction between the coping method and the school engagement classification on changes in student resilience. It means that problem-focused coping training can increase the resilience of early adolescent students independently without going through school engagement.
Conclusions: PFC training can increase the resilience of early adolescent students, meaning that PFC can be a recommendation for young students who face pressure and difficulties. Therefore, they remain resilient despite facing various impediments. However, school engagement did not significantly affect changes in post-treatment student resilience, and there was also no significant interaction between coping methods and school engagement classification on changes in student resilience
Psychology: Personality Traits and Self-Injurious Behaviors in Secondary School Adolescents
In the educational field, cases of self-injurious behaviors have been found in students between the ages of 12 to 17 years, showing negative emotions such as anger, sadness, and frustration. Sometimes, it happens by imitation or by belonging to a social group showing cuts, blows, scratches, leading to death if they are not identified. For this reason, the aim of the study is to determine the relationship between personality traits and self-injurious behaviors in students from first to fifth year of secondary education between the ages of 12 and 17 years, to make known the trait and their state of mind in which they are immersed when facing different conflicts. Therefore, psychopathological personality traits in adolescents were evaluated. The method studied is a quantitative approach of correlational and cross-sectional type of a single research process, being of a non-experimental design with the aim to check the hypothesis tests, the non-parametric statistic was used, obtaining as a result a direct correlation between personality traits and self-injurious behaviors in the students. Likewise, the data collection instruments present a high degree of reliability in the Personality Inventory (JEPI) with a Cronbach’s Alpha of .907, in McDonald’s Omega .930 and the SHAGER self-injury scale in the Two-Half method with a coefficient of .917. The reliability of the item analysis ranged from .898 to .917 for Cronbach’s Alpha and in McDonald’s Omega from .924 to .931. Consequently, in the results, it was identified that 62% of female’s self-harm and present conflicts in their adolescence more than males through 37%, and the other important external and internal factors are also involved. The 37.5% of adolescents present a high instability in the personality trait that they develop according to their biological growth. It is concluded that adolescents presenting a high degree of emotional instability are prone to suffer certain mood disorders such as anxiety, hysteria, and depression in different conflict situations, feeling vulnerable.
