The Impact of Psychological Intelligence Coursework on Australian Elderly Care Professionals\u27 Job Performance
Introduction Human resource professionals are increasingly interested in physcological intelligence (PI) training, however there is less data to support the claim that it improves healthcare workers\u27 performance.
Purpose This article takes a look at how PI training in an Australian nursing home affected the care provided to residents, as well as the happiness and sense of agency felt by the staff.
Methodology In 2021-2023, we used a quasi-experimental approach in which half of the participants received training and the other half did not. There were two categories, with a total of 100 people in each. The final sample included 64 persons for the training category and 36 people in the control category. We evaluated the effects of training employees in physcological intelligence over a 6-month period, looking for increased job satisfaction, self-efficacy, and productivity as well as better standard protection .
Results Overall, the training group fared better than the control group in terms of PI ratings, care quality, staff well-being, and self-esteem. The control category showed no statistically significant deviations.
Conclusions We analyze the effects of PI training on staff and residents of an elderly care facility to show how it can improve the standard protection provided. Research shows how PI training can enhance both the working conditions and the level of care provided by those who work in the elderly care industry

According to the findings, the factors affecting DL were human capital development, participation, administration, organizational leadership development of an organizational culture and organizational commitment, which is consistent with the empirical data (=2022.50 df = 1299 p = 0.04251GFI = 0.98 AGFI = 0.95 CFI = 0.96 RMSEA = 0.024), with the factor weight values of the latent variables between 0.75-0.94 and the factor weight values of the observed variables between 0.30-0.7 21. Furthermore, the latent extrinsic variables were found to be correlated with the intrinsic latent variables with the correlation values ranging from 0.42-0.96, and the intrinisic latent variables were correlated with values ranging between 0.21-0.94
Predictive Relationship among Perceived Parental Efficacy, Bullying Victimization and Depressive Symptoms in Adolescents
Adolescence is a distinct stage of the developmental life cycle in humans (Elliot & Feldman, 1990; Spear 2000). It reflects many changes physically, socially, emotionally and cognitively. Studies defined adolescent’s period from age 10 to 18 years (Curtis, 2015). The role of parenting in this age has a vigorous impact on their mental health and to deal with the challenges of bullying in their life (Jaworska, 2015). Therefore, the present study was conducted to understand the relationship of parental efficacy with bullying victimization and depressive symptoms in adolescents.
The study investigated parental efficacy among a stratified random sample of N=309 school children (Boys=153 and Girl=159)) with the age range of 12 to 18 years (M=14.06) (SD=4.41) participated in the study. The study results revealed that emotional bullying is the positive predictor of depressive symptoms in adolescents. On the contrary, gender of boys, students of class 10th and awareness of parents is the negative predictor against depressive symptoms. Implications of this study from the perspective of adolescents are discussed
A Psychological Study of Identifying SHGS’ Group Level Challenges and its Impact on Sustainability of SHGS’ in Central India
Purpose:
The researcher in this article examines the numerous difficulties self-help groups encounter on a group level, which fuels an increase in their outstanding loans and is currently the biggest issue in India\u27s central region. The original impetus behind the establishment of self-help groups has undergone a transformation over the course of time. The present research endeavours to elucidate the determinants that influence the repayment behaviour of members with respect to loans. The objective of this manuscript is to (1) identify group level challenges of SHGs (2) to identify reasons behind rise in outstanding loan (3) to assess the impact of loan outstanding ratio on sustainability of a self-help groups.
Design: The present investigation employs a quantitative research design to explicate the phenomenon under evaluation. The selection of locations is based on the historical significance of Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh in India, as well as the notable growth in the number of self-help groups (SHGs) which currently stands at an aggregate of 6,22,393 number of SHG’s. A total of 384 respondents were included in the study, with data collected from members residing in both Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh.
Findings: Concerns regarding the inappropriate use of available finances, unfavourable peer pressure, and inadequate record keeping, with the exception of a lack of repaying culture on the other hand when researchers regressed the sustainability of SHG in central India as a dependent variable, they discovered that the group level problem of SHG in central India has a considerable impact on the sustainability of SHG in central India.
Practical implications: Today non-participation of Self-Help Groups (SHGs) is resulting in adverse consequences. It is imperative for non-governmental organisations (NGOs) and governmental bodies to exercise close scrutiny over self-help groups in order to ascertain their efficacy in managing loans. It is recommended that the loan be repaid promptly and that the borrowed funds be utilised for a profit-generating endeavour in order to foster growth

The Effect of Posyandu (Integrated Healthcare Center) Cadres Training on Breastfeeding Using a MCH Book-Based Module toward Knowledge and Attitudes in Stunting Prevention Counseling
Posyandu, which is an integrated healthcare centre, is a type of health service that is community-based and is established by the community with the assistance of cadres who act as healthcare providers. The achievement of optimal exclusive breastfeeding rates among mothers remains below the desired threshold, and the availability of trained counsellors is scarce. Therefore, it is imperative to organise training programmes for personnel to enhance their knowledge and skills in the domain of breastfeeding. The objective of this investigation is to ascertain the impact of the training of Posyandu cadre, who are responsible for providing integrated healthcare services, on breastfeeding practises. This will be achieved through the utilisation of a module based on Maternal and Child Health (MCH) literature, with the goal of enhancing knowledge and attitudes towards counselling on the prevention of stunting. The present investigation employs a quantitative research approach utilising a quasi-experimental design. The entire population under study comprised of 92 participants, with 46 individuals assigned to the experimental group and the other 46 to the control group. The instruction was conducted over a span of four consecutive days, while the gathering of information was executed through the utilisation of pre-assessment and post-assessment surveys. Moreover, the collected data underwent analysis through the utilisation of the Wilcoxon rank-sum test and the Mann-Whitney U test. The findings of this investigation indicate that the mean score of personnel\u27s cognition in the experimental cohort was 97.8, whereas the corresponding figure for the control cohort was 92.0. The utilisation of the module for training purposes can enhance the cognitive and affective domains of the personnel with regards to providing advice on stunting prevention through breastfeeding. This holds significant value in bolstering the responsibilities of cadres in delivering services at Posyandu, thereby augmenting the scope of exclusive breastfeeding, which is a crucial measure in mitigating stunting

Sociopsychological Aspects of WhatsApp Interaction: Student Views on Transformations in Linguistic Expression and Educational Dynamics
Given that the development and spread of new communication technologies require further research on the impact of innovations on language expression in written and oral contexts; this research can be an example of encouraging research on the influence of mobile communications as much as possible, because new mobile communications are used more for written expression than for oral communication. On the one hand, social networks enrich communication and expand the ways of social relations, and the question arises of how online communication with the help of digital tools such as Messenger and WhatsApp affects changes in the linguistic context and social relations. Instead of classic punctuation marks, there is a wide variety of marks that enable successful digital communication, but many experts see the problem that communicating through picture smileys can lead to negative changes in language expression. The paper starts with the hypothesis that the use of the digital tool WhatsApp changes habits and ways of communication, which can affect changes in written and oral expression. The research used an online questionnaire that was conducted in the period from May 20 to the end of June 2021/2022. years. This is a satisfactory result because it answers the question of awareness of the importance of using correct written and oral language for their profession. Although the research included students studying different fields of study, no differences in opinions were found. The research proved that most students consider it important or extremely important to research the impact of new technologies on language expression (oral and written) for their own profession
A Psychological Study on Strategic Relationship between Customer’s Satisfaction and Customer’s Churn in Insurance Industry: TISM Approach
Financial service providers, especially insurance industry put maximum attention to the customer retention while formulating any strategy or plan, while competitors are always looking at other companies’ customers. So, the top most priority of most of the strategies is to minimize the customers’ churn by strategizing the customers’ psychological properties. In this context, the main purpose of this research-work is to investigate the hierarchical relationship among customers’ satisfaction, components (cognition, feeling, intention) of attitude, decision biases, and customers’ churn in the insurance industry. So that marketers of insurance products can identify the important drivers of customers’ churn and their strength, which will enable them to minimize the churn rate of their customers and build the loyalty. This study employed a qualitative research technique, the TISM that produced a digraph and TISM-model through extensive literature review and expert-opinion. Unproven or weakly established relationships are adequately interpreted in the above said model. This study found that customers’ satisfaction drives the components of attitude, and customers’ biases that are ultimately driving customers’ churn. Strength of every element and the interpretations of the links in the hierarchical relationship explores the strategic ideas for marketers of insurance products to minimize the customers’ churn. Industrial implications of this study refer that customers’ satisfaction should be realised by the insurance companies as the strategic base, not the end itself. So, customers’ satisfaction must be used as the core strategic component for developing customers’ favourable attitude towards the insurance-products of concerned, which reduces negative effects of decision-biases of customers. Over the time period, by the effective implementation of said strategy can minimize the customers’ churn. Social implications are the development of customers’ relevant knowledge (cognition) by the insurance companies through desired satisfaction level, which will protect the customers from exploitations by any service marketers.
