Foodborne infections have been linked to a broad range of illnesses throughout the globe, particularly in poor nations. This has a significant financial effect. It\u27s critical to keep them under control, and early diagnosis is critical. Initially, detection and diagnosis focused on culture-based methods, but in more recent years, these processes have evolved to include immunological techniques like enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays (ELISA) and genetic biology-based methods like polymerase chain reaction (PCR) (PCR). The goal has always been to provide a quick, sensitive, targeted, and affordable strategy. Every strategy, from microbe culture to future biosensor technologies, has been centered on this objective. This overview highlights current trends and combines techniques that have been developed throughout time

Biomarker, A Preventive Measure to Save Physical and Mental Effects of Late Diagnosis of Disease

    Get PDF
In order to identify fatal illnesses, certain trials or examinations are required. Many facilities are available these days for diagnosing a variety of chronic illnesses, including as cancer, TB, keratin level (dialysis), coronary artery disease, and so on. However, postponing the diagnosis of emergency cases that need immediate treatment can result in negative consequences. The process of early disease detection starts with a particular test, and the subsequent stages are dictated by the positive or negative findings of the test. The terrible reality of modern medical technology is that there is a dearth of cutting-edge doctors who can aid patients in accurately diagnosing their sickness so that it may be treated as soon as possible. As a consequence, HKU researchers created a "Biomarker" that is now extensively used for physicians, epidemiologists, and neuroscientists to evaluate the severity of sickness and provide information on its genesis and treatment. Biomarkers have the potential to turn physicians\u27 and scientists\u27 dreams into reality, allowing clinicians to identify people who are at high risk of illness and take preventive measures to save their lives in a timely manner

    Get PDF
Academics and industry professionals have recently developed an interest in the future of cities. They contend that as technology advances, "smart cities" will become a reality and have an impact on infrastructure and urban planning. By examining various definitions of smart cities in light of the distinctive geographic, environmental, economic, and social constraints that each city faces, as well as by expressing the dimensions that give smart cities a three-dimensional concept and highlighting some smart city models, this essay aims to provide a thorough understanding of the smart city movement. Large graphics of the components of each paradigm are shown together with an explanation of the characteristics of smart cities, including the Smart Economic, Smart Environment, Smart Living, Smart Government, Smart Mobility, and Smart Human Level. To fulfil their needs in terms of their existing lives, relationships, and careers, people regularly relocate to urban areas. Metropolitan areas must take into account several Smart city issues as a result of the urbanisation phenomenon, climate change, and resource depletion. On the other hand, a smart city empowers people to invent, create, test, and experience new things to enhance their quality of life
