Wound Healing Tissue Graft Using Prf Incorporated Pla Membrane
Poly lactic acid (PLA) is a biocompatible and biodegradable polymer that has been extensively used in tissue engineering and medical devices. Platelet rich fibrin (PRF) is a fibrin matrix in which platelet cytokines, growth factors, and cells are trapped and may be released after a certain time and that can serve as a resorbable membrane. Platelet-rich fibrin (PRF) incorporated into a poly(lactic acid) (PLA) membrane is a potential approach for wound healing and tissue grafting.
Materials and methods: This procedure is done by mixing 6% alginate with 3% poly lactic acid and then dissolving it in 100ml of water. And then, freshly platelet rich fibrin is collected from whole blood. These both solutions are mixed together and blended for 3 hours to form a homogenous membrane.
Results and discussion: PLA based composites development is one of the
strategic methods for different problems related diseases. Blending of PLA membrane with PRF may provide balanced physical and biological properties. Platelets, which contain growth factors, play major roles in cell migration, proliferation, differentiation and angiogenesis and are associated with the tissue regeneration process. It can be used as a major method in fabrication of wound healing faster compared to other methods available.
Conclusion: This study concludes that the synthesized PLA with PRF membrane is effective in accelerating wound healing
A Critical Analysis Of “Matter And Manner” In Amrita Pritam’s Autobiography ‘Shadows Of Words’
The present study entitled “A critical analysis of “Matter and Manner” in Amrita Pritams’s Autobiography Shadows of Words. This study explores how Pritam has employed” Matter and Manner in her autobiography novel Shadows of Words. This novel is highly metaphorical and imagistic in its narration. The term “Matter and Manner” is taken from Mathew Arnold’s The Study of Poetry and adopted it in this research as a research methodology. The grand subject matter does fix the grand manner (style). As Arnold has stated that, “greatness of matter is inseparable from greatness of manner”. If the subject is grand, the grand style will be followed automatically in the process of narration. The term “Matter” means the content of particular literary work “Matter” means the way in which the story is written. The aim of the present study is to investigate how employment of manner and matter go hand in hand and to exhibit how they are blended as a writing method in her novel Shadows of Words.
Amritam Pritam was a prolific poetess of the twentieth century and a versatile genuius. Her poems essays, short stories and novels written in Hindi and Punjabi have been translated into more than thirty regional and foreign languages. Among the fellow Indian writers of her times, she occupies a unique position. This ‘uniqueness’ arises because of her foray into both lovely and harsh imaginative world which, apart from being confessional outpouring of a sensitive soul, is also a reflection on the patrichal social constraints.
Pritam’s poignant poems publicized the plight of Punjabi women, who had woven their suffering in a conservative milieu, into folk songs sung softly behind voluminous veils and in the privacy of the kitchen to which they were perpetually doomed. The present book attempts to throw a light on the works and achievements of the famous post-colonial Punjabi and Urdu female writer, who through her excruciating thoughts, depicted the struggles and challenge of Indian women during latter half of the twentieth century

Exploring the Effectiveness of Blind Recruitment as a Recruitment Method: A Critical Literature Review
Recruitment, a pivotal function in human resources management, significantly influences organizational performance. However, a notable drawback lies in the potential bias introduced through factors such as demographics, appearance, and cultural differences during candidate selection. Existing literature reviews indicate a limited focus on blind recruitment, revealing a gap in knowledge. This study aims to address this gap by revisiting the concept of blind recruitment, with objectives including the identification of new themes, exploration of blind recruitment concepts, and a critical review of the approach.
The author adopts a desk research approach, conducting an extensive literature review through systematic review methods, integrating multiple research sources into a cohesive project. Data is gathered from past research articles relevant to the topic. Results suggest that blind recruitment serves as a viable solution to minimize bias in the recruitment and selection process. By eliminating characteristics that may lead to bias, companies employing blind recruitment can ensure the selection of the most qualified candidates for vacant positions. Key themes identified include hidden demographic data, skill-based selection, avoidance of social media pre-screening, and anonymization of initial interviews. Despite its advantages, criticisms in the practical context of blind recruitment are also acknowledge

Finding Related Posts On Social Media Through Content Semantic Similarity
Sentiment research on social media provides businesses with a quick and easy way to track public opinion about their brand, business, directors, and other topics. In recent years, a variety of features and approaches for training sentiment classifiers on datasets have been investigated, with mixed results. In this research, we have proposed an approach for detecting emotion in text and predicting sentiment using semantics as extra characteristics for various datasets and a study on present methods for opinion mining Forum posts has the specific problem of finding related posts to a post at hand. By considering across the related documents the contents of posts are generally consider are whole .Here similarity process are done between two posts with respective segments and should be of same intention. All posts are generally fragmented in the form of group to attain the goal bunches. Now similarities are generally cross view in the forums in the form of sections and that will of same intention. Finding related forum posts are done in the form of division strategy is delineate
