Green Transformational Leadership As A Driver Of Green Technological Innovations: The Mediating Roles Of Green Strategic Capability, Organizational Green Management, And R&D Green Innovation Capability In The Manufacturing Industry Of Oman
Through Resource-Based View (RBV) this research examines how green transformational leadership (GTL) impacts green technological innovations (GTI) in Oman\u27s manufacturing industry. Our research analyses mediating roles of organizational green strategic capability (OGSC), organizational green management (OGM), and R&D green innovation capability as they link GTL to GTI. This research used 400 survey results to examine GTL\u27s impact on GTI through PLS-SEM. Our research shows that GTL leads to GTI through effective mediators. Strategic planning through OGSC and systematic OGM helps companies reach green targets just as R&D Green Innovation Capability drives sustainable product development through new scientific research. The research shows that green leadership helps organizations develop the right capabilities to support innovative work. Our study connects leadership and innovation research with environmental practice to grow our knowledge base. This study shows that organizations need to build leadership and operational abilities to reach their sustainability targets successfully. Green leadership development helps organizations build better capabilities which help drive innovation to tackle environmental challenges.
The Problem Of Raising Gifted Children (A Psychological And Educational Reading)
Gifted children are considered a category of children with special needs, and this is not due to the presence of a physiological illness or mental developmental disorder, but the reason is due to the fact that this category of children possesses abilities and skills and enjoys intelligence that exceeds what ordinary children of the same age possess, and Therefore, their care and upbringing is considered a process that must take into account special psychological and educational dimensions, whether in terms of defining the gifted child in itself, or in terms of identifying their psychological suffering, methods of detecting and measuring talent, and finally programs designated for their care, and this is what we will try to Identify it by presenting the problem of raising gifted children.

The remedies used were Apis Mellifica, Urtica Urens, Natrum Muriaticum, Ledum Palustre, and Rhus Toxicodendron. Follow-up evaluations were conducted to assess symptom improvement and recurrence of urticarial episodes.
Results:
Case 1 (Chronic urticaria with stress): Treated with Apis Mellifica 30C, the patient experienced significant improvement in itching and hives within 48 hours, with complete resolution after 3 weeks.
Case 2 (Acute urticaria due to food allergy): Treated with Urtica Urens 30C, the acute symptoms resolved within 48 hours.
Case 3 (Chronic urticaria with emotional triggers): Treated with Natrum Muriaticum 30C, the patient showed gradual improvement, with symptom resolution after 2 months.
Case 4 (Acute urticaria due to insect bite): Treated with Ledum Palustre 30C, the localized reaction subsided within 24 hours.
Case 5 (Urticaria with multiple triggers): Treated with Rhus Toxicodendron 30C, the patient experienced reduced flare-ups and improved symptom control over 1 month.
Conclusion:
Homeopathic remedies demonstrated significant efficacy in the treatment of urticaria, with individualized selection of remedies tailored to the patient\u27s specific symptoms and triggers. In all cases, improvement was noted within a short period, and long-term follow-up showed minimal recurrence
Algerian Cinema And Religious Discourse: Representation Of Sufism And Popular Rituals Between Memory And Modernity”
The themes of Algerian cinema have diversified and multiplied from its inception to the present day, addressing various aspects of daily life in Algerian society. What is particularly interesting in our study is the theme of religious discourse in Algerian films, represented primarily by the themes of Sufism and religious rituals prevalent in Algeria. Filmmakers have dealt with this theme in many of their works, as it is part of the beliefs of the Algerian people, inherited from French colonialism, following processes of ignorance and erasure of Arab-Islamic identity.

Introduction: Not only is the university student period an early stage for students with disabilities to make decisions about their future and begin their adult life, but the improvement of self-determination for successful adaptation to adult life in this period is considered a very important factor in the successful transition to adulthood and improvement of quality of life for students with disabilities.
Objectives: The purpose of this study is to find out how collage-oriented group art therapy affects self-determination and quality of life of university students with disabilities.
Methods: The subjects of the study were five university students with disabilities attending B University in area A. Group art therapy was conducted one to two times a week from June to July 2025, at 90 minutes per session for a total of 10 sessions.
Tools and Techniques: To verify the effectiveness of the study, self-determination and quality of life tests were conducted before and after collage-oriented group art therapy to determine any changes, and the test results were analyzed using the Wilcoxon signed-rank test, a nonparametric analysis.
Results: As a result of the study, first, it was found that collage-oriented group art therapy is statistically significant changes in the overall score of the self-determination scale and the entire sub-area. Second, the physical, psychological, social, and environmental areas among the sub-areas of the quality of life scale were significantly improved as a result of performing collage-oriented group art therapy.
Conclusion: These results suggest that collage-oriented group art therapy can be usefully used as an effective intervention method to improve self-determination and quality of life for university students with disabilities
The Essential Role of Responsible Recruitment: An Innovative Approach to Functional Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)
This research aims to answer the following question: How can recruitment practices promote the establishment of a utilitarian approach to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)? We also sought to demonstrate the existence of a concrete and significant relationship between a profit-oriented vision of CSR and recruitment practices that respect human rights, equal opportunity, and non-discrimination in hiring. To achieve this objective, we conducted a questionnaire-based survey among upper- and middle-level managers in two companies: Algérienne des Eaux and LafargeHolcim Algérie. Through this study, we sought to explore managers’ perceptions of the recruitment practices implemented within their organizations and the CSR approach adopted, in order to identify causal links between these two variables. A logical positivist stance was adopted, leading to the use of a quantitative methodology. The statistical tests performed revealed a positive and significant relationship between responsible recruitment practices and a utilitarian approach to CSR

Speech and Language Disorders as Predictors of Bullying Victimization among primary school pupils in Algeria
This study explores the role of speech and language disorders as predictors of bullying victimization among primary school pupils in M’Sila Province, Algeria, and examines whether parental and teacher support moderates this relationship. A descriptive, cross-sectional research design was employed, involving 60 pupils aged 8 to 11 years, divided into two groups: 35 pupils with diagnosed speech and language disorders and 25 pupils without such disorders. Data were collected using three standardized instruments: the Revised Olweus Bully/Victim Questionnaire (OBVQ-R), the Clinical Evaluation of Language Fundamentals – Fifth Edition (CELF-5), and the Parent-Teacher Relationship Quality Scale (PTRQS). The results revealed that pupils with speech and language disorders experienced significantly higher levels of bullying victimization compared to their peers. A significant positive correlation was found between the severity of speech and language disorders and the severity of bullying victimization. Regression analysis indicated that speech and language disorders significantly predicted bullying victimization, accounting for 17% of the variance. Furthermore, moderation analysis showed that parental and teacher support reduced the negative impact of speech and language disorders on victimization levels. These findings highlight the importance of early identification and intervention, along with strong school-family partnerships, in creating safer and more inclusive educational environments for children with communication difficulties

The study yielded several results, the most important of which was that adapted physical exercises increased the self-confidence of children with autism, facilitated their communication with others and reduced their feelings of anxiety. The main recommendations were to ensure that specialists in adapted physical activity receive thorough training and to apply what they have learned to address disabilities in children with autism.

Iot Based Stress Detection Using Cognitive Assistance For The Elderly
Facial expressions are one of the key features of human beings that can be used to speculate emotional state at a particular moment. The current work employs Convolution Neural Network to develop a facial recognition model that categorizes a facial expression into some different emotion categories Afraid, Anger, Disgust, Happiness, Neutral, Sad, and Surprise. Capturing facial expressions over a certain period of time can give an idea of what extent the elderly is feeling pain and can enable nurse/family members to decide their feelings and provide necessary assistance. For identification, the elderly’s photos are continuously taken with a smart camera and sent to the decision maker (laptop or desktop). Once the elderly are identified, he/she is monitored continuously for emotion recognition through facial expressions, and the detected emotions are stored. When an abnormal condition is detected, an alert message is sent to the caretaker/nurse. The system analyses visual cues, such as facial expressions and eye movements to detect signs of stress using computer vision and machine learning
