    Nowadays GPS is a tool that can replace the role of a compass that serves as a signpost. In addition to the GPS pointer can also be used as a bookmark position we are. And in this final project will be developed as a function of GPS in addition to the pointer direction and positioning. In this final task will be made an application that allows users especially for users of the Muslim religion to determine the direction of Qibla when located in a location that has never known before. This application will be made using J2ME programming language (Java 2 Micro Edition), which aims to this application can be installed on a phone that supported by the GPS device inside. So that these applications efficient and easy to use anywhere and anytime because it has been installed in a mobile GPS.     Botany is growing rapidly from time to time. Eventually it develop new branches including the one that studies plant's morphology. This particular branch studies extensively into plant's anatomy and shape especially on its leaves's shape.This final project will build a program to classified leaves's types. The shape of leaves's edge is used as a feature to classify leaves's type. Image processing used in the process are gray scaling, thresholding and edge detecting. Edge detection will counted using invariant moment. This final project will use classification based on centroid linked and K means. The classification process will create 10 cluster based on the shape of leaves's edge

    Fire buildings in large cities are still often the case with the number of victims quite a lot. Until recently, most buildings using only the active prevention system that is only useful for first aid. If the fire has been enlarged, then the system is no longer effective. With a fairly large fire conditions, then the victim into a panic and confusion to find a way out. Therefore, in this final project created a monitoring system for buildings equipped with the provision of information in the form of sign for easy victims to escape during a fire. To find the safest way out, then created an algorithm to determine the safest path from each floor of the building storey. Meanwhile, to get closest to the stairs safest path, then use Dijkstra's algorithm. Information guide exit is placed on the floor of the building and integrated with software that is made. The system implemented is able to provide information to the safest way out the success rate of 90%. Search algorithm and the nearest safest ladder are made, can determine the safest and the nearest ladder properly with 100% success rate.     In today's personal trasnaportasi tool is something very impor-tant. Because with this tool will facilitate the transportation of human and shorten the journey time. To drive a personal transport equipment such as gasoline-fueled vehicles must have a driver's license. Where to get a SIM that person must take exams but at the implementation of the SIM test occurs much cheating that occurs as mencotek, hire jockeys exam. From problems above hence made this tool that serves to pre-vent the cheating that happened and facilitate the examinees in answer-ing exam questions SIM. This tool is a 240x64 pixel sized graphic LCD, keypad, and an SD card which united in a system where the SD card is a storage problem and save the value of the test results. Each question is displayed on the LCD graphic comes from the SD card. For an SD Card reading LCD display to the graphics used SPI communication, which in this communication as a master minimum ATMega128 system in the delivery of data and the SD Card as a slave. Keypad to enter the tool as the answer to every question was answered and also to forward a reply. To avoid the fraud that occurred during the test SIM then the tool is made in the system of random questions, random questions will change the order in question so that the participants a different sequence to another exam. Masalah yang dialami adalah kesulitan untuk memindahkan pengetahuan budaya dari generasi ke generasi. Kekayaan budaya bangsa perlu diperkenalkan kepada generasi muda sejak usia dini dengan memanfaatkan kemajuan teknologi multimedia bagi pendidikan yang saat ini telah menjadi cerminan pengetahuan, tidak terkecuali dengan video-game. Bentuk game yang akan dikembangkan adalah game edukasi yang berisi tentang kebudayaan bangsa, didalamnya terdapat beberapa klasifikasi permainan sesuai dengan tingkat pendidikan pemain, dalam hal ini untuk anak kelas 3-6 SD. Dengan hal ini, pemain dapat menambah pengetahuan tentang geografis Indonesia beserta kebudayaan didalamnya. Game ini merupakan salah satu cara mengenai kemungkinan yang bisa dilakukan pada teknologi berbasis multimedia interaktif untuk memuat materi edukasi dan pengetahuan.     In the study made a GIS (Geographic Information System) to do an analysis of the flood-prone occur, where the scope of the analysis that done is Surabaya. GIS is to provide information about the geography of a region, the drainage system, population density, and the center of the health service, and then collect the history data of the area and the information has been obtained above can be done later on the analysis area that have possibility / prone to flooding occurs, and the results of the analysis is expected to be a standard data collection system for flood prone areas so that makes it easy to take action against the possibility of the occurrence of floods and easier to do the evacuation of victims in case of floods. Because the system is web-based information, so it use the appropriate technology that is MapServer as web server, php, html, javascript as system builders, and the MySQL database as a data storage. In this application can display the map of flood prone areas and that information, Information nearest evacuation center that contained hospital and public health services, and other supported informations.     At this time most of the Internet users want the ease and convenience to gain access information that is always an update from the provided information content. On EEPIS network, the content of information is well integrated, but the digital identity facilities that provided on each content requires user to register the digital identity separately. So that each user must properly manage the digital identities on any content that accessible information. Therefore neccessery a system to allow users to manage digital identities owned. The system is a Single Sign-On system using OpenID. OpenID method is a method of open protocols that allow a user using URLs as single digital identities to sign-in into an application. In this final project, the system will be implemented and applied on the EEPIS network in the form of web based application. Future development is expected to implement OpenID authentication system and can assist users in accessing the information content services already integrated in the EEPIS network. Fuzzy Clustering has many use in statistic field, for example time series forecasting. Time series analysis use to do analyse data of variabel observation that arrange following time. It is very important especially if we just have a lot of historycal data and we don't involve other factor that influence system. Various forecasting methode have used and produce vary accuration. Effort to get good accurate in forecasting is still to do. Forecasting technic is used to planning process and to make decision. Forecasting show prediction what will happen on the nexy day in the certain circumstance. The other way, planning use to forecasting to help forecaster to choose the best alternatif. So forecasting try to predict what will happen. In this final project, forecasting use fuzzy clustering method.
