Rancang Bangun dan analisa eepis distance learning program dengan rich internet application terintegrasi
Internet grows are amazing which are able to be used in education, for example in establishing distance learning. Today several applications are available to manage distance learning, but some features are not available because education system in Indonesia is different. Therefore we are developing a system to manage distance learning based on education system in Indonesia. Some difference for examples in managing classes and absent. The student activities will be recorded in table and will be presented in chart also. RIA technology is applied in developing this application to give user a desktop experience. The result is an application that allow students to join the class and learning from the distance which recorder and measured. Lecturers are also allowed to provide subject or homework for the students and also able to grade the result

Goods and services had become very important in human life and can't be separated from everyday life. To reach consumers' hands, goods and services can't escape from those we called the distribution process. Generally in a distribution process we always chose the shortest route to save time and cost. To find the shortest path, generally it divided into two methods: conventional methods and heuristic methods. Conventional method is less suitable to use to find the shortest path with a large amount of data. The results obtained with the conventional method usually inaccurate if data is widely used. One of the heuristic methods, ant colony algorithms, with that method, finding the shortest path becomes shorter, even when we use a large amount of data. PEMBUATAN APLIKASI DETEKSI INTRUSI MULTI ENGINE
Nowadays, there is significant improvement of development in Intrusion Detection System tecnology. At the same time, the tecnology of intrusion is getting sophisticated and improved as well. For example, there are more than 359000 computers infected by worm of code red in 14 hours in 2001, with the loss of approximately 2 billions dollar.The problems may occur in guarding a network. Firstly, the methods and technology used by intruder are developing. Secondly, vulnerability of softwares and the complexity of internet make detection system difficult in protecting the system. Thirdly, architecture of the centralized IDS will make the system vulnerable with DoS attacks. Based on the fore-mentioned problems, a colaborated IDS which enables to overcome the problems is badly needed. The system can detect an intrusion fast and acurately bacause it will exchange the information from suspected sources
Pengelompokan Gambar Berdasarkan Fitur Warna Dan Tekstur Menggunakan FGKA Clustering (Fast Genetics K-Means Algorithm) Untuk Pencocokan Gambar
A large collections of digital images are being created. Usually, the only way of searching these collections was by using meta data (like caption or keywords). This way is not effective, impractical, need a big size of database and giving inaccurate result. Recently, it has been developed many ways in image retrieval that use image content (color, shape, and texture) that more recognised with CBIR ( Content Based Images Retrieval). The use of centroid produced from clustered HSV Histogram and Gabor Filter using FGKA, can be used for searching parameter. FGKA is merger of Genetic Algorithm and Kmeans Clustering Algorithm. FGKA is always converge to global optimum. Image Clustering and Matching based on color-texture feature are better than based on color feature only, texture only or using non-clustering method. Desain dan Pengembangan Sistem Kecerdasan Robotika Muatan Roket dengan 5 Derajat Kebebasan dengan Kontrol Sistem Pendaratan Navigasi X-Y Kartesian
In this study a design and manufacture a rocket payload system that has the ability to fly autonomously intelligently is discussed. The rocket payload system was designed to be able to return to the landing position. This system consists of two sub systems, namely rocket payload and host computer (ground segment). A robotic-based rocket payload has a CPU-based system controller with a specific I/O for sensor-actuator is equipped with a set of telemetry systems. The I/O data can be sent to the host computer at the ground segment. Host computer with the ground segment is a useful tool to receive data from a rocket payload telemetry or navigation data which is then processed by a computer in the form of tables, graphs and map navigation. Direction control systems used for rocket payload system is fuzzy logic control with the input of compass and GPS data and the output scale propeller actuation to the system used by rocket payload. Testing of control systems was conducted in laboratory scale. Input is data of the desired setpoint with output in PWM DC Motor form to stabilize the rocket payload. FMX (EEPIS FACIAL EXPRESSION MECHANISM EXPERIMENT): PENGENALAN EKSPRESI WAJAH MENGGUNAKAN NEURAL NETWORK BACKPROPAGATION
In the near future, it is expected that the robot can interact with humans. Communication itself has many varieties. Not only from word to word, but body language also be the medium. One of them is using facial expressions. Facial expression in human communication is always used to show human emotions. Whether it is happy, sad, angry, shocked, disappointed, or even relaxed? This final project focused on how to make robots that only consist of head, so it could make a variety facial expression like human beings. This Face Humanoid Robot divided into several subsystems. There are image processing subsystem, hardware subsystem and subsystem of controllers. In image processing subsystem, webcam is used for image data acquisition processed by a computer. This process needs Microsoft Visual C compiler for programming that has been installed with the functions of the Open Source Computer Vision Library (OpenCV). Image processing subsystem is used for recognizing human facial expressions. With image processing, it can be seen the pattern of an object. Backpropagation Neural Network is useful to recognize the object pattern. Subsystem hardware is a Humanoid Robot Face. Subsystem controller is a single microcontroller ATMega128 and a camera that can capture images at a distance of 50 to 120 cm. The process of running the robot is as follows. Images captured by a camera webcam. From the images that have been processed with image processing by a computer, human facial expression is obtained. Data results are sent to the subsystem controller via serial communications. Microcontroller subsystem hardware then ordered to make that facial expression. Result of this final project is all of the subsystems can be integrated to make the robot that can respond the form of human expression. The purpose Writing objectives of this Final Project Report is to design information systems Inpatient Medical Action online at Regional General Hospital Banyuwangi in detail, fast and up to date with the help of a computer via a JSP script and a MySQL database. Method study conducted by the authors in conducting research includes field studies and literature study. The field study included interviews and observations. A literature study by research literature relevant to the problem faced by the author. In this report I shall describe a system that will be proposed through the design Data Flow Diagram model (DAD). Design is only moled DAD shows the need for the process of the proposed system of logic, especially for computerized systems. Besides the new system design is also done by constructing an End Task design is about the design of information systems Inpatient Medical Action computer based on the Regional Hospital Board of Banyuwangi. This final project tried to develop a website using JSP technology and MySQL database that can referable for culinary tour in Indonesia. To be a place where the epicure and gourmand hunting inspirations and sharing information, provide facility for restauranteur or culinareur to introducing their culinary products.
