    IP-based internet technology develops very rapidly and has become the standard for global data communication systems. IP that is very good in making scalability of internet technology is cheap enough and can handle the growing internet needs. However, problems may occur when the streaming server is currently only able to send RTP packets from one video source only. So the existing streaming server currently can�t be the foundation to develop IPTV. Multi-source Streaming Server (MSS) is the concept of video streaming that has several sources.     The use of radio frequencies in the current technology is growing very rapidly. Because more effectively used to moving device. For example in data transmission of human footsteps on the frequency of 2.4 GHz. In this final project, a measurement system of human footsteps which data is sent wirelessly using the 2.4 GHz frequency for which the footsteps of data obtained from three-axis accelerometer sensors are then processed in the microcontroller AVR Low Cost Micro System (ATmega8535) and then transmitted through Xbee -PRO. Performance of this system are described below, when an accelerometer sensor to receive the movement of the foot, then from there the pace, and distance is calculated. Then the data from the accelerometer were sent to be processed in the microcontroller. After the data is processed by the microcontroller so that data sent by the transmitter and Xbee-PRO received by receivers on the side of the base station with a frequency of 2.4 GHz which can then be monitored on computer devices

    Conical horn antenna is aperture antenna which is based circular waveguide, while its duct flare to electric field (E) and magnetic field (H) until its final shape resembles conical. In this Final Project, Conical Horn Antenas were designed and made in 2,4 GHz frequency. Three antennas wich had been made in this Final Project have the same size (diameter = 9 cm), but they were made from different materials, which are aluminium, zinc, and copper. Those three different antennas had been compared the efficiencies by measuring the directivity and gain of each antenna. Then, they were implemented on WLAN 2,4 GHz. The driver of the antenna is USB Adapter WiFi. The radiation patterns that resulted in this Final Project had form which were much the same to each other. The HPBWs werre 250 at H-plane and 240 at E-plane. The value of directivity measurement was 18,37 dB for all of the antennas. Gain measurement which had been yielded were 16,15 dB (for copper antenna), 14,15 dB (for aluminium antenna), and 10,15 dB (for zinc antenna). So that the efficiencies were 59,94% for copper antenna, 37,82% for aluminium antenna, and 15,05% for zinc antenna. Based on the value of the QoS parameter measurement, delay increased in the day time. The value of delay, jitter, and throughput measurements were suitable according to the ITU standart, so that those three antennas were competent for video conference.     Most of intrusion detection systems are usually reviews only on the header of a packet, while the payload is ignored. To prevent an unknown attack from Internet it needs IDS that is able to analyze the header and also the payload. In this final project will be designed and implemented a network intrusion detection system that has the ability to detect an attacks by analyzing the payload of a packet by using the Outlier method. By performing normalization on the selected features, then calculate the standard deviation to determine the lower limit and upper limit. Data that are beyond the range of lower and upper limits will be considered as an outlier. It is also used a keyword payload to determine whether the payload is included an attack or not. Expected outlier method is capable to determine attacks through packet analysis with accurate features. And became one of the methods used in the IDS software among other methods that have been made or are being developed. Keyword : IDS, payload, outlier, tcpdum

    The transaction data online has increased compared to the previous communications that mostly in the form of voice and text messaging. To improve the security, data must be protected such a way that it cannot be attacked by unauthorized parties. In this case, a good security system must be able to transmit the original information to the second party without having to know the existence and validity by a third party. One of the security systems that can be used is steganography. In this paper, we will compare the performance of Spread Spectrum and Parity Coding in e-commerce based on Android in case of processing time between insertion and retrieval information, and the changing image size during the insertion process. Our experimental results show that parity coding has better performance on client side that use low performance smart phone based on Android operating system and spread spectrum has better performance on blackberry store server that use laptop PC

    INTRUSION DETECTION SYSTEM BASED SNORT USING HIERARCHICAL CLUSTERING

    One effort to protect the network from the threats of hackers, crackers and security experts is to build the Intrusion Detection System (IDS) on the network. The problem arises when new attacks emerge in a relatively fast, so a network administrator must create their own signature and keep updated on new types of attacks that appear. In this paper, it will be made an Intelligence Intrusion Detection System (IIDS) where the Hierarchical Clustering algorithm as an artificial intelligence is used as pattern recognition and implemented on the Snort IDS. Hierarchical clustering applied to the training data to determine the number of desired clusters. Labeling cluster is then performed; there are three labels of cluster, namely Normal, High Risk and Critical. Centroid Linkage Method used for the test data of new attacks. Output system is used to update the Snort rule database. This research is expected to help the Network Administrator to monitor and learn some new types of attacks. From the result, this system is already quite good to recognize certain types of attacks like exploit, buffer overflow, DoS and IP Spoofing. Accuracy performance of this system for the mentioned above type of attacks above is 90%
