    At millimeter wave communication systems, fading events (weakening) greatly affect the delivery of electromagnetic waves may cause the received signal disturbed. To reduce this effect, it is necessary to control the design of power stations. This research explores the dynamics of the fade distribution model parameter measurements of rain and Fade Fade Slope Duration. This model will be applied to evaluate Fade Mitigation Tehniques (FMT) that is suitable for the climate in Indonesia, by measuring rainfall in the campus environment PENS-ITS. While the wind speed data obtained from the Meteorological and Geophysical Juanda in Surabaya. Rainfall data and wind speed were used to calculate the rain attenuation using the SST method.     Currently each telecom operators are still aggressively increased its 3G/UMTS base stations in Surabaya, which aims to increase the traffic channel capacity and expand coverage. On the other hand, the addition of 3G/UMTS base stations have a positive impact on improving traffic channel capacity and wide coverage, but on the other hand the addition of 3G/UMTS base stations demanding needs of an increasingly frequency decreases. The use of frequencies that are too much without being followed by the frequency setting is good, it will lead to an indirect interference that can degrade the quality of the signal. These directly affect the customer perceived signal quality. In this thesis, we will discuss 3G/UMTS RF signal quality that is felt by every customer service by using the method of test drives. Where the drive test can be known information RSCP (Receive Signal Code Power), Ec / No (Energy Per Carrier Noise), the distance of BTS and MS, interference and handover process. From information on the results of these test drives, we can know the network performance of each operator 3G/UMTS, so can we conclude whether the state of the state radio a 3G/UMTS base stations is feasible or necessary to do a repair. Based on measurements in the area of Central Surabaya, East, North, South, and West with the normal method (can capture the signals of GSM and 3G/UMTS) and the method lock (only to receive signals 3G/UMTS).     Augmented Reality is an attempt to combine the real world and virtual world created by the computer so the boundary between real and virtual world became very thin. Head-Mounted Display (HMD) is an example of the results of research on Augmented Reality, this is the one of basic equipments in the latest technologies. Over time, Augmented Reality is growing very rapidly thus allowing the development of these applications in various sectors such as education. There are many literatures that indicate possibility of Augmented Reality in the education sector. Augmented Reality can be applied in geometry, spatial relationships between the planets and the molecular structure. The objective of this final project is create an application using brochure as media including marker on sides that identified by the camera(webcam) to display 3D object through the monitor screen using OpenGL. Trials using marker size 20 cm x 20 cm and the distance between the marker to the camera (webcam) 1 m, 1.5 m, 2 m and 2.5 m. Percentage error was found at a distance of 1 m if the tolerance of error 100mm is X error = 9%, Y error = 6%, and for the farthest distance 2.5 m is X error = 18%, Y error = 12%.     Indonesia merupakan negara kepulauan yang beriklim tropis dengan curah hujan yang cukup tinggi dan akan mengakibatkan debit air pada drainase, saluran air dan sungai akan meningkat dan apabila sudah melebihi kapasitasnya akan mengakibatkan terjadinya banjir. Bisa dibayangkan berapa kerugian yang diderita oleh masyarakat dan pemerintah akibat terjadinya musibah banjir ini. Untuk menghindari dan mengurangi kerugian yang besar diperlukan informasi yang akurat dan cepat berupa prediksi awal informasi curah hujan pada masing-masing wilayah secara real time. Untuk itu dibuatlah Peralatan Pengukur Curah Hujan dan arah angin yang terintegrasi Berbasis Radio freuensi (RF) menggunakan frekuensi 2,4 GHz. Peralatan ini terdiri dari sensor utama yaitu rain gauge dan anemoneter yang akan diintegrasikan dengan modul komunikasi radio frekuensi (RF) oleh mikrokontroler. Peralatan ini akan diintegrasikan dengan database pada server untuk menyimpan data curah hujan dan arah angin sehingga dapat diakses melalui WEB.     The rapid development of digital media and its use in various fields lead to greater demands for creating secured information delivery systems. Among of those is steganography. Steganography is a method to insert a piece of confidential information in an object or other media. By using steganography, the information hidden in a way that meant to make it is not known to exist, which is known as informasi hiding. This method differs from cryptography method which encodes the information so it cannot be read without knowing the key or password used, but its existence remains known and not completely hidden. This final project is developed using Microsoft Visual C # implements the method steganography Simple Least Significant Bit Substitution to hide an information into a multimedia file. Multimedia file that is used is a file image, audio files, as well as a video file as a medium of confidential information carrier. The use of steganography technology is expected to improve safety in the delivery of information, so that key information will be protected and obscured its existence in the multimedia file. This is also expected to assist in the protection of copyright works of the electronic medium

    PT. Maha Agung adalah sebuah perusahaan distribusi yang memiliki gudang distribusi tersebar di lima daerah yang berbeda. Karena besarnya area pasar, perusahaan bukan hanya membutuhkan informasi keterkaitan antara produknya saja, akan tetapi juga faktor waktu, wilayah pemasaran, profil pelanggan, dan lain sebagainya. Oleh sebab itu model rule stardart yang dihasilkan oleh metode analisa market basket, yaitu: single level, multilevel serta multidimesion association rule tidak dapat digunakan. Pada penelitian ini diusulkan untuk mengkombinasi dua macam model rule, yaitu: Multilevel Association Rule serta Multidimesion Association Rule menjadi bentuk lain. Aplikasi yang dibuat pada penelitian ini menghasilkan sebuah model association rule baru yang kita namakan "Multilevel And Multidimension Association Rule". Pemanfaatan model association rule baru ini untuk menjawab kebutuhan PT. Maha Agung ini terbukti tepat. Hal ini dapat dari hasil kuisioner calon pemakai yang cukup baik, yaitu sebesar 89.6%.     Content Based Image Retrieval atau CBIR merupakan salah satu bentuk aplikasi computer vision untuk pencarian citra berdasarkan fitur yang ada pada citra itu sendiri. Sistem dibangun dengan memanfaatkan fitur utama dari citra yaitu fitur warna. Ekstraksi fitur warna yang umum dipakai adalah histogram warna, tetapi pada umumnya citra hadir dalam kondisi background yang sangat beragam, hal ini berpengaruh terhadap kebenaran hasil retrival. Optimasi CBIR yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini adalah menggunakan fitur warna dari foreground citra. Pada penelitian ini aplikasi CBIR dibangun dengan input citra query secara online dengan menggunakan kamera web. Proses pencarian dilakukan dengan pengambilan gambar online kemudian dengan metode proses ekstraksi fitur warna sehingga dapat diketahui informasi ciri dari gambar. Pemrosesan awal yang dilakukan adalah normalisasi ukuran (resize 320 x 240), normalisasi cahaya, menghilangkan background. Model warna yang digunakan pada ekstraksi fitur adalah HSV. Proses selanjutnya adalah histogram interseksi pada warna HSV. Hasil pengujian CBIR Online pada sepuluh kategori obyek diperoleh rata-rata kemiripan 94.4%. Histogram interseksi HSV dapat digunakan untuk memperoleh fitur ciri general citra. Pengujian CBIR Online dengan data citra di luar data training rata-rata kemiripan sebesar 90%
