    Sensor network is a group of sensors which can communicate each other among one and the other in certain range, and recently, the concern about sensor network system has been increasing. Sensors for temperature, humidity, object detection / determination so on are arranged everywhere. In sensor network system, sensors are connected mutually and positional information of each sensor becomes essential. Acquiring positional information will gives better service for advanced analysis. This research idea arises from factual case in a computer control room from a data center which is need a guarantee of operation and clock frequency maintenance. This Final project basically be a watchfulness. Intention of this final project is making a system for position livehood a node with used radio signal strength (RF) from minimum 3 node that known the position.Node hasn�t known the position stayed in field wiper RF 3 node that known their position with calculation analyticly use trilateration method. The result of distance sent and kept to master node, then sent to PC. PC will present it in 2 dimention appearance. The result of this final project declared that radio signal strength can not be used to determine position node according to 2 dimension (x and y) caused by has different value in different measurement condition.     Developments in science and technology is increasing, especially in the field of electronics. One of them with the number found in various types of sensors. For example the sensor of fire, water, temperature, humidity, and smoke. Various types of sensors are useful for detecting environmental conditions. For it is necessary to develop systems that are integral, real time and automatically. This system is an integration between sensors, decision-making systems, and online information systems. In this final project has been carried the measurement data obtained from the integration of sensors system is sent to the master node via wireless using the XBee Pro. So that can know the maximum range of a sensor node can sent data to the master node in the area PENS ITS is 64,35 m . The results obtained coverage area of optimal sensor network system simulation using Genetic Algorithm. Based on the modeling of sensor networks on the first floor of a new building PENS ITS using Genetic Algorithm obtained coverage area of 99.81% on increasing the iterations of 9 to 13 times and 84,21% for the modeling of sensor networks in the second floor Of the building PENS-ITS. Given the layout of modeling sensor network systems are obtained by area - the effective area for the installation of sensor nodes so that the signal received power can be optimized for detecting temperature, humadity, and CO2. Concept that became known as e-learning is now widely accepted by the world community, as evidenced by the number of the implementation of e-learning in various educational institutions both in formal education (schools and universities) as well as in informal education (training, etc.). At this final project created an e-learning website using a CMS (Content Management System). In this case use CMS used is Atutor and analyzed using the users level kepusan SMPN1 penggunannya Wlingi as objects. From the test results can be concluded that according to respondents from the students of SMP Negeri 1 Wlingi facilities for the provision of material by way of uploading and downloading by making the material most easily assessed than the task of collecting facilities as well as online exams.     Final project is one of duties that have to be done by university college student, especially in PENS-ITS, as a condition to graduate. But, there are many students that get difficulties in finishing their final project. That can be caused by their capability on final project specification that they're working on. So that, it's needed an application that can help students to determine their final project specification based on their capability. This Final Project discuss about fuzzy methods to determine Final Project specification for student of Informatics Engineering PENS-ITS based on their interest and ?lectures? values. Each specification has lectures itself and those lectures that will be the attributes of the data in this system. Fuzzy method used is the Fuzzy Sugeno. Fuzzy methods are used to perform fuzzification of data that formed the membership value. Membership value is performed or the determination of rules of inferenci. Inference is to find the highest value of the fuzzification process. Composition process is a combination of the outputs of all rules or inference. The result of the composition and then perform defuzzification process data. Defuzzification is the final process that uses max method by taking the highest index will be chosen field of TA. This application was built using PHP and implemented in a web form that can be easily accessed by the user. Aplication can help students determine areas of study TA base on values and interests with the results of studies in the field recommend.Test data generation D4 2006 0:44 percentage of appropriate and inappropriate 0:56 and 0:53 D4 force in 2007 the percentage of appropriate and inappropriate 0:47. One of them is making an application technique of two-dimensional (2D) game. In the world of gaming today demanded a game with graphics and interesting animation look. One of the techniques of making games has grown rapidly and efficiently is to use Actionscript programming language contained in the Flash. The purpose of this final task is to get a game application with 2-D graphics and animation look interesting. So as to foster the desire for users to play this game. Programming is done using Actionscript 2.0 language, compiler-Macromedia Flash 8. And other supporting software to create images that are used in a game that will be created that will be called Bubble Shooter. Results of the test system showed that the application can do the things that become problems such as moving objects games, integrating the control object with the mouse control game, on next to the feature level,the calculation point system as well as game highscores system. Making e-commerce website at the end of the project is using the MySQL database and PHP programming language and using WEB 2.0 technologies. This website is used for mobile phone sales transactions. Implementation undertaken include the use of ecommerce features are provided for visitors and merchandise data management by the administrator. E-commerce applications that have been made to provide convenience for visitors to shop online and use the features that are available and to facilitate data management by the administrator. By using WEB 2.0 technology on scripting technique is to give many advantages in this application. Among the applications become more interactive than conventional web application, update the data do not reload but keseluran relevant pages, and applications more quickly.     Thermal anemometer merupakan alat ukur kecepatan angin yang sering digunakan oleh BMKG, used this instrument to measure the wind speed environment. Thermal Anemometer have been made by arif harianto ( 2005) using series with diode and heater, this configuraton take no account of the influence of wind temperature in measurement process ( type CTA). this Appliance Weakness is wind temperature very influencing process in measurement of wind speed also have the low measure boundary. The problems overcome by using two censor of temperature LM 35. The First sensor to measure the wind speed and secondly as kompensator temperature of environment, so that the instrument can adapt to change of temperature environment. Maximum limit this measurement system is 6.9 m / s because its limitation wind source of available. While to increase respon time system at measurement proccess used Integral Proposional ( PI) Controller. Without controller (open Loop) approach the result of knowable new measurement after 50 second, by using PI controller after 15 second. Data process have done by mikrokontroller ATMEGA 16.
