SISTEM PENGENALAN WAJAH MENGGUNAKAN WEBCAM UNTUK ABSENSI DENGAN METODE TEMPLATE MATCHING
Teknik identifikasi konvensional untuk mengenali identitas seseorang dengan menggunakan password atau kartu, tidak cukup handal, karena system keamanan dapat ditembus ketika password dan kartu tersebut digunakan oleh pengguna yang tidak berwenang. Pada Proyek Akhir ini dibuat system identifikasi yang didasarkan pada karakteristik alami manusia, yaitu wajah, yang digunakan untuk tujuan absensi. Sistem ini terdiri dari perangkat lunak dengan sebuah webcam sebagai input untuk menghasilkan citra masukan. Metode yang digunakan untuk identifikasi wajah ini adalah metode template matching dan menggunakan konversi citra RGB menuju tingkat keabuan (grayscale) yang digunakan untuk proses pengolahan citra serta database sebagai penampung citra hasil pengambilan wajah. Simulasi Sistem Informasi Posisi Kereta Api Dengan Menggunakan GPS untuk Keselamatan Penumpang
ABSTRACT Railway Accident (KA) is very troubling, both for passengers and for PT. Kereta Api (Persero). Based on data from the Directorate of Railway Transport Department of RI that in 2004 up to year 2008, the total collision between train reaches the number of 28 accidents with 345 lightly injured people, injured 340 people and killed 160 inhabitants of the world achieve. The high accident rate, 35% caused by a lack Human Resources (HR) railway operators. The system is equipped with GPS technology, designed to help facilitate the railway operator in knowing where the location of the current position of train travel using SMS gateway, so that collision between trains can be reduced. Mechanism testing system by comparing the distances between stations based on latitude and longitude data of the GPS tracking with actual distance from Google Earth. Test results indicate a difference between the commuter train, the economy and express. On the economic train percentage of error distance between stations is much smaller than express trains. The magnitude of error in the express train (8.45%) due to lack of GPS time required to update the latest coordinate data. Pengaturan Kecepatan Motor Induksi Tiga Phase Menggunakan Kontrol PI Berbasis Direct Torque Control
Today, technological advances in the industrialized world leads to the automation field that aims to simplify human work. Induction motor is one machine that is often used in various applications to realize that industri. At the last project was developed setting three phase induction motor speed using the PI control with Direct Torque Control method is used as the basis for the estimation of control parameters. By using the PI control-based Direct Torque Control, motor speed is expected to get a fast response in start and load change conditions. But the realization of this project has not been able to realize these conditions. This is due to the design of the inverter authors have not been able to meet the same input voltage with a nominal voltage induction motor. But with the matlab simulation, visible response to rotor rotation proved better rise time and settling time reduced from 0.21 seconds to 0.19 seconds and the overshoot 182 rad/sec. When given the expense, there was improvement of rotation response with a short amount of time is about 0.15 seconds, then turns back to stable response according to the reference rotation

ABSTRACT Final project report entitled "Sistem Rumah Sakit Terpadu Menggunakan JSP ( Study Kasus : Apotik )�. Report Writing objectives of this Final Project is to design a pharmacy information system online at Regional General Hospital Banyuwangi in detail, fast and up to date with the help of a computer use a JSP script and a MySQL database. Method study conducted by the authors in conducting research includes field studies and literature study. The field study included interviews and observations. A literature study by research literature relevant to the problem faced by the author. In this report I shall describe a system that will be proposed through the design Data Flow Diagram model (DAD). Design model is DAD shows the need for the process of the proposed system of logic, especially for computerized systems. Besides the new system design is also done by arranging this desain end project talking about the design of information systems of billing services, computer-based pharmacy at the Regional Hospital Board of Banyuwangi. The design of this information system will assist in the transaction process of billing services, facilitate the retrieval of documents quicker billing, and collection of income data and information quickly and on time according to the needs of system users. Konverter Perbaikan Faktor Daya (KPFD) Hibrida Satu Tingkat
Pada makalah ini diajukan konfigurasi baru Konverter Perbaikan Faktor Daya KPFD Hibrida Satu Tingkat yang merupakan hasil percampuran dua konverter Flyback dengan konverter Forward. Konverter Flyback beroperasi pada konduksi tidak kontinyu, sehingga bisa difungsikan sebagai perbaikan faktor daya alami. Sementara itu konverter Forward difungsikan sebagai regulator dc. Konverter bertegangan output 20 Volt dan arus output sebesar 1-5 A didesain dan diuji melalui simulasi dan eksperimen. Dari hasil percobaan didapatkan faktor daya 0,95 dan harmonisa arus input yang rendah dan telah memenuhi standar harmonisa international IEC1000-3-2 kelas D. Perencanaan Jalur Untuk Mobile Robot Berbasis Compact Genetic Algorithm
Permasalahan yang timbul pada sebuah pencarian dan pembentukan jalur optimal pada sebuah robot mobil adalah kemampuan untuk menghindarkan diri dari halangan, kecepatan algoritma dan jarak jalur yang dibentuk. Beberapa metode sebelumnya : novel (seperti Adaptif Path Planner, Potential Field Method, Road Map dan Djikstra) kebanyakan hanya mampu menyelesaikan dua diantara ketiga parameter yang dipersyaratkan tersebut, yaitu kecepatan algoritma dan kemampuan menghindari tumbukan. Sedangkan Algoritma Genetika (GA) juga hanya mampu menyelesaikan dua parameter yaitu kemampuan menghindari tumbukan dan jarak terpendek, namun gagal di kecepatan algoritma sehingga sulit untuk dijadikan sebuah system online. Untuk itu perlu digunakan sebuah system baru yang lebih cepat namun tetap mampu menghindari halangan dan jarak terpendek tercapai, yaitu dengan Algoritma Genetika Kompak (cGA). Penelitian ini akan diawali dengan simulasi sebuah area, dimana didalamnya diletakkan posisi inisial dan posisi akhir (tujuan) serta obyek lain sebagai penghalang (obstacle). Setelah area dan halangan diketahui, maka Algoritma Genetika Kompak (cGA) akan mulai membangun jalur terpendek dan paling aman (tidak menumbuk halangan) dengan memanfaatkan beberapa via point yang diberikan secara acak diluar area halangan (obstacle). Hasil akhir dari algoritma tersebut adalah berupa jalur dengan jarak terpendek dan teraman. Hasil cGA juga dibandingkan dengan algoritma konvensional yang lainnya yaitu GA. Hasil perbandingan dievaluasi dengan menggunakan parameter kemampuan menghindari halangan, jarak terpendek dan waktu komputasi algoritma, diperoleh sebagai berikut : cGA mampu menghindari halangan sebesar 83,3%, sedangkan GA sebesar 74,9%. Jarak tempuh terpendek cGA sebesar 307 pixel, sedangkan GA sebesar 309 pixel, yang terjadi pada saat tanpa penghalang. Waktu komputasi cGA cenderung tetap yaitu sekitar 3,8 ms, sedangkan GA antara 2,66 ms hingga 3018 ms. Sehingga dari tiga parameter keberhasilan perencanaan dan pembentukan jalur dengan algoritma cGA, yaitu : waktu komputasi algoritma, jarak tempuh dan kemampuan menghindari halangan, maka cGA dapat dijadikan sebagai alternatif pilihan yang tepat jika diinginkan pemrosesan dilakukan secara online
