Mobile Blog untuk Citizen Journalism dengan Pengkategorian Berita Menggunakan Metode Inner Product
Dalam makalah ini dibahas tentang sebuah aplikasi yang mendukung kegiatan citizen journalism berupa telepon genggam yang bisa mengirimkan berita berupa gambar dan teks yang akan ditampilkan pada sebuah blog menurut kronologi waktu dan diklasifikasikan berdasarkan kategori berita politik, ekonomi, olahraga, kriminal, hiburan. Informasi berita bisa disampaikan oleh siapa saja, berupa peristiwa yang terjadi bisa kapan saja dan di mana saja, inilah yang disebut citizen journalism. Untuk memudahkan pembacaan maka berita akan dikategorikan secara otomatis. Input berita akan melalui proses text mining, yaitu tokenizing, filtering dan stemming, kemudian hasilnya akan diproses dengan kumpulan kata kunci tiap kategori berita menggunakan metode inner product. Metode inner product ini memerlukan kata kunci untuk setiap kategori berita. Kata kunci adalah kata yang sering muncul dalam suatu kategori berita. Hasil uji coba menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata tingkat keakuratan hasil klasifikasi berita dengan metode inner product sekitar 92%. Metode ini tergantung pada banyaknya kata kunci tiap kategori berita, semakin banyak kata kunci tiap kategori berita, semakin baik hasil pengkategoriannya
Perancangan Augmented Reality Volcano untuk Alat Peraga Museum
Paper ini berisikan perancangan dan implementasi alat peraga gunungapi yang dibangun berbasiskan aplikasi Augmented Reality. Penyajian alat peraga tersebut adalah dalam kemasan meja landscape dan MagicBook. Aplikasi tersebut berisi animasi virtual bertemakan kegunungapian atau disebut juga Augmented Reality Volcano. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian yang langsung diperagakan di museum geologi bandung, pengunjung museum mayoritas menilai alat peraga ini lebih menarik, interaktif dan mempunyai pengalaman lebih. Robot is a mechanical device that can perform physical tasks, under the supervision and control of human, or use a program that has been defined previously. Communication is owned by the human there are two kinds of communication are verbal and nonverbal. Verbal communication is communication that uses the language or voice interaction, whereas nonverbal communication is communication that interacts with one of these gestures is to show facial expressions. For the final project of this research, we propose of the implementation of controls based on the facial expressions of someone's face. Based on obtained the information expression then translated into a device simulator using the OpenGL graphics software as an indication tool and easy for analyzing the emotional character of a person through a computer device. In the implementation of the face was found that the mechanism of the humanoid robot head in nonverbal interaction has 8 DOF (Degree of Freedom) from the various combinations between the drive motor servo eyebrows, eyes, eyelids, and mouth in order to show the anger, disgust, happiness, surprise, sadness, and fear facial expression. Meanwhile, to show the nature of the expression can be indicated with a red light, green, and blue LED (Light Emitting Diode) located on nose of robot. SIMULASI SISTEM KONTROL INDUCED DRAFT FAN SEBAGAI FURNACE PRESSURE CONTROL PADA BOILER PLTU PAITON UNIT 7&8
The core of a steam power plant is to change the chemical energy into electrical energy, and the most important part is the burning of the boilers that convert water into superheated steam to drive the turbine blades that are coupled with a generator and produce electricity. Combustion in boilers is influenced by several factors, including the pressure regulated by the Furnace Pressure Control serves to maintain the boiler combustion pressure remains below atmospheric pressure (slight-negative), and issued the results of the combustion gases (flue-gas) boiler to the atmosphere by the induced draft Fan blade pitch to control the position of (fan) from ID Fan is controlled DCS (Distributed Control System) Bailey The final project is to make simulation software control system induced draft (ID-Fan), which was built using the software Visual Basic 6.0 based on function and calculation logic diagram of DCS Bailey Paiton 7 & 8 and use the controls APID (Advanced Proportional Integral Derrivative) which process the signal error between the process variables of 3 indicating pressure (BG-PI-548), BF-PI-697, and BF-PI-699), as well as feed-forward from Forced-draft fan demand and output of a Primary Water Demand by the end of the ID Fan blade pitch which controls a large demand ID Fan fan angle, the final output is saved into the file. csv (Comma Separated Values) and can be sent to other computers as actuator ID Fan through Winsock Control. The simulation will show the reaction of the blade pitch to demand ID Fan, after comparison with actual data from the PI blade pitch-Processbook demand, the percentage of errors en-fan blade pitch demand between actual data with the simulation is 0.560259 % with the biggest error is 3.371956 % during up-rising trend condition, although when downing trend condition error is about 1.784202% with the biggest deviation error is 6.740126411 %. Simulator so that it can represent the control ID Fan blade pitch used at Paiton 7 & 8. ABSTRACT EEPIS-ITS wants to maximize the quality standards to satisfy the customers with ISO standard. One of the standards that presented is department's ISO standard. The audit is consist of students, lecturers, sylabus and others that related to the criterias of department's internal audit. Presentation of the information to audit ISO which usually done is communicativeless because it was manually. So it needs a technology that can increase practicality and ease the human tasks. Therefore the existence of this web-based technology using PHP as programming language, and MySQL as the database can be made an information system which can easier the process of ISO audit in Informatics Engineering EEPIS-ITS, easier the auditor and administration employer to do the internal audit which done manually before and easier to performing the information of audit the ISO in informatics engineering EEPIS-ITS by good computerized system. So that, the qualification process must do by the manual way and it need long enough time. This condition is not very efective, so that, a system which can handle that problem. This system will qualify the applicant based on the criterias that the company wan/prerequirement, and then that criterias will be processed with the vacancy datas which have been saved in the database. The output of that process is some of accepted applicant and the alternative applicant solution who will be sent for the assignment to be recommended to other department. ROBOT LENGAN 3 DOF DENGAN INPUT SINYAL EMG
With the development of science in the field of bio-engineering Medika, observation of human organs, both inside and all the skin layers can be observed, one of which is the observations made to determine muscle activity, which in this study muscle activity will be used as input to drive 3 DOF robot manipulator. Third motor contained in the manipulator arm to replace three joints contained in the human arm to be controlled by three pieces ATMega microcontroller 32, which moves the arm in this study only konsatan speed, which is used to regulate the speed of digital PID controller. Robot arm motion will imitate the human arm movements in which the electrode-electrode is mounted on hand to watch his man's arm was moving, then to be made in the insert to determine the direction of the robot where the robot upward or downward will use an additional tool in the form of aluminum, which ranks inserted in the arm, where at each joint there is a potentiometer which will result potentiometer readings through the ADC pin microcontroller determines whether the direction of the robot to rise or fall. PROGRAM MONITORING DAN VISUALSASI STATUS BATAS WILAYAH DARAT
Lately, many cases of violations of land boundaries. Mode is done, especially for land boundary is with the removal, theft and even transfer of shares, shares land boundaries. The weakness of the stakes of existing borders, among others, only made of cement block / concrete in nature passive, so it's easy to move even eliminated by certain parties. From these circumstances it is required a system capable of dealing with the situation. In this final project will be created a system capable of providing information about land boundaries of the status of the stake "safe", "danger" and "lost" to be displaying in a web browser online in the form resembles a stake with a color display that can be changed according to status. Stake is in a state of "safe" will be colored green, whereas the disturbed or condition of "danger" will change color with red, while the "lost" the stake will be blue with a red cross sign. From this condition is also accompanied by information on the status of the stake. To make the display will be used MapServer software. From this test has been carried out showing the status of the level of success in the position of the condition of each stake is 98%. Analisa Keluarga Miskin dengan Menggunakan Metode Fuzzy C-Means
There is poor family in Surabaya, especially in Wonocolo. Poor Family status determination method of data involves the number of ART, type of work, Health indicator, Education, Housing and Environment, Economic and Social Culture. The method is used to classify the data into 3 categories of poor families with very poor, poor and near poor. There are indefinite values when classifying the data. To handle that, fuzzy with clustering method is used. With approach of each object to the fuzzy-k (k = 1.2, .., n) is considered to be a member of all clusters (i = 1,2, .., c) with a membership function between 0 and 1. The decision object become member of the cluster based on the largest membership function, then labeled the data based on that. This clustering method well known as Fuzzy C-Means Clustering (FCM)
