    The Effect of Women Executive on Bank Performance (Study on Banking Firms Listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in The Period Of 2010 – 2019)

    The aim of this study is to determine the effect of Women Executive on the bank performance of banking firms listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange period of 2010- 2019. Independent variables used in this study is women executive which is measured with female CEO. Dependent variable used in this study is bank performance which is measured with Return on Asset (ROA) and Return on Equity (ROE). This study also uses control variables including board of commissioner size, the proportion of foreign commissioner, the proportion of independent commissioner, firm size, firm growth, dividend policy, firm age, Net Performing Loan (NPL), and Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR). The data used in this study is taken from annual report of banking firms that are listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2010-2019. The sampling method of this study is purposive sampling. The research model used is unbalanced panel data with Random Effect Model approach. The results obtained from this research is female CEO has significant effect on ROE, but does not have significant effect on ROA. &nbsp

    The Influence of Cafe Atmosphere and Food Quality on Customer Satisfaction in Building Customer Loyalty of Masalalu Café Rawa Domba Jakarta

    This research aims to analyze the influence between cafe atmosphere and customer satisfaction, food quality and customer satisfaction, cafe atmosphere and customer loyalty, food quality and customer loyalty and between customer satisfaction and customer loyalty of Masalalu Café Rawa Domba Jakarta customers. Researcher used questionnaire form to collect data and the sample of this research is 200 respondents. For cultivate and analyze the data, researcher used SPSS version 26 and Lisrel version 8.8. The results of this research show there is a positive and significant influence between cafe atmosphere and customer satisfaction. Food quality also has a positive and significant to customer satisfaction. But cafe atmosphere and food quality have no significant influence to customer loyalty.     The Influence of Competence and Communication on Employee Performance of Internal Audit Work Unit At PT Bank Mandiri (Persero), Tbk With Mediation Variable Job Satisfaction

    This study aims to analyze the influence of competence and communication on internal audit employees' performance at PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk with the mediating variable of Job Satisfaction. The population in this study were 284 employees of the internal audit of PT Bank Mandiri Tbk. Whereas in this study using saturated samples, the entire population of this study became research respondents. The data collection method is by distributing questionnaires as a primary data collection tool. Furthermore, the data is processed and analyzed using the Amoss 26 Structural Equation Models method. This study uses competency and communication independent variables as well as employee performance-dependent variables and job satisfaction mediation variables. The results of the study prove that there is an effect of competence on job satisfaction; there is an effect of communication on job satisfaction; there is an influence of competence on performance; there is an effect of communication on performance; there is an effect of job satisfaction on performance; there is an influence of competence on performance through job satisfaction; there is an effect of communication on performance through job satisfaction

    ABSTRACT MELATI WIDIANTIKA, 2021; The Effect of Return Perception, Motivation, Financial Literacy and Income on Investment Interest of Bachelor Degree Students, Class of 2016 and 2017 at State University of Jakarta, 2021.   The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of financial literacy, motivation, return perception, and income on investment interest in FE UNJ students, to analyze financial literacy, motivation, perceived return, and income on investment interest in 2016 and 2017 undergraduate students in FE UNJ. The research model used in this study uses descriptive analysis. This research was conducted on 754 students registered as active on bachelor degree students, class of 2016 and 2017 in FE UNJ Study Program, using probability sampling techniques. The data collection technique used a survey method by distributing questionnaires to 261 respondents. The results of SPSS show that there is a significant influence on the perception of return, motivation, financial literacy, and income on investment interest. The results of SPSS showed a significant influence of motivation on investment interest, but on the other hand, the result showing that insignificant between return perception, financial literacy, and  income on investment interest. The implications of this research are practical implications and theoretical implications. Practical implications regarding investment interest research are expected to help students, lecturers, faculties, and universities, in providing investment information, providing easy access to information and communication through cooperative relationships between faculty and securities companies, stock exchanges, and interested parties. and similar activities. The theoretical implication of the results of this study is to provide information in the development of knowledge in the fields of financial management, monetary economics, financial literacy, and sharia investment management.   Keywords: return perception, motivation, financial literacy, income, investment interest, FE UNJ bachelor degree students

    The Influence of Leadership Style and Work Environment on Soldier Performance With Work Discipline as an Intervening Variable (Case Study on Eskorta Ship Unit Command Fleet Ii)

    This study aims to examine the effect of leadership style and work environment on soldiers who are mediated by work discipline. This study used a quantitative method by distributing questionnaires to 260 respondents who were KRI soldiers in the Fleet II Commando Eskorta Ship Unit. The data from the questionnaire were analyzed descriptively and quantitatively. Descriptive analysis is used to describe respondents' characteristics and research variables based on the questionnaire results. In contrast, quantitative analysis is carried out using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) study with the AMOS and SPSS programs. Based on the results of SEM analysis, it is concluded that leadership style has no significant effect on work discipline. In contrast, the work environment has a positive impact on work discipline. The results further show that the work environment and work discipline have a positive effect on the performance of the soldiers. At the same time, the leadership style does not affect the performance of the soldiers. In further testing, the results of the mediation test using the Sobel test show that work discipline engagement can mediate the influence of leadership style and work environment on performance. This can indicate that an increase in leadership style and work environment can improve work discipline, which in turn will enhance the performance of soldiers. However, this research still needs to be developed by adding other variables and also expanding respondents or changing the object or place of study.     The Effect of Job Satisfaction and Work-life Balance on Employee Turnover Intention in Real Estate Industry

    This study aims to: 1) To find out the description of job satisfaction, work-life balance, and turnover intention of generation Y employees in the real estate industry in Kebon Sirih, Central Jakarta, 2) To find out the effect of job satisfaction on turnover intention of generation Y employees in the real estate industry in Kebon Sirih, Central Jakarta, 3) To find out the effect of work-life balance on turnover intention of generation Y employees in the real estate industry in Kebon Sirih, Central Jakarta, 4) To find out how much the contribution of job satisfaction and work-life balance to turnover intention of generation Y employees in the real estate industry in Kebon Sirih, Central Jakarta. This research was conducted on 104 generation Y employees in the real estate industry in Kebon Sirih, Central Jakarta. Data collection technique using survey methods by distributing questionnaire which then processed with SPSS software version 25. This research used descriptive and explanatory analysis. The result of this study shows that the level of job satisfaction and work-life balance of generation Y employee in the real estate industry in Kebon Sirih, Central Jakarta are low, the level of turnover intention of generation Y employees in the real estate industry in Kebon Sirih, Central Jakarta is high, job satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention, work-life balance has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention, and the model of job satisfaction and work-life balance can predict turnover intention of generation Y employee in the real estate industry in Kebon Sirih, Central Jakarta

    AbstractThe purpose of this study was to determine a description of the work environment, job stress and job satisfaction of PT Denko Wahana Industri employees, to test and analyze the effect of work environment on job satisfaction of employees of PT Denko Wahana Industri, to test and analyze the effect of job stress on employee job satisfaction. PT Denko Wahana Industri. This study uses the Partial Least Square (PLS) method to analyze data. The research model used in this research is descriptive explanatory. This study was conducted on 154 employees, with a purposive sampling technique. The data collection technique used a survey method, namely distributing questionnaires which were then processed by the SmartPLS 3.3.3 program.     Personal Finance Determinants Factors (Case Study on Management Master Students of Universitas Negeri Jakarta)

    The objectives of this study are 1) to analyze the factors that influence personal financial behavior, 2) to test the hypothesis of the influence of financial knowledge, financial attitudes, locus of control, and income on personal financial behavior in Masters of Management students at the State University of Jakarta. The unit of analysis is students of Master of Management, State University of Jakarta. The observation unit was 110 respondents who were students of the Jakarta State University Management Masters who were registered from February 2015 to February 2017 with an active status and had received a matriculation program. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and observations. The data analysis technique used is Multiple Regression Analysis and Univariate One-Way ANOVA Test with SPSS 22. The results of the descriptive analysis showed: a) The level of financial knowledge of the respondents reached 83%; b) Financial Attitude has the highest index compared to other dimensions (87%), and c) Locus of Control (79%). The hypothesis testing results show 1) There is an effect of financial knowledge on financial behavior with the tstatistic obtained by 3,968> ttable = 1,659 and prob. value = 0,000 <0.05, then H1 is accepted and significant. 2) There is a direct and significant positive effect of financial attitudes on personal financial behavior with the tstatistic obtained at 4,700> ttable = 1.659 and the value of prob. value = 0.000 <0.05, then H1 is accepted and significant. 3) Locus of control has not influenced personal financial behavior with the t-statistic obtained is 0.257 <ttable = 1.659 and the value of prob.value = 0.798> 0.05, then H1 is not accepted. 4) Income has a significant influence on personal financial behavior, with the test results showing an F value of 3,436 with a Sig of 0.020 <0.05, so H1 is acceptable, so it can be concluded that there is a significant difference in the personal financial behavior of respondents based on the four income categories. Testing the hypothesis proves that income affects personal financial behavior

    The Effect of Training and Compensation on Performance Employees With Motivation As A Mediation Variable

    Training and compensation programs are provided by the company to motivate employees and improve employee performance. This study aims to analyze the effect of training and compensation on employee performance using motivation as mediation at PT. Servistama Pacific Sedana. This research uses a quantitative approach with the observation unit of all employees of PT. Sedana Pasifik Servistama and total sampling technique with a total of 110 respondents. The method used is a survey using a questionnaire and descriptive research type explanatory research. This research's data analysis method is the validity test, reliability test, and hypothesis test using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling). The results showed that training and compensation had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Motivation can mediate the effect of training on employee performance and motivation to mediate the effect of compensation on employee performance at PT. Servistama Pacific Sedana

    Analysis of Factors Affecting Food Delivery Users in Jabodetabek

    This research aims to identify whether brand image, trust, perceived value, and customer satisfaction affect customer loyalty and repurchase intention in food delivery users in Jabodetabek. This study used the SEM analysis method with quantitative analysis. This study used non-probability sampling techniques, sampling techniques to collect data using questionnaire surveys. The type of nonprobability sampling technique chosen is purposive sampling, with the number of respondents as many as 200 people. This study used the exploratory factor analysis (EFA) method and confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) method. The results of this study showed that brand image has a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction, perceived value has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, trust has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, customer satisfaction has a positive and significant influence on customer loyalty and customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention
