The Effect of Leadership Style and Motivation on The Quality of Work Life With Organizational Commitment as Intervenning Variables (Study at The Inspectorate of Bogor Regency)
This study aimed to analyze the influence of leadership style and motivation on the quality of work-life and organizational commitment as an intervening variable (study at Bogor District Inspectorate). This research is explanatory. The population in this study were all employees of the Inspectorate of Bogor and the sampling method used was purposive sampling with the number of respondents 90 people. The analytical method used is SEM with Smart PLS. The results showed that the leadership style of a positive and significant effect on the quality of work-life through commitment Bogor District Inspectorate employee organization, motivation and significant positive effect on the quality of work-life through the organizational commitment of employees Inspectorate Bogor
The Influence of Employee Engagement and Job Satisfaction on Organizational Citizenship Behavior At PT. Rizki Asa Buana
The objectives of this study are: 1) To find out the description of work engagement, job satisfaction and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) for employees of PT. Rizki Asa Buana on Jl. Manggul jaya no.9 (base 4) cikiwul, bantar gebang. Bekasi 17152. 2) To determine the effect of Work Engagement on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on employees of PT. Rizki Asa Buana on Jl. Manggul jaya no.9 (base 4) cikiwul, bantar gebang. Bekasi 17152. 3) To determine the effect of Job Satisfaction on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on employees of PT. Rizki Asa Buana on Jl. Manggul jaya no.9 (base 4) cikiwul, bantar gebang. Bekasi 17152. 4) To find out how much the contribution of Job Engagement and Job Satisfaction to Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) for employees of PT. Rizki Asa Buana on Jl. Manggul jaya no.9 (base 4) cikiwul, bantar gebang. Bekasi 17152. This research was conducted on 135 employees of PT. Rizki Asa Buana on Jl. Manggul jaya no.9 (base 4) cikiwul, bantar gebang. Bekasi 17152. The data collection technique used survey and interview methods, namely by interviewing employees one by one and distributing questionnaires which were then processed using the SPSS program. This research uses descriptive and explanatory analysis. The results obtained from the regression show that there is a positive and significant influence between Work Engagement on Organizational Citizenship Behavior and a positive and significant influence between Job Satisfaction on Organizational Citizenship Behavior and the research model of Job Engagement and Job Satisfaction can predict Organizational Citizenship Behavior in Pt. Rizki Asa Buana which is on Jl. Manggul jaya no.9 (base 4) cikiwul, bantar gebang. Bekasi 17152 with a value of Fcount> Ftable (62.091> 2.70) and significance (0.000 <0.05).

The Influence of Corporate Social Responsibility on Firm Value With Institutional Ownership and Managerial Ownership as Moderating Variables
This study aims to determine the effect of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) on firm value, with institutional ownership and managerial ownership as moderating variables in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2014-2019 period. The data used for the research sample is in the form of annual reports from manufacturing companies listed on the IDX for the 2014-2019 period. The method used for the sampling process is the purposive sampling technique, while the model used in this study is panel data with a random-effects model approach. The results of this study indicate that CSR does not have a significant effect on firm value. Institutional ownership as a moderating variable cannot moderate the relationship between CSR and firm value. Meanwhile, managerial ownership is shown to moderate the relationship between CSR and firm value but has a weakening effect
Evaluation of Coastal Tourism Development in Muna District in Tenggara Sulawesi
Abstract
This study aims to obtain the results of a survey of the evaluation of marine tourism development in Muna Regency in Southeast Sulawesi. The unit of analysis in this research is the Department of Tourism and Culture as one of the government agencies in Muna Regency, which is required to manage and contribute to the maximum revenue contribution to Regional Original Income (PAD) with selected respondents and critical informants is the Head of the Service, Head of Division and Head of Sub Division of Planning and Finance. The research method used is the descriptive qualitative method. The analytical tool used is the Realistic Evaluation Method with the Context-Mechanism-Outcome configuration approach. The results of the study show that the evaluation of marine tourism development in Muna Regency through an evaluation analysis of the Context and Mechanism can be obtained Outcomes: (a) several development programs that have been carried out by the Tourism and Culture Office, both destination development programs, marketing development, and creative economy development have been successfully implemented ( b) The Department of Tourism and Culture has several gaps that must be corrected to achieve advanced and reliable management and development of marine tourism.

THE Effect of Institutional Ownership and Executive Compensation on Company Performance (Study on Food and Beverage Industry Listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange From 2014-2018)
ABSTRACT
The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of institutional ownership and executive compensation on company performance in the food and beverage industry listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2014-2018. The variables used in this study are institutional ownership and executive compensation as independent variables, company performance (proxied by Tobin's Q, ROA, and ROE) as the dependent variable, as well as company size, leverage (proxied by DAR), and company age as the dependent variable. . This study uses annual report data and financial statements of food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2014-2018 period. The sampling method used was the purposive sampling method, using balanced panel data as a method of data analysis. The results of this study indicate that institutional ownership has a significant positive effect on company performance (on Tobin's Q proxy) and insignificant (on the proxy of ROA and ROE), and executive compensation does not have a significant effect on company performance
The Effect of E-Service Quality and Perceived Price Fairness on Customer Loyalty Which Customer Satisfaction as Intervening Study on Online Shopping Site in Indonesia
This study examines the effect of e-service quality and perceived price fairness on customer loyalty with the intervening role of customers’ satisfaction in the online shopping site in Indonesia. The research method uses a quantitative research design with a survey model. The sample used in this study is Lazada consumers which consists of five large cities in Indonesia (Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tanggerang, and Bekasi City) and have done online shopping site at Lazada at least once in the last six months. The object of this research were the 200 customer respondents who had made purchases on the largest online shopping site platform of Indonesia, Lazada. Data analysis was done by using SPSS and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results show that: first, the e-service quality and perceived price fairness affect customer satisfaction positively. Second, there is a mediating effect of customer satisfaction on the relationship between e-service quality and perceived price fairness on customer loyalty. Third, e-service quality and perceived price fairness directly affect customer loyalty positively but insignificantly. The result implies that the role of customer satisfaction is significant in creating loyalty. In the online shopping site a good quality and perception about price could positively influence customers but not necessarily form loyalty
The Effect of Work Discipline and Motivation to Work Productivity on Production Division Employee of PT X
The purpose of this study is: To find out 1) To analyze the description of work discipline, motivation on employee productivity at PT X 2) To analyze the effect of work on employee productivity at PT X. 3) To analyze the influence of motivation on employee productivity at PT X. This research was conducted on 95 employees of the PT X on Jl. Manggul Jaya, Bantargebang. 4) To determine work discipline and motivation to predict employee productivity at PT X on Jl. Manggul Jaya, Bantargebang. Data collection techniques using survey methods by distributing questionnaires which are then processed with the SPSS 25 program. This research uses descriptive and explanatory analysis. The result obtained from the regression show that there is a positive and significant influence between Work Discipline and Motivation to Work Productivity. The research model of Work Discipline and Motivation can predict Work Productivity on production division employee of PT X which on Jl. Manggul Jaya, Bantagebang Bekasi, with a value of Fcount > Ftable (61,471> 3,10) and significance (0,000 < 0,05)

Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Lingkungan Bisnis Eksternal dan Faktor Manajerial, terhadap Perencanaan Stratejik serta dampaknya pada Kinerja PT. Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk. Penelitian ini bersifat cross-sectional yaitu suatu jenis penelitian yang melakukan pengumpulan informasi/kuesioner hanya satu kali dalam satu waktu tertentu kepada sampel. Karena data yang dikumpulkan sekaligus pada satu saat tertentu dan hanya sekali saja dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner kepada karyawan. Dari populasi karyawan PT. Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk. sebanyak 150 orang karyawan, sampel yang di gunakan pada penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 121 orang karyawan. Metode sampling dalam penelitian ini diambil secara proporsif (judgement sampling) yaitu diambil dari karyawan level middle-up manajemen yang terlibat dalam penyusunan perencanaan strategi dan operasional, serta minimum 4 tahun masa kerja. Pada penelitian ini, metode analisis data menggunakan Model persamaan struktural (SEM) untuk menilai hipotesis karena memiliki kemampuan untuk memperkirakan berbagai hubungan dan saling keterkaitan hubungan ketika menerangkan kesalahan pengukuran dalam proses estimasi.
Hasil Penelitian untuk kinerja PT. Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk.Nilai T hitung = 3,368 pada variable lingkungan bisnis eksternal terhadap variabel perencanaan stratejik, nilai T hitung = 3,726 pada variable lingkungan bisnis eksternal terhadap variabel kinerja, nilai T hitung = 3,113 pada variabel faktor manajerial terhadap variabel perencanaan stratejik, T hitung = 2,787 pada variabel faktor manajerial terhadap variabel kinerja, dan nilai T hitung= 2,933 pada variable perencanaan stratejik terhadap variabel kinerja dimana nilai ini memenuhi syarat T hitung >t tabel yang memenuhi syarat signifikansi antar variabel. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh langsung antara lingkungan bisnis eksternal dan faktor manajerial terhadap kinerja perusahaan yang dimediasi oleh perencanaan stratejik.

Pengujian Tiga Asset Pricing Model Terhadap Excess Return Portofolio Pada Negara Berkembang di ASEAN
Studi mengenai Asset Pricing Model pada pasar negara maju telah dipelajari secara ekstensif dalam 35 tahun terakhir, namun hanya sedikit yang mendalaminya di pasar negara berkembang. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengkonfirmasi eksistensi efek pasar (market effect), efek ukuran (size effect), efek nilai (value effect) dan efek momentum (momentum effect) dalam excess return portofolio dan menguji seberapa baik tiga Asset Pricing Model memprediksi excess return portofolio untuk negara berkembang di ASEAN. Metode Penelitian menggunakan metode ekspos fakto dengan pendekatan korelasional. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi berganda dengan tiga Asset Pricing Model, yakni Capital Asset Pricing Model (CAPM), Three-Factor Model, Four-Factor Model. Konstruksi portofolio dibentuk berdasarkan ukuran dan nilai (size-B/M) dan berdasarkan ukuran dan momentum (size-momentum). Hasil uji hipotesis penelitian menunjukkan: 1) Market effect terjadi di Thailand, Malaysia dan Indonesia, baik pada portofolio size-B/M maupun portofolio size-momentum; 2) Size effect hanya terjadi di Malaysia, baik pada portofolio size-B/M maupun portofolio size-momentum; 3) Value effect hanya terjadi di Malaysia dan hanya pada portofolio size-B/M; 4) Momentum effect terjadi di Thailand dan Malaysia, baik pada portofolio size-B/M maupun portofolio size-momentum; 5) Four-Factor Model adalah model estimasi yang terbaik dan paling akurat dalam menduga excess return portofolio dibanding Three Factors Model dan CAPM baik di Thailand, Malaysia maupun Indonesia pada portofolio size-B/M maupun portofolio size-momentum
