    The Influence of Perceived Organizational Support and Self Efficacy on Work Engagement at PT Bhumi Bhakti Sukses Persada

    The purpose of this study is : 1) To find out the description of perceived organizational support, self efficacy, and work engagement of employee in PT Bhumi Bhakti Sukses Persada. 2) To find out the influence of perceived organizational support on work engagement of employee in PT Bhumi Bhakti Sukses Persada. 3) To find out the influence of self efficacy on work engagement of employee in PT Bhumi Bhakti Sukses Persada. 4) To find out the influence of perceived organizational support and self efficacy on work engagement of employee in PT Bhumi Bhakti Sukses Persada. The study used 70 respondents as a sample. Data collection technique using survey methods by distributing questionnaires which then processed with SmartPLS version 3. This research used descriptive and explanatory analysis. The result obtained from PLS analysis show that there is a positive and significant influence between perceived organizational support and self efficacy on work engagement. Variable of perceived organizational support and self efficacy is able to influence of work engagement in employees of PT Bhumi Bhakti Sukses Persada with t-statistical value for the perceived organizational support variable on work engagement (3,638 > 1.96) and signification value of (0.000 < 0.005), for self efficacy variables to work engagement has a t-statistical value of (2,876 > 1.96) and a significance value of (0.004 < 0.05), while for perceived organizational support and self efficacy towards work engagement have a t-statistical value of (21,990 > 1.96) with a value of significance (0.000 < 0.05).Keyword : Perceived Organizational Support, Self Efficacy, Work Engagement, Employe

    This study aims to determine the effect of job involvement, training, and career development on the performance of Bureau Human Resources, Organization and Law LAPAN. The population in this study were employees of the Environment Bureau Human Resources, Organization and Law LAPAN. The sampling technique with the probability sample technique used cluster sampling and the respondents in the study were 40 respondents. The data collection tool used is a questionnaire with a likert scale and data processing using SPSS 24. The research method uses multiple linear regression analysis. Research results and hypotheses indicate that partially or simultaneously job involvement, training, and career development affect the performance of  Bureau Human Resources, Organization and Law LAPAN.     Satisfaction and Trust Analysis Of Sipp Online BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Users: What Is The Role Of Ease of Use, Variations in Web Design and Functions?

    This study aims to review and reconfirm research on customer satisfaction and customer trust in online applications. In this study, the object raised is SIPP Online, developed by BPJS Ketenagakerjaan at the branch office of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Kelapa Gading. This research model includes Customer Satisfaction, Customer Trust, Variation of Functions, and Web Design. Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) to test the path analysis of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) by operating the AMOS 22 application for testing research models. The sample in this study amounted to 315 PIC companies participating in BPJS Ketenagakerjaan. In this study, there are seven direct hypotheses and three indirect hypotheses (mediation). The results of this study indicate that all hypotheses made in the study are statistically accepted. The limitation in this research is that the study's scope only includes the Kelapa Gading branch of the BPJS Ketenagakerjaan

    The Effect of Service Quality and Perception of Financing Margins on Financing Decisions and Its Impact on Customer Satisfaction

    The rise of digitalization of financial services has led to the emergence of many fintech (financial techology) start-ups. However, because fintech startups have several risks, the Bank remains the main option in selecting financing / credit service products for bankable people. This research was conducted at PT Bank Syariah Mandiri with a purposive sampling method. The data was collected by distributing questionnaires using a Likert scale. The analysis technique used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to calculate the effect of each variable. The results of the study reveal that service quality has a positive and significant effect on the decision to request financing, the perception of the margin of financing has a positive and significant effect on the decision on financing application, the quality of service has no positive and insignificant effect on customer satisfaction, the perception of the size of the financing margin has a positive and significant effect on satisfaction. Customer, the decision to request financing has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, which is mediated by the decision on a financing request, the perception of the size of the financing margin has a positive and significant effect on the variable of customer satisfaction, which is mediated by the variable of financing request decision. Based on the result, banking services can increase financing margins that this is can relate with customer purchasing decision

    Abstract The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the Work Environment and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at PT. X. The subject of this research is PT. X, a company engaged in housing construction located in Bogor. The population of this study was 101 people, and the sampling method used was saturated sampling, so the number of samples in this study was also 101 people. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis method in analyzing the research data.     The Influence of Celebrity Endorser Toward Emotional Attachment and Brand Trust That Impact to Purchase Intention

    The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of celebrity endorser on purchase intention with emotional attachment and brand trust as an intervention. This study uses a survey method as a data technique using a questionnaire that is distributed by online. The sample used in this study are 210 women who had never used ESQA Cosmetics in Jabodetabek. This study is using a purposive sampling technique. The SEM (Structural Equation Model) method that will be used in this research is using data processing tools, namely SPSS version 24 and Lisrel. The findings indicates that 1) celebrity endorser has a positive and significant influence on emotional attachment, 2) celebrity endorser has a positive and significant influence on consumer purchase intentions, 3) emotional attachment has a positive and significant influence on consumer purchase intentions, 4) brand trust has a positive and significant influence on consumer purchase intentions, 5) celebrity endorser has a positive and significant influence on consumer purchase intentions.     The Effect of Career Development and Work Discipline to Job Satisfaction of Programming Department Employees at PT. X

    The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Career Development and Work Discipline on the work of Programming employees at PT. X. The subject of this research is PT. X, which is one of the private TV stations in Indonesia and located in Jakarta. The population of this study was 116 people, and the sampling method used was saturated sampling, so the number of samples in this study was also 116 people. This research used the multiple linear regression analysis method in analyzing research data. The results showed that Career Development and Work Discipline had a significant positive effect on work, either separately or simultaneously. This implies that if there is an increase of career development and/or employees’ work discipline, the job satisfaction felt by employees will also increases

    The Effect of Company Characteristics Towards Carbon Emission Disclosure and Its Impact on Economic Consequences in Non-Financial Registered Companies in Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand and The Philippines Period For 2008-2017

    This research was conducted to know the company's characteristics, the determining factors for the disclosure of carbon emissions, and the impact of the disclosure of carbon emissions on economic consequences. The financial result in this study is the decision-making behavior of businesses, governments, and creditors as a result of accounting reporting, in this case, environmental disclosures contained in annual reports and sustainable reports. This study's sample amounted to 45 companies registered in Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, and the Philippines, with an observation period of 2008 to 2017. To measure the disclosure of carbon emissions by creating a checklist based on information from the CDP. Company characteristics are proxied by profitability, leverage, size, and sales growth, while economic consequences are proxied by the bid-ask spread, trading volume, and stock price volatility. The analytical method used in this study is the Partial Least Square (PLS) method using the WARP PLS version 5.0 application. From the test results, it was found that Profitability and Size had a positive effect on disclosure of carbon emissions, growth sales had a negative effect, and leverage had no effect. Meanwhile, the impact of disclosing carbon emissions on the bid-ask spread, trading volume, and stock price volatility has a positive effect

    This study aims to examine and determine BPJS employees' performance through organizational culture and transformational leadership with Good Corporate Governance (GCG) as the mediating variable. This study uses a sample of 75 respondents representing all BPJS Ketenagakerjaan branch offices in Indonesia. The data testing method used in this study is multiple regression analysis using SPSS 25 software. There were five hypotheses tested and two hypothesis testing in this study through intervening variables tested with single test calculations. The results of statistical tests from this study state that all the hypotheses proposed in this study can be accepted, either directly or indirectly (mediated)

    The Influence of Country-Of-Origin and Brand Image on Purchase Intention of Oppo Smartphone With Perceived Quality as Intervening Variables

    The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of country-of-origin and brand image on purchase intention through perceived quality as a variable intervening. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach and data collection methods using survey method. Respondents in this study were students of the State University of Jakarta who had or are currently using Oppo smartphone. Where, in this study, 216 respondents were obtained from various faculties at the State University of Jakarta. The processed data is then used to test seven hypotheses using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results of this study are: first, country-of-origin has a positive and significant effect on perceived quality; second, brand image has a positive and significant effect on perceived quality; third, country-of-origin has no significant effect on purchase intention; the fourth, brand image has no significant effect on purchase intention; fifth, perceived quality has a positive and significant effect on purchase intention; sixth, perceived quality can be a mediating variable on the relationship between country-of-origin and purchase intention; seventh, perception quality can be a mediator variable on the relationship between brand image and purchase intention.
