Teknik samplingyang digunakan adalah purposive sampling, dengan sampel sebanyak 54 selamaperiode pengamatan. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis data paneldengan metode random effect. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa Inflasi danSuku bunga BI secara parsial berpengaruh negatif tidak signifikan terhadap Nilaiperusahaan. ROA dan DER secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikanterhadap Nilai perusahaan.     ANALYSIS OF HEDGING DETERMINANTS WITH FOREIGN CURRENCY DERIVATIVE INSTRUMENTS ON COMPANIES LISTED ON BEI PERIOD 2012-2015

    This study is conducted to see the effect of the company's firm size, growth opportunities, leverage and liquidity on the decision of hedging with foreign currency derivative instruments on manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI) period 2012-2015. The Data that is used on this study is a set of data panel with purposive sampling method, and the criteria for the sample is: (1) manufacturing companies listed on the Stock Exchange period 2012 to 2015, (2) manufacturing companies that has transaction exposure ( liabilities and / or assets denominated in foreign currency, (3) manufacturing companies that has the data is needed for this study. The total sample of this study is 106 companies or 424 observation within 4 years. The Data analysis technique that is used on this study is logistic regression with z-statistic as hypotheses testing to test the regression coefficient with an alpha of 5%. The study result shows that firm size, growth opportunities and liquidity positively and Significantly Affect the decision of hedging with foreign currency derivative instruments, while leverage negatively and insignificantly Affect the decision of hedging with foreign currency derivative instruments.   Key words: firm size, growth opportunities, leverage, liquidity, hedging, derivatives, risk management&nbsp

    INFLUENCE OF ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE AND LEADERSHIP STYLE ON THE PERFORMANCE OF EMPLOYEES (Studies in Human Capital Group PT Bank Syariah Mandiri, Tbk.)

    The purpose of this study are: 1) To find a description of the organizational culture, leadership style, and performance of employees at PT Bank Syariah Mandiri, Tbk. 2) To test empirically the influence of organizational culture on employee performance at PT Bank Syariah Mandiri, Tbk. 3) To test empirically the influence of leadership style on the performance of employees at PT Bank Syariah Mandiri, Tbk. 4) To test empirically the influence of organizational culture and leadership style simultaneously on the performance of employees at PT Bank Syariah Mandiri, Tbk. The analysis of this study is descriptive and explanatory analysis. Research conducted on 63 employees of PT Bank Syariah Mandiri, Tbk., while the data collection techniques is used an observation, interview, and questionnaire, which are processed using by SPSS 16.0. The result of the hypothesis shows that there is a positive and significant influence between organizational culture on performance as well as a positive and significant influence of leadership style on performance.     THE EFFECT OF PROFITABILITY, LIQUIDITY, LEVERAGE AND FIRM SIZE TOWARD BOND RATING ON NON FINANCIAL INSTITUTION LISTED IN INDONESIA STOCK EXCHANGE PERIOD 2010-2014

    The Purpose of this research is to know the effects of profitability, liquidity, leverage, and firm size toward bond rating. This research used logistic regression as a method of data analysis. The samples of this research are non financial firms listed in Indonesian Stock Exchanged and rated by PEFINDO’s rating agency period 2010-2014. In this research, bond rating as dependent variabel categorized into investment grade (1) and non investment grade (0), while the independent variabels consisted of profitability proxied by ROA, liquidity proxied by CR, leverage proxied by DER, and firm size proxied by total asset. The result research as parsial show that profitability and leverage has positive and significant effect on bond rating, while liquidity and firm size has positive but not significant effect on bond rating. While as simultan profitability, liquidity, leverage and firm size has positive and significant effect on bond rating.   Key word: profitability, liquidity, leverage, firm size, bond rating

Theresearch aim to determine the effectiveness of information and training through theimplementation of the evaluation model is to implement two levels which consist of reactionsand learning levels, using Kirkpatrick’s model. This research was conducted at the Learningand Training Center of Central Jakarta, with a sample of all participants of training. Datacollection using a questionnaire that has been tested by using content validity, whereas testsuse SPSS.The results showed that the reaction of trainees are satisfied with the implementation of thetraining that was conducted and the results are good and improving learning are assessedfrom the pre-test and post-test. The resulting increase in the difference was significant, butwhen viewed from the aspect of knowledge, understanding and application, the result of thedifference increased, but not significantly.Keywords: Training, Evaluation, Kirkpatrick Model, Employee

    The  purpose  of  this  study  is  to  know  the  effect  of Institutional Ownership, Firm Size, Profitability, and Business Risk on Manufacture Firm Debt Policy Listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample using purposive sampling. The research model in this study  employs  panel data analysis with fixed effect approach. The empirical results  show that institutional ownership and firm size have  positive  and  significant  effect  on debt policy. ROA have negative  significant  effect  on debt policy, but business risk have  negative  and not significant effecton debt policy. Simultaneous test showed that institutional ownership, firm size, profitability, and business risk effect the debt policy.     Generally, the purposes of this research are: 1) to describe the leadership style, organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) 2) to analyze the influence of leadership style towards OCB. 3) to analyze the influence of organizational commitment towards OCB. 4) to analyze the simultaneous influence of leadership style and organizational commitment towards OCB. Population of this research is the employees of the Bureau of Public Administration and Finance, State University of Jakarta. Type of the research is descriptive and the method is explanatory survey. The results of descriptive analysis explain a) selling leadership style is more dominant than the telling leadership style, participative and delegative b) organizational commitment of employees is quite high although normative commitment was still low. c) the OCB of employee was quite good although the dimensions of altruism and civic virtue were not good enough.     The purpose of this study is to know the effect of Free Cash Flow, Return On Assets, Total Assets Turnover, and Sales Growth on Manufacture Firm Dividend Payout Ratio Listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange Period 2008 - 2012. The sample of several companies on Manufacturer Firm listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange. The research model in this study using panel data analysis (unbalanced panel) with fixed effect approach. The empirical results show that ROA have positive and significant effect on DPR. As for, free cash flow, and TATO have negative significant effect on DPR, but sales growth have negative and not significant effect on DPR.     The purpose of this study was to find out the relationship between job satisfaction and organizational commitment to organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) on employee of PT X in Jakarta. This study used a survey method with the correlational approach. Meanwhile sampling technique used is simple random technique. The samples were selected randomly. The results showed that: there is a positive relationship between job satisfaction and organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) to the employees of PT X.
