    The purpose of this researchareto determine the description / overview of the perception of service quality, perceived value and customer satisfaction at Indomaret Palmerah, to examine empirically the effect of perceptions of service quality on customer satisfaction Indomaret, to examine empirically the effect of the perception of the value of the Indomaret customer satisfaction, to empirically test the influence of perceptions of service quality and perceived value together towards customer satisfaction Indomeret. The research object Indomaret customers western Jakarta branch palmerah shopping more than once a month in the period from May 2013 to January 2014. Analysis of data using SPSS software. Hypothesis testing results showed positive significant effect on the perception of service quality on customer satisfaction, the existence of a significant positive influence of perceived value on customer satisfaction, a positive significant effect on the perception of service quality and perceived value to the customer's customer satisfaction   Keywords: perception of service quality, perceived value, customer satisfactio

    PENGARUH INTELLECTUAL CAPITAL TERHADAP KINERJA KEUANGAN PADA BANK GO PUBLIC YANG TERDAFTAR DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA (BEI) TAHUN 2009-2012

    The purpose of this study is to know the effect of intellectual capital on financial performance on bank go public listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2009-2012. The sampel are several bank go public. The research method in this study uses correlation study. The research model in this study employs panel data analysis with random effect approach on model 1a and fixed effect approach on model 1b. The empirical results show that intellectual capital that proxy with Value Added Capital Employed (VACA), Value Added Human Capital (VAHU) have positive significant effect on Earning per Share (EPS) but Structural Capital Value Added (STVA) has negative and  no significant effect on Earning per Share (EPS).     The purpose of the research areto describe brand knowledge, perceived quality and consumer innovativeness toward brand extension attitude, to test the influence of brand knowledge toward brand extension attitude, to test the influence of perceived quality toward brand extension attitude, to test the influence of consumer innovativeness toward brand extension attitude, to test the influence of brand knowledge, perceived quality and consumer innovativeness toward brand extension attitude simultaneously. The methods of research are descriptive and causal, with regression analysis and testing with SPSS  software.The sample of the research isTip Top Rawamangun’s customers who use Dettol but had been used Lifebuoy Previously. The results of the t test shows brand knowledge significantly influence brand extension attitude on Dettol and Lifebuoy. Perceived quality significantly influence brand extension attitude on Dettol and Lifebuoy. Consumer innovativeness significantly influence brand extension attitude on Dettol and Lifebuoy.     The purpose of these research are: 1) To know the description of the motivation, organizational commitment, job satisfaction, and working period at the State University of Jakarta. 2) To know the influence of motivation which had been controlled by working period on job satisfaction at State University of Jakarta. 3) To know the influence of organizational commitment which had been controlled by working period on job satisfaction at State University of Jakarta. 4) To know the influence of motivation and organizational commitment which had been controlled by working period simultaneously influence on job satisfaction at State University of Jakarta. The analysis conducted in this research is descriptive and explanatory analysis. The study was conducted on civil servants at seven faculties in the State University of Jakarta, while the techniques of data collection was done by distributing questionnaires and the data being processed using SPSS. The regression shows that there is influence between motivation which had been controlled by working period  towards job satisfaction and there is influence between organizational commitment which had been controlled by working period towards job satisfaction. Motivation and organizational commitment which had been controlled by working period simultaneously influence job satisfaction  with significance value.     Two hundred and thirty twoundergraduate students of management major at State University of Jakarta were surveyed on their procrastination level, gender, socio-personal (parents’educationalbackground, number of siblings, university grade level), locus of control, and emotional intelligence. Result shows that 1) the procrastination level between male and female students is identical, 2) the procrastination levelbetween students whom his/her mother is holding university degree with other students whom his/her mother is not holding university degree is different,3) the procrastination level between studentswhom his/her father is holding university degree is different with other students whom his/her father is not holding university degree, 4) the procrastination level between students who have one sibling is different with other students who have more than one siblings, 5) the procrastination level between new students are different with senior students, 6) the procrastination level between students who have internal locus of control is different with other students who have external locus of control, 7)the procrastination level between students who have high emotional intelligence is different with otherstudents who have low emotional intelligence.   Keywords: Procrastination, Gender, Socio-Personal, Locus of Control, Emotional Intelligenc

    The purpose of this study is to know the effect of institutional ownership, firm size and corporate governance on earnings management in manufacturing firm. The sample using purposive sampling. The research model in this study employs panel data analysis with random effect approach.     Comparative analysis of performance bank devisa BUMN and bank devisa Swasta. Thesis, Jakarta: Finance Concentration Management, Program Management, Department of Management, Faculty of Economics, University of Jakarta. Researchers aimed to determine the performance bank devisa BUMN and bank devisa Swasta by using the ratio Capital Asset Management (CAR), Return On Asset (ROA), Retrun On Equity (ROE), and Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR). The samples used were four banks devisa BUMN and four banks devisa Swasta status go public. The data used in this study were obtained from the Annual Banking Financial report.  The method of analysis used in this study is a descriptive analysis, test Outliers, and Normality Test Data Test different using paired sample t-test. The results of the analysis using a paired sample t-test between the results obtained bank devisa BUMN and bank devisa Swasta generally have a difference except for Capital Asset Ratio (CAR). The results of this study there was no difference between banks devisa BUMN and bank devisa Swasta.     This study aims to describe clearly about product quality, service quality, customer Satisfaction and repurchase intention on customer at Ranch Market Pondok Indah South Jakarta . The second objective is to test the influence of product quality and service quality to customer satisfaction and repurchase intention. The third objective is to test the influence of product quality and service quality to customer satisfaction. The fourth objective is to test the influence product quality and service quality to repurchae intention. The fifth objectives is to test the influence customer satisfaction to repurchase intetsion. Population of the research is Ranch Market customer at Pondok Indah South Jakarta. Sampling totaled 160 respondents. Analysis of the research was conducted using SEM (struktural equation model) Lisrel statistical application program version 8.80 for data processing. Descriptive analysis results showed: a) Performance dimension is the most dominant dimension in product quality variable, b) Responsiveness dimension is the most dominant dimension in service quality variable, c) Attribute related to service is the most dominant dimension in customer satisfaction variable, d) Transactional is the most dominant dimension in repurchase intention variable. The results of hypothesis testing are: 1) product quality and service qualitry influence the customer satisfaction and repurchase intention, 2) product quality and service quality influence the customer satisfaction, 3) product qualityand service quality influence the repurchase intention, 4) customer satisfaction influence the repurchase intention.     PENGARUH DER, ROI, CURRENT RATIO DAN RATA-RATA KURS TERHADAP UNDEPRICING PADA INITIAL PUBLIC OFFERING Studi Kasus Pada Perusahaan Non Keuangan di Indonesia

    The purpose of this study is examining the effects of DER, ROI, current ratio, and exchange rate on underpricing of Initial Public Offering both simultaneously and partially. This study consist of two period, they are hot and cold market. The sample of hot market period are 42 companies while cold market are 25 companies. This study use Ordinary Least Square. The result of the regression shows that DER has a positive correlation in hot market period while in cold market period has not correlation. ROI has not correlation with underpricing either in hot market period nor cold market period. Current ratio has a positive correlation with underpricing in cold market period while in hot market period has not correlation with underpricing. Exchange rate has a positive correlation with underpricing in hot market period while in cold market has not correlation. For the simultan test, DER, ROI, current ratio, and exchange rates has a significant correlation on α = 10% with underpricing simultanly in hot market period, but in cold market period is not.
