THE INFLUENCE FACTORS OF GOVERNMENT SUPPORT, POLITICAL CONDITIONS, AND BUSINESS COMPETITION ON THE PERFORMANCE OF CONSTRUCTION SERVICES COMPANY PT. WIJAYA KARYA (Persero) Tbk
The objective research is to obtain information on the effect of government support, political conditions and business competition in order to improve the performance of construction services company. Survey research methodology used survey. Data collection done toward 133 respondents. Respondent were chosen by simple random sampling technique. The data were collected with questionnaire and analysis with multiple regression. The results of the analysis concluded that the government support, political conditions and business competition have influence by direct or indirect on the performance of construction services company. The hypothesis is proven by indicators of significance of the influence between variable that more than (<) α = 0,05 and also the result of T-test that T count more than (>) T table., the most dominant variable is political conditions in influencing the performance of construction services company with significance value of 0.000.

THE INFLUENCE OF JOB STRESS AND COMPENSATION TO JOB SATISFACTION AT PT. TRI MEGAH MAKMUR
The purpose of this research are: 1 ) To know description and how picture level job stress, compensation and job satisfaction atPT Tri Megah Makmur. 2) To know the influence of job stress tojob satisfaction atPT Tri Megah Makmur. 3) To know the influence of compensation to job satisfaction atPT Tri Megah Makmur. 4) To know empirically the influence of job stress and compensation tojob satisfaction atPT Tri Megah Makmur. 5) To know how far the contribution of job stress and compensation tojob satisfaction atPT Tri Megah Makmur. This research is using descriptive and explanatory survey analysis. This research is taken to 70 sales employees atPT Tri Megah Makmur, While the data collection technique was carried out by spreading kuisioner, which are then processed using SPSS versi 21.00.The analysis shows that: 1) level of compensation and job satisfaction are on a lower level, while the job stress are high. 2)Job stress have negative effects and significantly on job satisfaction. 3) compensation havepositive effect and significantly on job satisfaction. 4) job stress and compensation significantly influence on job satisfaction.

THE DETERMINANTS OF CORPORATE BOND RATING IN INDONESIA
This research aims to identify the factors affecting obligation rank on manufacturing corporations. The factors investigated in this research include leverage ratio, liquidity ratio, profitability ratio, activity ratio, and maturity. The population in this research is all non-financial corporations registered in Indonesia Stock Exchange, which has been registered for 5 years, and has published obligations. 47 corporations meet those criteria and become the research sample. Data analysis on this research use logistic regression analysis. The result shows that from five variable researched, only one influence the obligation rank, which is profitability ratio. This result contributes to both theory and practitioners.

THE INFLUENCE OF PRODUCT QUALITY , PRICE PERCEPTION AND BRAND IMAGE ON SATISFACTION AND CUSTOMER LOYALTY HOLCIM CONCRETE READYMIX IN JAKARTA
The purpose of this research is to find a picture of the effect of product quality , price perception and brand image on satisfaction and customer loyalty ready mix concrete in Jakarta . This research is a quantitative study with descriptive and causal methods undertaken at Holcim Beton in 2013 with a sample of 100 customers in Jakarta and its surrounding the industrial and commercial segments project . Data collection by questionnaire respondents and analyzed using path analysis with SPSS version 20.0. The results of the study concluded that ( 1 ) product quality does not effect to customer satisfaction ( 2 ) Perception price positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, ( 3 ) Brand Image does not have an influence on customer satisfaction, ( 4 ) all independent variables , quality of products , Perception price and a positive brand image and significant consequences for the dependent variable Customer satisfaction, with the value of determination of 50%, while 50% are influenced by other variables ( 5 ) Product Quality and significant effect on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction, ( 6 ) Perceived Price does not effect on loyalty through customer satisfaction, ( 7 ) brand image have effect and siginikan loyalty through customer satisfaction, ( 8 ) Dependent variable of product quality , price perception and brand image together and significant effect on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction, with value of determination of 77.4 %, and 22.6 % are influenced by other factors. The findings recommend that Holcim aims to improve product quality , perceived price and brand image to increase loyalty through customer satisfaction . It is also recommended to Holcim for increase of services and information to customers in order for increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.

THE INFLUENCE OF SERVICE QUALITY AND PRICE TOWARD TRUST AND ITS IMPACT ON CUSTOMER LOYALTY OF LOW COST CARRIER INDONESIA
This study was conducted to determine the descriptive and empirical impact of service quality and price on customer loyalty by the trust as a mediator variable. The object of this research was 200 respondents who have ever used the service of Indonesia AirAsia at least two times in Jakarta. Methods of data collection using survey methods. Data analysis using SPSS version 22 and SEM (Structural Equation Model) of a statistical package LISREL 8.7 to process and analyze the research data. The results of descriptive test explained that the service quality and price provided is good according to the customer, so that the customer is believe and tend to be a loyal customer of Indonesia AirAsia.The hypothesis test shows; (1) price has positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, but positive effect is insignificant on service quality to customer loyalty; (2) service quality and price has positive and significant effect on trust; (3) trust has positive and significant effect on customer loyalty; (4) service quality and price has positive and significant effect on customer loyalty through trust as mediating variable.

STRATEGIC ALLIANCE AND STRATEGIC PLANNING EFFECT TO COMPANY PERFORMANCE IN CREATING COMPETITIVE ADVANTAGE (STUDY CASE AT INDOFOOD CBP SUKSES MAKMUR COMPANY - FOOD SEASONING DIVISION )
This research head for analyze the effect of inter variable to answered set problems how is strategic alliance and strategic planning to improve company performance for create competitive advantage. This research gives theoritic and managerial implication concern pace which have to take by PT. Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Food Seasoning Division to improve their company performance for create competitive advantage which got from product strategic alliance and strategic planning. Population in this research is manager, supervisor, and coordinator staff at PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Food Seasoning Division. And Sample of this research is seventy three peoples. Answer data from respondent afterwards it’s analyzed with research model which developed from theoritical frame using path analysis. From the result of data analyze five hypothesis are accepted. Strategic alliance proven has an positively and significant effect for company performance, strategic planning have an positive and significant effect for company performance, company performance have an positive and significant effect for competitive advantage, strategic alliance proven has an positively and significant effect for competitive advantage, and strategic planning have an positive and significant effect for competitive advantage.

THE INFLUENCE OF DESTINATION IMAGE AND TOURIST SATISFACTION TOWARD REVISIT INTENTION OF SETU BABAKAN BETAWI CULTURAL VILLAGE
The purpose of this research are: 1) To find out the description of destination image, tourist satisfaction, and revisit intention of Betawi cultural village Setu Babakan, 2) test empirically the influence of destination image toward revisit intention of Betawi cultural village Setu Babakan, 3) test empirically the influence of tourist satisfaction toward revisit intention of Betawi cultural village Setu Babakan, 4) test empirically the influence of destination image toward revisit intention of Betawi cultural village Setu Babakan. The object of this research was 200 respondents who have ever visit to Betawi cultural village Setu Babakan at one time. The results of descriptive test explained that the destination image provided is good according to the tourist, so that the tourist is satisfied and want to revisit intention of Betawi cultural village Setu Babakan. The hypothesis test shows: 1) the influence of destination image toward revisit intention by -30%, 2) the influence of tourist satisfaction toward revisit intention by 118%, 3) the influence of destination image toward tourist satisfaction by 92%.

THE INFLUENCE OF JOB STRESS AND JOB STATISFACTION ON EMPLOYEE’S ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENT AT CV. DIPO PRODUCTION
The purpose of this research are: 1) To find a description of the job stress, job satisfaction and organizational commitmentatCV. Dipo Production, 2) To determine whether there isan influence ofjob stress on employee’s organizational commitment at CV. Dipo Production, 3) To determine whether there is aninfluence of job statisfaction on employee’s organizational commitment at CV. Dipo Production, 4) To determine whether there isinfluence of job stress and job statisfaction simultaneously on employee’s organizational commitment at CV. Dipo Production. The sample of this research are all employees who work as a Tour Leader at CV. Dipo Production.Research data retrieval by survey method with questionnaires and the data processed with SPSS version 22.This research using descriptive and explanatory analysis. The Results of regression showed that job stress has a negative and significant effect on organizational commitment. While job statisfaction has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment.

INTRINSIC FACTORS AND FIRM FINANCIAL ANALYSIS WITH TRIPPLE BOTTOM LINES AS INTERVENING VARIABLE AGAINST FIRM VALUE Empirical Studies on Property and Real Estate Companies Year 2010-2013
This research conducted to examine the influence of intrinsic factors which being proxied with Capital Structure, Firm Size, Firm Age and Financial factors that being proxied with liquidity, profitability also with another activities using tripple bottom lines as Intervening Variable against Firm Value of Property Industries. The data that being used in this study were obtained from published financial statements during the period 2010 to 2013, as well as annual reports that can be accessed through the IDX website. Data analysis technique used in this study is a regression with panel data and path analysis. The results of this research showed that intrinsic factors and financial variables have a significant influence on the firm value, as well as intrinsic factors and financial variables have a significant influence on the tripple bottom lines. From the results of path analysis demonstrated that the indirect effect using the tripple bottom lines as a intervening variable was greater than the direct effect.

ABSTRACTPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh keputusan investasi,keputusan pendanaan, ukuran perusahaan dan profitabilitas terhadap nilaiperusahaan. Sampel dalam penelitian adalah perusahaan manufaktur barangkonsumsi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2010-2013.Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Jumlahsampel yang digunakan sebanyak 30 perusahaan. teknik analisis data yangdigunakan dalam penelitian adalah Explanatory Research. Hasil penelitian iniadalah keputusan investasi yang diukur dengan capital expenditure to book valueof asset, ukuran perusahaan, dan profitabilitas secara parsial berpengaruh positifdan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan yang diukur dengan PBV, keputusanpendanaan yang diukur dengan DER berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikanterhadap nilai perusahaan yang diukur dengan PBV, Secara simultan variabelkeputusan investasi, keputusan pendanaan, ukuran perusahaan dan profitabilitasberpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan.
