This research aims to analyze and describe the product quality and price of a used car purchase decision making in the showroom Melaju Raya Rizky Motor. This study uses survey methods, sample, and a questionnaire as a means of data collection. The location of the research carried out at the Showroom Melaju Raya Rizky Motor at JL.Raya Kota Legend No. 8. Bekasi Timur. Analysis of the research was carried out by using the application program SPSS statistics (Statistical Package for The Social Science) version 19, to manipulate the data.     This research is to find out how is the employees’ job satisfaction at PT Pelopor, and how the impact of compansation and motivation to job satisfaction. Research will be conducted at PT. Pelopor Avonturir Campindo. In accordance with the title, then that will be examined are all employees of PT. Pelopor Avonturir Campindo. This study does not use samples, so the entire population to be studied  because the number of employees at PT. Pelopor Avonturir Campindo only numbered thirty- three (33) staff.     THE INFLUENCE OF CAPITAL STRUCTURE ON EARNING PER SHARE (EPS)

    The purposes of this research are finding the influence of Capital Structure on Earning Per Share partially and simultaneously. The research method used is descriptive analysis verificative using secondary data. Statistic method is using multiple correlation regression statistic method to test the effect of indenpendent variables (capital structure) on the dependent variable (Earning Per Share) on Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) 2011 - 2016. Results of research using a significance level of 0.95 and 0.05 error rate indicates that the capital structure represented by the ratio of DAR has no effect on Earning Per Share (EPS), DER also has no effect on Earning Per Share (EPS), LDAR has a negative effect on EPS. &nbsp

    The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of profitability, structure assets, firm size and liquidity to the capital structure of mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2012-2015. Sampling technique using purposive sampling. Data analysis technique used in this research is panel data regression. The results showed that partially profitability had negative and significant effect to capital structure, asset structure had positive and significant effect to capital structure, firm size had positive and significant effect to capital structure, and liquidity had negative and significant effect to capital structure. Simultaneously profitability, asset structure, firm size and liquidity have a significant effect on capital structure

    EXPLORING THE LOW RATE OF BPR CUSTOMER GROWTH IN JAKARTA

    Since mid of 2015, the number of BPR customer has declined (Joko Suyanto in Linangkung, 2016). This study intends to describe what factors that influence the low rate of BPR customer growth in Jakarta. The explorative approach was done by employing samples in two steps. First, interviews were conducted on 10 market participants followed by FGD (focus group discussion) to 32 respondents in one of the largest “pasar induk†in Jakarta. Second, FGD results become the guideline for arranging the questionnaires and distributed to 200 respondents in five locations of “pasar induk†in Jakarta by applying quota sampling technique. The collected data were analyzed using factor analysis technique by involving practitioners and academics in the process of identifying and naming the variables. The result proves that the factors that affect the customers reluctant to become BPR customers caused by five factors, namely: attitude (consumer rating for not to choose BPR); subjective norms (the pressure of the relatives); perceived behavioral control (customers control to decide not to choose BPR); intention (the intention not to choose BPR; and behavior (action not to choose BPR)

    The research AIMS: 1) to analyze the relationship between organizational behavior and employee career development in the Bureau of Human Resources and Organization Officer of the Ministry of Public Works of  South Jakarta. 2) to analyze the relationship between motivation and employee career development in the Bureau of Human Resources and Organization Officer of the Ministry of Public Works of  South Jakarta. The numbers of samples are 47 staffs which are represented from every division in Bureau of Human Resources and Organization Officer Ministry of Public Works of South Jakarta. The data collecting is conducted by questionnaire. Correlation analysis is used to analyze the data and to answer the Relationship Between variables X and Y. The result of analysis shows that the variable is organizational culture have a positive and significant relationship with career development variable (r = 0.392, P = 0.000) with a low rate (weak) relationship. Motivation variable have a positive and significant relationship with career development variable (r = 0.486, P = 0.000) with high rate (strong) relationship.     THE PERCEPTION OF TOURIST ELDERLY VISIT TO ANCOL

    This study aims to find out the profile of elderly tourists who come to visit Ancol Beach, find out how important attributes / facilities Ancol Coast needed by elderly tourists, knowing the performance of the attributes / facilities provided by the Ancol and know how the perception of elderly tourists in a visit to the Beach Ancol. The method used for this research is the method of Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) by using Cartesian diagram. Data collection techniques obtained through interviews and questionnaires distributed for elderly visitors as many as 40 people. Data processing using the calculation of the average importance and performance, the calculation of the level of conformity followed by the making of Cartesian diagram.Results of the calculation of the level of interests and performance of visitors Ancol Coast by using the level of conformity that indicates a mismatch between expectations with the reality of respondents. Thus, the existing attributes have not been able to give satisfaction to the visitors of Ancol Beach. From the side of Cartesian diagram, there are 11 attributes that enter into Quadrant I and there are 2 attributes that enter into Quadrant II, whereas there is not one attribute that enter into Quadrant III and IV. The ideal attributes are in quadrant II for attributes of fresh coastal air climate and café / resto availability

    Strategic environment analysis is part of strategic planning component and is a process to always put the company in a strategic position, so that in its development will always be in a favorable position. By analyzing external factors and internal factors, it will be possible to find out the most appropriate strategy formulation for BPR Bhakti Daya Ekonomi in facing the increasingly fierce competition. The research method used is qualitative with data collection using interview and observation, while for data analysis using SWOT method which also use analysis of EFAS and IFAS. The results of this study indicate that the position of BPR Bhakti Daya Ekonomi for Credit Employees products is located in quadrant IV. In this quadrant the bank is in a position where its internal advantage is relatively more dominant than its weakness. However, in the face of the threat environment is relatively greater than the chances. This means that the bank has a relatively better internal capability to expand its business, especially by utilizing some of its internal strengths

    This study aims to analyze the effect of variable exchange rates, interest rates and inflation on share prices of listed property sector in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population in this study is a company incorporated in the listed property sector in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for the period from 2007 to 2011. Samples obtained using purposive sampling method to obtain 48 companies. This study uses Ordinary Least Square analysis to determine the effect of independent variables on the stock price index of the listed property sector in Indonesia Stock Exchange. Based on t test, the exchange rate a significant negative effect on property sector stock price index, while the variable interest rates have a positive but not significant and variable inflation is positive but not significant effect on the property sector stock price index. Results simultaneously with the F test showed that all the independent variables significantly influence the stock price index property sector. So that only the exchange rate has an influence on stock price index of listed property sector in Indonesia Stock Exchange. Key words: Exchange rate, Interest Rates, Inflation, Stock Price Index

    The purpose of the research are: to know the description of product attributes, variety seeking, and brand switching decision of handphone Nokia to Samsung Smartphone, test empirically the influence of product attributes toward brand switching decision of handphone Nokia to Samsung smartphone, test empirically the influence of variety seeking toward brand switching decision of handphone Nokia to Samsung smartphone, test empirically the influence of product attributes and variety seeking toward brand switching decision of handphone Nokia to Samsung smartphone. This is a quantitative research, descriptive and causal design, collecting data by survey method. Population of this research is visitors of Outlet Okeshop ITC Roxy mas, Central Jakarta  who use Samsung smartphone and had use handphone Nokia before. Analysis of the research was conducted using SPSS. The results of the t test shows the product attributes and brand switching significantly influence the significance value, and variety seeking toward brand switching are also significantly influence. The results of F test simultaneously indicates product attributes and variety seeking influencing significantly to brand switching. And the result of determination analysis in this research shows the variation of variables product attributes and variety seeking could explained brand switching together.
