    PENGARUH EXPERIENTIAL MARKETING DANPERSEPSI HARGA TERHADAP LOYALITAS PELANGGAN DHL DI CABANG PANCORAN

    Tujuan penelitian ini adalah 1) untuk mengetahui deskriptif experiential marketing, persepsi harga dan loyalitas pelanggan DHL pada service point Pancoran. 2) untuk mengetahui pengaruh experiential marketing pada loyalitas pelanggan DHL. 3) untuk mengetahui pengaruh persepsi harga terhadap loyalitas pelanggan DHL. 4) untuk mengetahui pengaruh experiential marketing dan persepsi harga secara bersama-sama terhadap loyalitas pelanggan DHL. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah pelanggan DHL selama satu tahun. Total sampel 211 responden, menggunakan non probability sampling method. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan convenience sampling. Metode penelitian ini adalah konklusif. Hasil dari uji t pada pengaruh experiential marketing terhadap loyalitas pelanggan dikatakan berpengaruh signifikan yaitu X1 ke Y (0.000), dan persepsi harga terhadap loyalitas pelanggan juga berpengaruh signifikan yaitu X2 ke Y (0.000) yang mana keduanya tidak lebih besar dari 0.05. hasil dari uji f experiential marketing dan persepsi harga terhadap loyalitas pelanggan (0.000). dan hasil uji determinasi pada experiential marketing, persepsi harga terhadap loyalitas pelanggan yaitu sebesar 28.7%.     Keywords: experiential marketing, persepsi harga, loyalitas pelangga

    THE ANALYSIS OF ABNORMAL RETURN, LIQUIDITY AND STOCK RISK DIFFERENCE DURING PRE AND POST STOCK SPLIT IN IDX PERIOD 2010 – 2014

    This study aimed to analyze the differences of abnormal return, liquidity and risk stock before and after the stock split on companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2010 - 2014. The sample are 29 companies selected by purposive sampling. Period of observations used in this study is 5 days before the stock split and 5 days after the stock split. The analysis technique used is the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test for normality test, paired sample t-test for normally distributed data and Wilcoxon signed rank test if distribution data is not normal. Results from the study showed that there is no significant difference in abnormal returns between before and after stock split period, there are differences in liquidity between the before and after stock split period and there is no difference in stock risk between before and after the stock split period.   Keywords : Stock Split, Abnormal Return, Liquidity, Stock Ris

The technique of data collection used method by distributing questionnaires, which then processed with program SPSS version 21.0. this research using descriptive analysis and explanatory.     PENGARUH BOND RATING TERHADAP IMBAL HASIL SAHAM DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA

    The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of bond rating on stock returns. Sample of this study covers 20 firms listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange. The research period is from 2006 until 2008. Controlling for systematic risk, earning per share and liquidity, the result show that bond rating has insignificant effect on stock returns. This suggests the bond rating announcement has no news to the investor. Further, contrast to the theory, the coefficient of bond rating is positive meaning the higher risk the low return and vice versa. Keywords : Bond Rating, Stock Return, Liquidit

    PENGARUH KEPUASAN GAJI DAN KOMITMEN ORGANISASI TERHADAP INTENSI TURNOVER PADA DIVISI PT JAMSOSTEK

    The purposes of this research are 1) to know description for pay satisfaction, organizational commitment, and turnover intention at PT Jamsostek 2) Test empirically influence of pay satisfaction toward turnover intention at PT Jamsostek 3) Test empirically influence of organizational commitment towards turnover intetion at PT Jamsostek 4) Test empirically influence of pay satisfaction and organizational commitment toward turnover intention at PT Jamsostek. The analysis used in this research are simple regresion and multiple regresion analysis. The method of this research is simple random sampling which has taken 60 employees from all divisions. Meanwhile the data was collected by using questionnaires and cultivated using SPSS 19.00. The result of t test for pay satisfaction is -2,12 and the signification is 0,04. This shows that there is an effect between pay satisfaction towards turnover intention. The result of t test for organizational commitment is -2,24 and the signification is 0,00 this shows that there is an effect between organizational commitment toward turnover intention. The result of F test is 29,403 and the signification is 0,00. This shows that there is an effect between pay satisfaction and organizational commitment towards turnover rintention. The result of R2 is 0,508 or 50,8%.     PENGARUH KARAKTERISTIK PEKERJAAN DAN KOMPENSASI TERHADAP KOMITMEN ORGANISASI PADA PT “X†JAKARTA

    The purposes of this research are: 1) to describe the job characteristics, the compensation, and the organizational commitment, 2) to analyze the influence of job characteristics towards organizational commitment, 3) to analyze the influence of compensation towards organizational commitment, 4) to analyze the influence of job characteristics and compensation simultaneously toward organizational commitment. Population of the research is the employees of PT “Xâ€, Jakarta. Samples of the research are 74 permanent employees. Type of the research is descriptive research and the method is explanatory survey. Descriptive analysis results showed: a) 49% total of permanent staff of PT "X" was not the realization the suitable of the job characteristics, b) 51% total of permanent staff of PT "X" was obtained compensation given by the organization was not good enough, c) 61% permanent employees of PT "X" has a relatively poor organizational commitment. The results of hypothesis testing: 1) there is a significant influence of job characteristics towards organizational commitment, 2) there is a significant influence of compensation towards organizational commitment, 3) job characteristics and compensation simultaneously having an influence on the organizational commitment. Determination coefficient score (R2) for X1 and X2 is 0.127, it means organizational commitment can be influenced by job characteristics and compensation around 12,7%, then other factors around 87,3%.     This research is performed on order to test analysis the influence of the Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), Non Performing Loan (NPL) and Operational Efficiency Ratio (OER) toward Return On Asset (ROA) On Foreign Exchange Banks In Indonesia Period 2010-2012. Methodology research as the sample used purposive sampling, samplewas accured fromforeign banks in Indonesia. Data analysis with multi liniearregression of ordinary least square and hypotheses test used t-statistic and Fstatistic, a classic assumption examination to test the hypotheses.Based on normality test, multicolinearity test, heterosskedasticity test andautocorrelation test were not found variables that deviate from the classical assumptions, this indicatethat the available data has fulfill the condition to use multi linear regressionmodel. This result of research show that variable LDR and NPLpartially have positive influence but not significant toward ROA. Variable OERpartially have negative significant influencetoward ROA. Variable LDR, NPL and OER simultaneously have significant influence toward ROA.     This study was conducted to determine the descriptive and empirical impact of perceived quality, brand image and emotional value toward purchase intention. The object of this research was respondents of backpack users in East Jakarta. Methods of data collection using survey methods. Data analysis using SPSS to process and analyze the research data. The results of descriptive test explained that perceived quality, brand image and emotional value of backpack Consina is good according most respondents answer, so they have quite high purchase intention. The hypothesis test shows, perceived quality has positive and significant effect on purchase intention, brand image has positive and significant effect on purchase intention, emotional value has positive and significant effect on purchase intention, perceived quality, brand image and emotional value have simultaneous effect on purchase intention.   Keywords: Perceived Quality, Brand Image, Emotional Value, Purchase Intentio

In the present, people like to shop through online shops, because in addition to its practicality, the price of goods offered is relatively affordable, and,  or relatively equal to conventional stores. One of the online stores which are popular amongst Indonesian society, and also popular for the university student in Indonesia is Buka Lapak.com. This research aims to examine the influence of consumer behavior on their buying decisions (studies on consumer of Buka Lapak.com amongst the student of Universitas Negeri Jakarta ). The method used in this research is quantitative method with simple linear regression analysis. The results show that student’s consumer behavior in today’s technology significantly influences the student’s buying decisions on Buka Lapak.com.
