PENGARUH KINERJA PERUSAHAAN, CORPORATE GOVERNANCE, DAN SHAREHOLDER PAYOUT TERHADAP KOMPENSASI EKSEKUTIF Studi Kasus Pada Perusahaan Non Financial yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Tahun 2007-2010
The purpose of this study is to know the effect of firm performance, corporate governance, and shareholder payout on executive compensation by using firm size as control variable. Firm performance measured by Return On Asset (ROA), Net Profit Margin (NPM), and Earning Per Share (EPS). Corporate governance measured by institutional shareholding. And shareholder payout measured by dividend yield. The research model in this study used panel data analysis. The samples are 121 non financial firms listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2007-2010 which is taken by purposive sampling method. Based on the correlation, the empirical result shows that firm performance measured by ROA, NPM, and EPS have positive effect and significantly to executive compensation. Afterwhile, institutional shareholding and dividend yield have no positive effect significantly to executive compensation. Besides that, the results indicate that company size is the major determinant of compensation

THE IMPACT OF CAREER DEVELOPMENT AND WORKLOAD TOWARD EMPLOYEE JOB SATISFACTION AT PT ASKRINDO JAKARTA
The purpose of this study are 1) determining the description of the workload, career development and job satisfaction in PT Askrindo, 2) testing empirically the effect of career development on job satisfaction at PT Askrindo, 3) testing empirically the effect of workload on job satisfaction at PT Askrindo, 4) empirically examining the influence of career development and workloads together on job satisfaction at PT Askrindo. Research conducted on 84 employees of PT Askrindo. The data collection technique using a survey method that is distributed questionnaires and processed by SPSS. This study used a descriptive analysis and explenatory. Results of regression showed that there is a significant positive effect between career development and job satisfaction, and there is a significant negative effect between workload and job satisfaction. Career development and work load together affect the job satisfaction of employees.

E-SERVICE QUALITY AND E–RECOVERY SERVICE QUALITY ON E–SATISFACTION LAZADA.COM
The purpose of thus research is to find the impact of e-service quality and e – recovery service quality toward e-satisfaction of consumer at online marketplace Lazada. This research is triggered by the decreasing percentage of Top Brand Award on every category Lazada is in. Even though Lazada as an online service provider has done several effort to improve their service quality and respon to each complain in a well manner. The methods used in this research is descriptive and verificative. The population in this research are Lazada consumer whom conducted a complaint after they buy a product from Lazada. The sampling technique in this research is a purposive sampling, with the number of sample is 200 people. STUDI KOMPARATIF HARGA, LIKUIDITAS, DAN RISIKO SAHAM SEBELUM DAN SESUDAH PERUSAHAAN MELAKUKAN STOCK SPLIT DAN REVERSE SPLIT DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA TAHUN 2004-2009
This research aim to analysis influence of stock split and reverse split to price (measured by daily closing price), liquidity (measured by bid-ask spread) and risk of the stock (measured by standard deviation), seen from there are difference before and after announcement of stock split and reverse split. Period of research during 2004 until 2009 with determination of sample use method of purposive sampling. Amount of taken company as sample 28 emiten of stock split and 7 emiten of reverse split. Secondary data used to be obtained by documentation of ISMD and IDX Statistics Quarterly. Technical analysis used for different test is paired sample t-test if data have normal distribution, if distribution of data is not normal used wilcoxon signed ranks test. While to test distribution of data used Kolmogorov-Smirnov test. The result of research show that there are difference of price among period before and after announcement of stock split and reverse split (Ha1 and Ha2 proven). Same with that, spread have difference too among period before and after reverse split (Ha4 proven). While spread didn’t have difference among period before and after announcement of stock split (Ha3 unprovable). Risk of stocks didn’t have difference among period before and after stock split and reverse split (Ha5 and Ha6 unprovable).

PENGARUH KUALITAS PRODUK DAN KUALITAS PELAYANAN TERHADAP KEPUASAN PELANGGAN (SURVEI PELANGGAN SUZUKI, DEALER FATMAWATI, JAKARTA SELATAN)
The objective of this study is to describe clearly about product quality, service quality and customer satisfaction in dealer Suzuki Fatmawati, Jakarta Selatan. The method is descriptive and explanatory research survey. The samples taken are customers who do service in dealer Suzuki Fatmawati, Jakarta Selatan, with 225 respondents. The sampling technique used purposive sampling, research instruments is to use questionnaires, and using multiple linear regression analysis. The result of this descriptive study is product quality variable and service quality variable influence customer satisfaction variable. Results of hypothesis testing showed: 1) Product quality variable negatively affect customer satisfaction variables, 2) Service quality variable has positive influence on customer satisfaction variable; 3) This study shows that the percentage contribution of the influence of independent variables (product quality and service quality) to the dependent variable (customer satisfaction) of 5.6% (R Square).

PENGARUH EARNING PER SHARE, DEBT TO EQUITY RATIO, RETURN ON EQUITY, DAN PRICE TO BOOK VALUE TERHADAP RETURN SAHAM Studi Kasus Pada Perusahaan Industry Food and Beverages yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia
This research was to determine the effect of earning per share, debt to equity ratio, return on equity and price to book value toward stock return. The sample study is company on food and beverages industry are listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2007-20010. Study sample as many as 17 companies food and beverages, where the method used was purposive sampling. Analysis of data using panel data regression, preceded by a test consisting of the assumption of classical test for normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test and autocorrelation test. Test data is done using panel data and for testing hypotheses using t test. The results of this analysis that the earnings per share and price to book has no significant relationship to the company's stock return, but the debt to equity ratio and return on equity have a significant effect on the company's stock return food and beverages industry.

PENGARUH LINGKUNGAN KERJA DAN BUDAYA ORGANISASI TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA KARYAWAN PADA BANK BTN (PERSERO) CABANG BEKASI
The purpose of the research are: 1) To know description for working environment, organization culture, and job satisfaction at Bank BTN (Persero) cabang Bekasi. 2) to test the influence of working organization towards job satisfaction at Bank BTN (Persero) cabang Bekasi. 3) to test tthe influence of organization culture towards job satisfaction at Bank BTN (Persero) cabang Bekasi. 4) to test the influence of working environment and organization culture towards job satisfaction at Bank BTN (Persero) cabang Bekasi. The analysis implemented in this research are simple regression and multiple regression analysis. The method of this research is simple random sampling, that taken 55 Operational Division employee at Transaction Process Division, Loan Administration Division, and General Administration Division, while data collecting by using questionnaire and cultivated using SPSS 19.0. The result of t test for working environment is 2.123, and the signification is 0.038. This shows that there is an effect between working environment toward job satisfaction. The result of t test for organization culture is -2.160 ,and the signification is 0.035 This shows that there is an effect between organization culture toward job satisfaction. The result of F test is 5.798, and the signification is 0.005. This shows that there is an effect between working environment and organization culture toward job satisfaction. The result of R2 is 0.182 or 18,2%. It means Job Satisfaction is affected by working environment and organization culture as much as 18,2%.

THE INFLUENCE OF BRAND IMAGE, PRICE, PRODUCT QUALITY AND PERCEIVE RISK ON PURCHASE DECISION TRANSFORMER PRODUCT PT. SCHNEIDER INDONESIA
The aim of this objective reserach is to find a picture of the influence of brand image, price, product quality and perceive risk on purchase decision transformer product PT. Schneider Indonesia for business consumers in Indonesia. This research is quantitative study with descriptive and causal method undertaken at PT. Schneider Indonesia business unit transfomer in 2013. Data collection done towards 97 respondents and its surrounding others industries segment. The data were collected with questonnaire and analyzed with SPSS ver. 20.0. The results of this study concluded that (1) the brand image positive and has significant impact on purchasing decisions, (2) Price positive and has significant impact on purchasing decisions, (3) product quality positive and has significant impact on purchasing decisions, (4) perceive risk positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions and (5) all of the independent variables (brand image, price, product quality, and perceive risk) have significant positive effect on the dependent variable (purchase decisions). The variables that most influence the purchase decision is price variable, the second is brand image, the third is perceive risk and the fourth is a product quality.

PENGARUH IKLAN DAN ATRIBUT PRODUK TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN PEMBELIAN SMARTPHONE SAMSUNG SERI GALAXY (SURVEI PADA PELANGGAN ITC ROXY MAS)
Generally, the purpose of this research are: 1) to get more knowledge about Advertising, product attributes and the decision to purchase smartphone Samsung Galaxy series,. 2) to get more knowledge about the influenace of Advertising to purchasing decisions smartphone Samsung Galaxy series, 3) to get more knowledge about the influence of product attributes to purchasing decisions smartphone Samsung Galaxy series, 4) to get more knowledge about influenace of Advertising and product attributes simultaneously the decision to purchase smartphone Samsung Galaxy series. The observation unit in this research is 100 respondents visitors ITC Roxy Mas – Jakarta to purchase smartphone Samsung Galaxy series. Technique of determining the sample using a convenience sampling technique. Data collection techniques using the questionnaire Likert scale from 1 to 5. Descriptive analysis results showed: 1) the Advertising from Samsung Galaxy series is good enough as a whole but still lacking in message Acceptance and message retention. 2) Attribute a good product overall dimesi dominated by product fitures, 3) the decision to purchase is dominated by post-purchase where consumers get satisfaction after buying the Samsung Galaxy series. Hypothesis testing results showed: 1) Advertising have a significant effect on purchasing decisions, 2) product attributes have a significant effect on purchasing decisions, 3) Advertising and product attributes a significant effect on purchasing decisions.

PENGARUH LINGKUNGAN KERJA, KOMPENSASI DAN KOMITMEN ORGANISASI TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA KARYAWAN DI RS “Xâ€
The purposes of the research are: 1) to get some information related with work environment, compensation, organizational commitment and employee’s job satisfaction at Hospital “Xâ€, 2) to test the influence of work environment towards employee Job satisfaction, 3) to test the influence of compensation policy towards employee Job satisfaction, 4) to test the influence of organizational commitment towards employee Job satisfaction, 5) to test the influence of work environment, compensation and organizational commitment towards employee Job satisfaction. The analysis implemented in this research was descriptive and explanatory analysis. The samples in this research are 120 grade III employees in Hospital “Xâ€. The result showed that the work environment, compensation policy and organizational commitment have a positive and significant impact toward Job satisfaction.
