The SMEs Funding Decisions through the Islamic Equity Crowdfunding Platform
Islamic Equity Crowdfunding is currently an alternative sharia-based financing for SMEs. In Indonesia, the Islamic Equity Crowdfunding platform began to appear in 2021, and has been growing until now. The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors that influence the funding decision of SMEs in the Halal Food Industry through the Islamic Equity Crowdfunding platform. Data was collected from SMEs in Indonesia by surveying 200 respondents, namely businesses in halal food. In this study the data obtained will be analyzed using the partial least squares technique which refers to the theory of planned behavior. The results showed that the decision of SMEs in seeking funding through Islamic Equity Crowdfunding was influenced by Subjective Norms, Perceived Behavioral Control, Product Knowledge, and Religiosity, but Intention was not influenced by Attitude.

Determining Economic Growth and Life Expectancy Linkages in Indonesia: A Simultanous Equation Model
Life expectancy become the main indicators of the health parameters in the population and development process. However, there is a relationship between life expectancy and growth which is represented by the inconsistency of previous studies. This study aims to reveal a linkage between life expectancy and economic growth, and analyzing factors that influence both of them. Two-Stage Least Square (2SLS) was used for simultaneous modelling equations to fill the existing literature gaps. Based on the 2SLS estimation relationship, it was found that there is a simultaneous relationship of life expectancy economic growth. Furthermore, it was found economic growth was significantly influenced by the decreasing dependency ratio, unemployment rate, and poverty. Furthermore, life expectancy is positively influenced by health spending and significantly decreases by the increased poverty rate. Therefore, mortality and carbon emissions had insignificant adverse effect. However, poverty and carbon emissions had a negative had insignificant adverse effect. This result suggests the government formulate policies to prioritize larger budget allocations in the education sector as a safety net program, cash transfers, and labor pensions
Green Economy's Impact on Food Security Program Evaluation
Sustainable green economic concepts are essential for food security initiatives. Utilising organic fertilisers allows for the long-term preservation of natural ecosystems in the Pinrang Regency and the economic prosperity of local farmers through the sale of agricultural products such as fisheries and plantations. By conducting in-depth interviews with participants, participating in direct observation, and reviewing pertinent materials, the researcher actively examines the study hypothesis in the framework of qualitative research. This qualitative study seeks to understand how organic fertiliser use affects agricultural production. Additionally, the study tries to determine whether this farming approach may improve farmers' quality of life. The study found that a green economy program that improves agricultural productivity could raise farmers' living standards. According to the study's findings, incorporating a green economy program into agricultural practices can enhance agricultural quality, farmers' green economy proficiency, and farmers' collective responsibility for the preservation of the environment
The Impact of Reward System on Job Satisfaction and In-role Performance among Lecturers in Indonesia
The current study attempts to analyze the effect of the reward system (intrinsic and extrinsic) on job satisfaction and in-role performance. Moreover, the expected effect of job satisfaction and in-role performance was also tested. This research focuses on all permanent lecturers at private universities in Makassar under the Institute for Higher Education Services Region IX (LLDIKTI IX). Self-administered online questionnaires were designed and distributed to respondents who met the judgment sampling criteria. The 220 respondents were determined as primary data and then tested with structural equation modeling (SEM) analysis based on partial least squares (PLS). The founding statistically stated that intrinsic rewards positively and significantly affect lecturer in-role performance and job satisfaction. Extrinsic rewards have a significant effect on in-role performance but are not significant on lecturer job satisfaction. Furthermore, the mutual relationship between in-role performance-job satisfaction was confirmed and supported. These findings provide the latest insights into productive human resource planning strategies in higher education in Indonesia.

Using Google Workspace for Education to Engage Accounting Students
This study aimed to describe the level of student engagement in online and face-to-face learning. This study also aimed to describe learning innovations created by lecturers by utilizing existing features on Google workspace. Finally, this study offers suggestions for using Google Workspace in accounting learning to improve student engagement. Quantitative and qualitative descriptive research was conducted by observing the experiences of students and lecturers during post-pandemic face-to-face learning. Questionnaires, observations, and interviews were used to gather data. The data analysis method used was quantitative and qualitative descriptive analysis. The results of the study indicated that there was no lack of student engagement in face-to-face learning. Lecturers had utilized the features on Google workspace but not optimally. Google's most frequently used service features were Google Classroom, YouTube, and Google Drive. Meanwhile, Google site, Jamboard and podcasts were the services that were rarely used. Lecturers could utilize google docs, google sheets, and google slides for accounting learning so that student engagement could increase significantly. This feature required students to actively collaborate to complete assignments because lecturers could monitor activities carried out by students in real time.

Project-Based Assessment Blended Learning To Improve Students' Psychomotor Competence
This research and development aim to produce an appropriate blended learning-based assessment project that can improve student competence. Project assignment by utilizing various contemporary applications such as Tik Tok, Instagram, and Youtube as a medium for product promotion. The data were researched and developed using Research and Development methods, the research model used was adopted from Borg & Gall. The feasibility of the development product in the form of an instrument was validated by a validator of assessment experts, validators of material experts. Student competence is measured by cognitive and psychomotor aspects. Data analysis by percentage and paired sample T-test analysis. The results of expert validation were declared "Very Feasible" with a score of 86.4% (cognitive) and 88.2% (psychomotor). The results of material expert validation were 89% (cognitive) and 87.5% (psychomotor) with the "Very Feasible" category. The results of the large class trial resulted in a score of 86.7% for the teacher's response and 88% for the student's response to the assessment instrument product. The increase in student competence is measured through project assignments, where the results of the calculation of the paired sample T-test show that there is a difference in the average score before and after using the assessment instrument in either the cognitive or psychomotor domain.

The Readiness of Indonesian Youths Towards the Era of Digital Economy and Business
The world is moving towards the digital economy and business era. Making Indonesia 4.0 was launched to prepare Indonesia ready to face the waves of change towards the Industrial 4.0 era and to be able to increase its competitiveness in the global arena. This study will share new insights into the level of readiness of the Indonesian youth to face the impact of digitalization. This study involved 8,347 youths aged 18-34 in Java who took online Financial Life Skills (FLS) training from June 2020 to April 2021. Cross-sectional data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using an exploratory method. This study concluded that the readiness of Indonesian youth toward the digital economy and business era was still in the "developing readiness" stage and had not been supported by adequate financial literacy and digital skills. The higher readiness scores came from the youth group having a job, previous work experience, or having participated in financial literacy or soft skills training. To be better prepared to face the rapid change of the Industrial Revolution, youth need to be equipped with future skills development programs that will improve their digital skill, financial literacy, and soft skills required to complete future jobs
The Effect of Competency and ICT Skills on Vocational Students' Work Readiness
This study examined the role of internship in mediating and moderating the effect of competency and ICT skills on students' work readiness. The final sample of this study was 284 vocational accounting students in South Tangerang City. By using partial least square structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) analysis, this study proved the direct effect of competency and internship on work readiness. On the other hand, this study also found that internships can mediate ICT skills and moderate competency on work readiness. However, this study failed in proving any direct effect of ICT skills on work readiness. This study implied that internship was critical in maximizing students' work readiness. In this context, students' ICT skills did not directly affect work readiness but must be mediated by internships. The internship is also essential to strengthen the effect of competency on student work readiness.

Restaurant Taxpayer Compliance: The Role of Social Relations and Tax Sanctions
Restaurant tax is one type of state income that can strengthen economic stability. However, due to the economic crisis due to the pandemic, the target for restaurant tax revenues is not optimal. The purpose of this study aims to examine the impact of social relationships and feed sanctions on mandated tax compliance. This research targets restaurant taxpayers who have been registered at Regional Revenue Office (Bapenda) DKI as many as 50 taxpayers with a sample selection technique using accidental sampling. The sample involved in this study is restaurant taxpayers registered with the DKI Jakarta Bapenda using accidental sampling with 50 restaurant taxpayers. The data collected was then analyzed by multiple regression and processed using SPSS. Hypotheses testing has established that tax audits, regulatory comprehension, and tax sanctions all have a favorable effect on restaurant taxpayer compliance. The social relation variable does not affect restaurant taxpayer compliance. The higher and stricter the tax sanctions, the higher the compliance of restaurant taxpayers. Tax sanctions are used to ensure that taxpayers adhere to restaurant tax payment requirements. Thus, taxpayers will be informed if they are subject to tax penalties for violating and failing to comply with their tax duties.
