Career development is highly depends on professional knowledge and skill development through training programme in tourism sector
Tourism is widely recognized as one of the largest and rapid growing industries in the global economy. The diverse nature of the tourism industry, which incorporates many different sectors and types of jobs, means accurate statistics on employment are very difficult to ascertain. Estimate suggests, however, that tourism employs at least 255 million people throughout the world and contributes more than 9 per cent of global GDP (WTTC, 2012a). In addition, in many developing countries, tourism plays a principle role in economic development. For example, across all developing countries, tourism was the third highest export earner in 2000 (WTO, 2002).While tourism has made an important contribution to economic growth in many countries, the industry’s rapid expansion had a significant social and environmental impact while critics also argue that growth has generally not filtered down to the poorest (Ashley, 2006). The availability of skilled and trained manpower is a crucial element in the successful long-term development and sustainability of a tourist destination. Skilled and trained human resources will ensure the delivery of efficient, high-quality service to visitors, which is a direct and visible element of successful tourism product. One of the key areas through which tourism can provide employment opportunities is through employment (by building the capacity of service provider), but the issue of who benefits is important to consider. The potential for members of the community to take advantage of employment is often limited due to stipulation from employers for minimum level of education. The impact on the individuals employed by the organization and their ability to develop the technical and soft skills required for their role and to progress in their careers. A main challenge for the industry is to provide appropriate training, education, and clear career progression pathways for those that wish to progress in their careers
Design of ROVAC Air-Conditioning System for a Car
This study investigates the air compression air conditioning system which utilizes a rotary vane compressor that replaces the conventional mechanical compressor in automotives. The awareness for pollution, transportation contributing the major part has lead to measures taken by the Nation, demanding reduction of global warming refrigerants used in mobile air conditioning systems. Much of effort was to refurbish the system to safe operating condition and to evaluate its performance. The result of this study provides the basis for design of improved refrigeration systems for automotives and space conditioning applications.The queer system which is based on the works of Dr. Thomas C. Edwards, has been developed in which an oval shaped housing acts as a compressor and natural substance like air as refrigerant which offers a number of environmental and practical advantages.

A design of cost effective hybrid solar interface and management unit
Electricity is the common problem in many countries and to fulfil the requirements of people in these countries a system is designed which use sun light to generate electricity. This system requires solar panel to convert sun light into dc voltage and then start working and charge the dc bank and then electricity is generated by inverters. By using this system we are having full control on grid supply. If according to the requirement of user power from solar panels is available then solar management and interface unit cut the mains from the inverter and load runs through the power generate by solar charge controller from solar panels. And system check time to time for the power required by user and generated from solar management and interface unit using solar panels. If there is a difference in available power and required power then microcontroller switch the system to mains mode. And also check again and again if at any time power from solar is equal to the requirement then again mains cut and system starts its working and also charge the batteries used by the system. And if current is available from solar panels but less than the requirement in such a case the available power from solar side is utilize to charge the batteries only. In the present world there is a lot of increase in energy demand. It is time for us to come up with innovative solutions as we are going short of our available resources. Though the utilization of solar energy is very less compared to other available resources at present, it is going to double in future

A Robust image representation and learning method using SVM for image retrieval
Multimedia databases have been drastically expanded in recent years. In order to increase effectiveness to retrieve the desired images from a huge image database, the design and development of a content-based image retrieval (CBIR) technique has become an important research domain. Accurate image retrieval is possible using prominent algorithmic approach where robust image attributes are extracted to make comparison with query image. In this proposed work advanced and more robust features for CBIR are used. Color attributes like, color auto-correlogram, HSV (Hue Saturation Value) histogram and color moments, 'mean square energy' and mean amplitude of 2D wavelet components are considered in texture features. Also mean and standard deviation of wavelet coefficients are considered in texture features description.These features are prominently used in CBIR to make the process of retrieval fast and accurate. Creating dataset of features used in the proposed for any set of images will be easier , compared with other features. Furthermore, for more accurate features comparison and retrieval SVM classifier is employed. Analysis of check pointing protocols for mobile distributed systems
Mobile Distributed Systems (MDS) are susceptible to faults. It is not easy to predict whether the system will prolong to perform throughout or till approved time. Checkpointing based Fault tolerance enables a system to continue properly, in the event of failure. Checkpoint is defined as a nominated place in a program at which normal process is broken up distinctively to conserve the status information, needed to allow recommencement of processing at a later time in case of a failure. Checkpointing algorithms for mobile distributed systems come across new issues such as mobility, low bandwidth of wireless channels, disconnections, limited battery power and lack of reliable stable storage on mobile nodes. This paper gives a summary of checkpointing strategies for mobile networks which are categories on the basis of QOS of wireless networks, based on mobile agents, considering the mobility of MHs and transmission of checkpoints
Accelerated PSO Swarm Search Feature Selection with SVM for Data Stream Mining Big Data
In the modern world there is huge development in the field of networking technology which handles huge data at a time. This data can be structured, semi structured or unstructured. To perform efficient mining of valuable information from such type of data the big data technology is gaining importance nowadays. Data mining application is been used in public and private sectors of industry because of its advantage over conventional networking technology to analyze large real time data. Data mining mainly relies on 3 V’s namely, Volume, Varity and Velocity of processing data. Volume refers to the huge amount of data it collects, Velocity refers to the speed at which it process the data and Variety defines that multi-dimensional data which can be numbers, dates, strings, geospatial data, 3D data, audio files, video files, social files, etc. These data which is stored in big data will be from different source at different rate and of different type; hence it will not be synchronized. This is one of the biggest challenges in working with big data. Second challenge is related to mining the valuable and relevant information from such data adhering to 3rd V i.e. Velocity. Numerical Analysis of Hybrid Electric Vehicle
A model for Hybrid electric vehicle power train has been constructed. The HEV model developed is based on the Honda Integrated Motor Assist power-train which is utilized by Honda in its all the HEVs. In order to check the accuracy of the developed MATLAB-SIMULINK HEV model, the simulation is carried out on two different standard international drive cycles (NYCC,WVU5), and the data is compared with the published data. Three major performance parameters are compared to validate the developed model: fuel consumed, energy regenerated and energy consumed. After comparing the performance parameters the MATLAB-SIMULINK HEV model developed is validated against published data
Examining 4-channel WDM System under Optical Filtering
The massive credibility of WDM system is broadly deployed in today's telecommunication networks. Conversely, the economic influence marks the WDM technology to be accessible merely for solicitation in long-haul arrangements with a mandate for extraordinary capacity in terms of Tbit/s [1]. In certain case there was an low budget WDM system generating optimum data rates, which is in the order of Gbit/s; and can be used for application in Metropolitan Area Networks (MANs) along with fiber lengths equal to 10 km.
