    The Impact of Community Social Changes on the Digitalization of the Implementation of Stock Waqf

    Abstract The practice of cash waqf, especially stock waqf, in the last 5 years in Indonesia has increased in addition to other cash waqf. This is the impact of increasingly sophisticated digitalization developments that affect people\u27s mindsets. Stock waqf is a new innovation because waqf through money is considered to have a more flexible nature to make new breakthroughs according to the needs of the times without reducing the essence of the waqf. Waqf shares are usually intended for productive social purposes or investments, the results of which are for the benefit of the people. The public or entrepreneurs are more interested in stock waqf because it can be channeled directly through nadzir waqaf and is easy to access. In general, the model for implementing stock waqf is derived from profits management of shares which are then given to waqf management institutions for then add to the benefits of waqf in the form of productive assets as well as physical assets that are useful for social.This research is a library research using a sociological approach. The type of research used is qualitative research using documentation data collection techniques and then analyzed by reducing data, presenting data and then drawing a conclusion. So that innovation in the form of cash waqf in Indonesia due to the positive impact of social changes in society is known comprehensively and has a strong legal basis.     Artists Religiosity on Social Media: Between Rules, Religious Commudification and Media Capitalism

    This article analyzes the artist\u27s religiosity on social media. The symbols of obedience to religion are often displayed by artists in various activities broadcasted on social media both when playing as an actor in a social media show or in their actual life that is covered on social media. The piety is shown by dressing sharia clothes, performing umrah, sponsorsing orphans program, follow Islamic sermon and others. The artist\u27s religious expression holds the meaning, whether the motive is actually behind what is seen on social media, whether purely as part of religious obidience, or there is a religious commodification and media capitalism deliberately displayed to generate greater public viewer which subsequently increase revenue for media corporation. this study will use a phenomenological approach to understand the true meaning behind reality seen on social media. While the dramaturgy theory is used to analyze the religiousity of the artist on social media. Dramaturgy theory by Erving Goffman there is the concept of front stage and back stage. Front stage to explain the artist\u27s visible visibility on social media, while back stage to explain the true artist\u27s life (behind the scenes), so it can be mapped the artist\u27s religiosity -as a religious obedience-, as part of the religious  commodification or media capitalism

    Criticism of Margin Actualization in Murābahah Financing at Sharia Banking Evidence from Indonesia

    This study aims to analyze margin actualization of murābaha contract. It is because, although murābaha is a favorable financing contract at sharia banking, it still has problem due to the related issue. This happens due to lack of trust form such customers, who have a tendency that sharia bank is the same with conventional bank due to the issue of margin actualization. This is a qualitative descriptive reseach with library reseach approach, exploring the issue and relating to the Islamic study to get such deep analysis. The result revealed that relating to the issue it needs such a fatwa or other binding which aligned with sharia principles, and such reconstruction of the contract which appropriate with sharia principle reflected by maqāṣid al-sharia

    Islamic Perspective on Marketing Strategy Through Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM)

    Although several papers have discussed Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM), there is still limited research that specifically discusses result marketing strategies for the results of QSPM in an Islamic perspective. The aim is to show that QSPM as an input for a marketing strategy is based on an Islamic perspective so that it becomes a grounded and conceptual theory by incorporating narrative verses from the Quran and Hadith. This research used a qualitative approach and is guided by the verses of the Quran and Hadith in supporting QSPM as an input for marketing strategies from an Islamic perspective. Findings from the QSPM, it is found that the alternative strategy that should be carried out is strategy 5, namely, by making unique batik patterns and motifs, it is hoped that the Batik Production business can increase the competitive advantage in the era of globalization and increasingly fierce competition with a Total Attractiveness Score (TAS) value of 6.22. The strategy of making unique patterns and motifs in an Islamic perspective is reflected in the Quran, Surah Ali-‘Imran verse 190 and Surah Ar-Ra’d verse 1

    Observing Umrah Worshipping Commitment with EMAI Model (Expectation, Motivation, Attitude, and Intention) among Middle-Class Muslims through Religiosity

    This study investigates the Umrah worshipping commitment of Middle-Class Muslims, focusing on Religiosity. Data from questionnaires, literature, documents, and secondary sources center on South Sulawesi\u27s middle-class Muslims in Indonesia, with 213 respondents using a Likert scale. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) via Smart PLS 4 analyzes the data, revealing a positive and significant correlation between Umrah worshipping intention and commitment. Attitude, Religiosity, Expectation, and Motivation positively influence Umrah worshipping intention. Attitude plays a pivotal role in shaping Umrah worshipping commitment through Intention mediation. Religiosity, Expectation, and Motivation impact Umrah worshipping intention through Attitude mediation. The study underscores religiosity in forming Umrah worshipping commitment via the EMAI Model, highlighting its foundational role. These insights provide a profound understanding of Umrah participation motivators, with strategic implications for sustainable policy and program development. The study contributes significantly to understanding Umrah worshipping intention and commitment determinants, guiding policy planning and community development strategies

    Good Parenting as A Solution to Prevent Children as Sexual Abuse: Case Study of Solution by The Service of Women’s Empowerment, Child Protection, Population Control and Family Planning, Tegal, Central Java

    This study aims to determine the relationship between parenting patterns and sexual abuse behavior in children in Tegal Regency, Central Java Province. To answer these problems, this paper uses a case approach method, as well as a conceptual approach. The results of this study can be concluded that parenting is a capital for children to reach the maturity process. Family is the first social environment that individuals encounter since they were born into the world. The first family environment is the father, mother and the individual himself. The relationship between the individual and his parents is a reciprocal relationship where there is interaction in it. So it is proper as a good parent to be able to apply parenting that will form a good child\u27s personality starting from an early age. The influence of increasingly sophisticated digital technology also has an impact on sexual violence against children, so parents are also required to monitor addictive behavior related to digital technology and prevent negative impacts due to long-term use of digital devices. Suggestions for parents to need to determine the right parenting pattern and improve the quality and quantity of communication with children and have a good trusting relationship so that the problem of sexual abuse behavior in children can be overcome and avoided

    Implementation of Halal Tourism in Lombok Island (Study on the Compliance of Tourism Actors with the Halal Tourism Regulation)

    The tourist business of Lombok, particularly the Muslim-friendly sector, was severely impacted by the declaration of COVID-19 as a worldwide pandemic in March 2020. The difficulty that still exists at the present day is the application of the policies mandated by law. One of the criteria for the establishment of halal tourism in line with Regional Regulation No. 2 of 2006 is whether or not the process has been carried out correctly and is supported by government monitoring. According to Soerjono Soekanto\u27s theory of legal efficacy, this study employs a sociological or empirical legal research technique (sociology of law). A community\u27s response to a law provides insight into the effectiveness of the law. In order for a law or legislation to be successful, it must result in changes in behavior on the part of the community members that bring about the intended outcome. &nbsp

    Analysis of Law No. 24 of 2004 on the Non-Participation of Baitul Maal Wal Tamwil as Deposit Insurance Corporation Participants

    This research originates from statutory regulation number 24 of 2004 regarding the Deposit Insurance Corporation. The existence of these statutory regulations provides a sense of certainty for every customer in carrying out financing and savings activities at Islamic financial institutions. However, not all Islamic financial institutions are registered as members of deposit insurance institutions. One of them is an Islamic financial institution, Baitul Maal Wal Tamwil (BMT). Whereas in the Baitul Maal Wal Tamwil (BMT) there is customers\u27 money that must be ensured for their savings deposits. Baitul Maal Wal Tamwil (BMT) Assyafi\u27yah, for example, in his financial reports from 2019 to 2021 has a large amount, in 2019 with a total deposit of Rp. 14,790,416,786, in 2020 with a total deposit of Rp.15,494,878,688, and in 2021 with a total deposit of Rp. 15,900,496,978. From the data above, it can be seen that in Baitul Maal Wal Tamwil (BMT) Assyafi\u27yah itself, the number of customer deposits increases every year but are still not registered as a deposit insurance institution. This research is a type of library research with the nature of descriptive qualitative research with a normative juridical approach. Research with the type of research library research is research with primary data sources and secondary data using a book, journal, or other scientific works related to this research and Law No. 24 of 2004 concerning Deposit Insurance Corporation. In the concluding part, the researcher will describe in narrative form why Baitul Maal Wal Tamwil (BMT) has not been registered as a participant in a deposit insurance institution

    Challenges and Opportunities for Halal Tourism in Banyumas

    The tourism sector is one of the sectors that has an important role in the Indonesian economy. Since the concept of halal tourism emerged in early 2010, various reactions have emerged to the development of halal tourism. This year, Indonesia won the title of Top Muslim Friendly Destination of the Year 2023 in the Mastercard Crescent Rating Global Muslim Travel Index (GMTI) 2023 in Singapore. Indonesia\u27s halal tourism rose to number one from the previous number two. This increase is an extraordinary achievement. In 2021, Indonesia is ranked fourth and in 2022 second. As one of the regencies in Central Java located south of Mount Slamet, Banyumas has many natural tourist destinations. Diversity of tourism such as nature tourism, religious tourism, to educational tourism is available in Banyumas. The beauty of this tourism can be seen from the number of tourists both from within and outside the region who visit. The increase in Muslim tourists is an opportunity and challenge to improve the tourism sector in Banyumas. This research uses qualitative research methods. This qualitative research method is used as a research procedure that produces descriptive data. This research concludes that Banyumas Regency as one of the regencies in Central Java Province is known to have tourism potential that is very potential to be developed. The development of halal tourism in Banyumas still has many challenges, namely air transportation access is not yet available. Tourism destinations are not yet evenly distributed, many are concentrated in the Baturraden area. Facilities and infrastructure supporting tourism activities still need to be improved in quality and quantity. Tourism attractions are less varied. There have not been many promotional events carried out related to halal tourism. In addition to the challenges, there are certainly many opportunities for halal tourism in Banyumas, namely the strength of the natural and geographical conditions of Banyumas Regency, which is dominated by a fairly large mountainous area.     Good Amil Governance (GAG) and Efficiency of Zakat Institution in Indonesia

    This study aims to analyze the implementation of Good Amil Governance (GAG) in zakat management organizations (OPZ) and the efficiency of zakat distribution in Indonesia. This study uses a qualitative method with a literature study approach through secondary data tracing in the annual reports of zakat management organizations, journals, books and the official website of OPZ in Indonesia. The results showed that most of the OPZ had implemented the GAG principles thoroughly. In addition, the problem of inefficiency in the distribution of zakat in Indonesia has been overcome by the National Amil Zakat Agency (BAZNAS) through the issuance of the decision of the chairman of BAZNAS No. 33 of 2019 through identification of the Mustahik Identification Number (NIM). This research is expected to have implications for improving the application of governance and coordination of zakat distribution by OPZ in Indonesia
