Get PDFThe work of a teacher requires constant enrichment of knowledge, development of skills; therefore, it is important to find out the level of motivation of a student for continuous professional development.The purpose of the article is to consider motivation as one of the fundamental factors of continuous professional development of future teachers in the process of studying in a higher education institution. The purpose determines the following tasks: to study the motives for choosing the profession of a teacher and the level of development of motivation for continuous professional advancement in the process of professional training.The methodological basis of the article is philosophical, psychological, pedagogical theories and ideas that reveal the conceptual approaches to the studied issues.The student's professional motivation is the basis of the professional training they receive in a higher education institution. The completion of educational tasks is the basis through which the needs and interests that motivate the student to study future professional activities are met.Key words: motivation, professional training, professional development, continuous professional development, students of the Faculty of Physical Education.Діяльність педагога вимагає постійного збагачення знань, розвитку здібностей, тому, важливо з’ясувати рівень мотивації студента щодо неперервного професійного зростання.Метою статті є розгляд мотивації як одного із основоположних чинників неперервного професійного зростання майбутніх вчителів у процесі навчання у закладі вищої освіти. Мета зумовлює наступні завдання: вивчення мотивів вибору професії вчителя та рівня розвитку мотивації щодо неперервного професійного зростання у процесі професійної підготовки. Методологічною основою статті є філософські, психологічні, педагогічні теорії та положення, які розкривають концептуальні підходи щодо досліджуваної проблематики.Професійна мотивація студента є основою тієї професійної підготовки, яку він отримує у закладі вищої освіти. Виконання навчальних завдань є тією основою через яку задовольняються потреби та інтереси, що спонукають студента до вивчення майбутньої професійної діяльності. Дослідження ефективності виявлення динамічних об’єктів на відеопослідовностях з камер відеоспостереження
Get PDFIn this article, indicator of the effectiveness object detection in video surveillance systems (VSS) was proposed. The results of experimental calculations, have been indicated to increase the efficiency of using VSS with video analytics functions. After modeling the obtained expressions in the software package Mathcad and using the main indicators of the conditional software and hardware, it is obvious that the probability of detection of the object (person) by the video surveillance system operator depends on a number of parameters (geometric dimensions of the observed object). , parameters of the video surveillance camera, parameters of the information display device (monitor), features of the visual system of the human operator, the level of his fatigue and level of training, etc.). Areas of further research determine the software implementation of the proposed criterion, analysis of modern models for determining the probabilities of detecting alarming events by video surveillance system operators.Keywords: probability of detection, human operator, criterion, criterion for evaluating efficiency, indicator, indicator of task success.В роботі запропоновано показник ефективності виявлення об’єктів при оцінці ефективності функціонування систем відеоспостереження. За результатами експериментальних розрахунків доведено підвищення ефективності застосування систем відеоспостереження із застосуванням функцій відеоаналітики. Провівши моделювання отриманих виразів в програмному пакеті Mathcad та використавши основні показники умовного програмно-технічний комплексу, очевидно, що ймовірність виявлення об’єкта (людини) оператором системи відеоспостереження залежить від ряду параметрів (розмірів об’єкта, дальність до об’єкта, параметрів камери відеоспостереження, тощо). Напрямками подальших досліджень визначено програмну реалізацію запропонованого критерію, аналіз сучасних моделей визначення ймовірностей виявлення тривожних подій операторами систем відеоспостереження.Ключові слова: ймовірність виявлення, людина-оператор, критерій, критерій оцінки ефективності, показник, показник успішності виконання задачі

GENERAL METHODS OF CONSTRUCTION OF OBJECTS WITH VARIABLE GEOMETRY IN OBJECTIVE-SPATIAL DESIGN
Get PDFThe objective of the article is to define and characterize the basic general methods of construction of objects with variable geometry in the area of objective-spatial design.On the basis of a thorough analysis of scientific publications and modern samples of transformative objects of different specifics, it was established that objects with variable geometry in objective-spatial design are often based on methods borrowed from architecture, design of mobile housing, clothing, etc.As a result, ten general methods of transformation in objective-spatial design were defined, their characteristic features were described, the main areas of use and specificities of functional purpose were established.The methods are as follows: the unfolding method (a partial or complete transfiguration of the initial form of the object, resulting in the unfolding of supplementary functional elements simultaneously or alternately); the packaging method (more radical version of the unfolding method); the rearrangement method (rearrangement of a set of modular elements in different ways, within the designs limits); the modular construction method (arrangement a set of subordinate modular parts in one or many particular ways to form a indivisible object); the displacement method (the process of shifting one or several parts of the initial structure in different directions relative to the static base); the rotation method (the movement of the structural elements of the object around its static base); the awning structures method (the construction of a closed environment by using pre-fabricated awning structures); the aggregation method (ensuring the variety of configurations of an object through a coalescence of its separate structural elements into an adjustable construction set); the unification method (unification of the vast variety of similar design objects and reduction it to a single form, system, configuration); the separation method (the splitting of one object into two or more self-sufficient parts).In conclusion, it was established that in practice these ten methods are universal and have a wide range of applications, both utilitarian and conceptual in nature, and are often applied in different combinations in order to optimize the process of product exploitation, or to provide the necessary aesthetic characteristics.Keywords: method of transformation, transformative design object, design, multifunctionality, mobility, design concept

Get PDFThe article analyzes scientific approaches to defining the essence, legal nature and concept of marriage contract. On the basis of scientific research and legislation, the main features of the marriage contract are highlighted. The conclusion is made about the complex legal nature of the marriage contract, its concept is formulated as an agreement of the spouses (or persons intending to marry), which is aimed at establishing, changing or terminating the property rights and obligations of the spouses in marriage and dissolution. The necessity of corresponding fixing of the concept in the legislation of Ukraine is substantiated.У статті аналізуються наукові підходи до визначення сутності, правової природи і поняття шлюбного договору. На основі наукових досліджень і законодавства виділені основні ознаки шлюбного договору. Зроблено висновок про комплексну правову природу шлюбного договору, сформульоване його поняття як домовленості подружжя (або осіб, які мають намір укласти шлюб), яка спрямована на встановлення, зміну або припинення майнових прав і обов'язків подружжя у шлюбі та при його розірванні. THE GLOBAL DIMENSION OF EUROPEAN SPACE FOR SHAPING VALUES OF EDUCATION AND SCIENCE
Get PDFThe article discovers that European axiological dimension of education was formed in historical retrospective of evolving European education, with subsequent transformation of eras from the ancient world and up to the present. It reveals that the decisive contribution into this development was made in the Age of Enlightenment which increased the authority and value of mind, and turned the scientific and cognitive meaning of education into a chief mechanism of social evolution. It has been established that a considerable contribution into formation of axiological aspect of European education was made in the age of scientific and technological advance, when intellectual and creative activity in the field of education, science and technology came to stay as the priority of the world’s development. The article considers present-day reality of education development in Europe in terms of axiological aspects of education in the context of globalization and information revolution when a person acts as the main subject and goal of all social changes, and a person’s value becomes a non-measurable quantity that European quality of education comes to be assessed by. FEATURES OF MILITARY EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS ACTIVITY IN YELISAVETGRAD REGION IN 1865-1917

The purpose of the article is to study features of Yelisavetgrad cavalry junker school activity in Yelisavetgrad region in 1865–1917. The purpose of the Yelisavetgrad cavalry junker school was analysed as the one to prepare high-moral officers-practitions and as a military one that had the right to train officers in the rank of Cornets. It has been concluded that at a certain point of its activity Yelisavetgrad cavalry junker school became the second in the Russian Empire due to its the internal organization of the institution's life in accordance with the current charter of the internal service in the troops, the organization of the educational process and the regime in the school.Key words: military educational institutions, Yelisavetgrad region, military school, officer cavalry school, military education
STYLISTIC FEATURES AND IDEOLOGICAL CODES OF MODERN URBAN MURALS: THE CASE OF IVANO-FRANKIVSK CITY

Particular attention is paid to stylistic features and ideological codes of the wall paintings. The paper deals with traditional, conceptual and religiously-themed murals, illuminates issues of their correlations with urban spaces, highlights main modern styles and artistic practices used in the process of mural design. Творчі концепції народного вбрання в регіональних школах України
Get PDFThe author of the article highlights and gives analysis of activities of the main Regional Art Schools, which study and use the folk costume in modern creative work, in clothing design, in particular. She considers the conceptual foundations of the formation of the content of educational programs, based on deep penetration into the tradition and ability to develop and apply it in creative interpretation. The author traces the way in which a constant renewal and improvement of the educational and creative processes and the main academic foundations of art education take place, considering the development of relevant creative and methodological issues in contemporary rapidly changing socio-cultural space.The analysis of the activities of the leading Ukrainian higher educational institutions, which systematically use folk art in educational design, is carried out: Lviv National Academy of Arts, Kyiv National University of Technology and Design and Kosiv Institute of Applied and Decorative Arts of Lviv National Academy of Arts. The concepts of the clothing design departments of these Schools are assessed in historical context. The author singles out the personalities of the leading teachers, who introduce stylistics of the use of folk cut, decoration, colour and decor in the course and diploma clothing design in a traditional way, close to the ethnographic sample.The ways of the development of design education are proposed, aimed at a comprehensive scientific understanding and creative conceptualization of the traditions of national culture, professional art and design, methodological extension of specialized art education in Ukraine, their rapprochement with the topical issues of the world culture and the latest trends in modern clothing design.Key words. Design education, Regional Art School, interpretation, tradition, folk costume, fashion and textile design.Виділено та проаналізовано діяльність провідних українських мистецьких шкіл, які досліджують та використовують народний стрій в сучасній творчості, зокрема, дизайні одягу. Розглянуто концептуальні засади формування контенту навчальних програм,що базуються на глибокому проникненні у традицію, вмінні її розвивати та застосовувати у творчій інтерпретації. Простежено яким чином відбувається постійне оновлення та вдосконалення системи навчально-творчого процесу, основних академічних засад мистецької освіти у зв’язку з появою актуальних творчо-методологічних проблем у сучасному швидкозмінному соціокультурному просторі.Здійснено аналіз діяльності провідних українських вищих навчальних закладів, які системно використовують у навчальному проєктуванні народне мистецтво: Львівської національної академії мистецтв, Київського національного університету технологій та дизайну й Косівського інституту прикладного та декоративного мистецтва ЛНАМ. Проаналізовано концепції кафедр дизайну одягу цих шкіл в історичному розрізі. Виокремлено персоналії провідних педагогів, які впроваджують в курсове та дипломне проектування одягу стилістику з використанням народного крою, оздоблення, кольору та декору у традиційному руслі, близькому до етнографічного зразка. Запропоновано шляхи розвитку дизайн-освіти спрямовані на комплексне наукове осмислення та творчу концептуалізацію традицій національної культури, професійного мистецтва й дизайну, методологічне поглиблення спеціалізованої художньої освіти України, зближення їх з актуальною проблематикою світової культури культури та новітніми тенденціями сучасного дизайну одягу.Ключові слова: дизайн-освіта, регіональна мистецька школа, інтерпретація, традиція, народне вбрання, моделювання одягу.
