Get PDFIn the conditions of globalization and the chaotic nature of the normative and value system, the problem of world perception formation is particularly important: how do we want to see the global world?Interpersonal relationships can be relations of tolerance and cooperation; advantage and exploitation, oppression or care and support. In this case, the personality will be in different social environments. Accordingly, the process of its development will take place in different ways. The correlation of the concepts “environment” and “spaciousness” is analogous to the correlation of “part” and “whole”. Environment can be contained in space because “spaciousness” is multidimensional and “environment” is only one of its dimensions. From the standpoint of the consolidation approach, the procedural and effective aspects of professional training and the degree of readiness of the student for effective future practical activities are reflected. The vocal-performing experience of the future specialist in music art is presented as mastered by the individual ways of reproducing musical images in order to convey them to the audience, accumulating musical impressions and experiences, as well as musicological, interpretive and methodological competencies acquired in vocal and artistic activities. the specifics of the formation of vocal and performing experience of students of the faculties of arts of pedagogical universities are highlighted through the prism of hermeneutic ideas.Стаття розкриває особливості формування вокально-виконавського досвіду студентів факультетів мистецтв педагогічних університетів. Психологическая социализация личности в молодом возрасте
Get PDFThe article provides insight into the psychological socialization of the individual, which is not only one of the state priorities, but also a determining factor in many aspects of socio-economic and political life of the country. The purpose of the article: a theoretical study of the psychological socialization of the individual in the young age. The main approaches to the definition of socialization are considered. The socio-demographic group of the youth and its features, social status and socio-psychological qualities are analyzed. It is observed that young people are a dynamic, energetic and critically thinking part of society, which has an enormous social and creative potential. It is specified that in a transitional society the socialization process in the social group of youth is characterized by high uncertainty, it dissolves the boundaries of status and social stratum limits, as well as the normative context and cultural forms. The individual’s behavior in such conditions, the attempt to take control of an unstable situation shall originate from a certain strategy, namely that of building a chain of rational actions according to young people’s mindset, which is aimed at adapting to uncertainty and life challenges. The further prospects for the country’s development are potentially inherent not only in the current general trends present not only in the socio-economic and political spheres, however in the value-based orientations and awareness of young people. Drawing on the findings of the conducted research we can lay special emphasis on the salient changes in youth regarding various life spheres: disengagement with the state and political power; the younger generation shows a particularly acute awareness of social tensions and social insecurity; the intellectual capacity decreases dramatically; loss of morals, hard drinking and despiritualization flourish. Family is an integral part of society and accordingly undergoes transformations through the constant changes taking place in it. The social group of young people has certain features of both its age and social status, underlying specific socio-psychological properties are developed. The features of socio-psychological and social status that are present in this social group are underpinned by the social system, culture and socialization patterns characteristic of the entire society to which young people belong.Key words: youth; psychological socialization; policy; values, socialization of a social group, psychology.В статье осуществлен анализ психологической социализации личности, которая является не только одним из приоритетных направлений государства, но и определяющим фактором многих сторон социально-экономической и политической жизни в стране. Цель статьи: теоретическое изучение психологической социализации личности в молодом воздасте. Рассмотрены основные подходы к определению социализации. Анализируются особенности молодежи, как социально-демографической группы, социальный статус и ее социально психологические качества. Отмечено, что молодежь это динамичная, энергичная и критически мыслящая часть общества, которая обладает огромным социальным и творческим потенциалом. Определено, что процесс социализации социальной группы молодежи в переходном обществе характеризуется высокой неопределенностью, она размывает статусы и социально прослойке пределы, нормативный контекст и культурные формы. Поведение индивида в подобных условиях, попытка овладеть контролем над нестабильной ситуацией должны исходить из определенной стратегии - выстраивание цепочки рациональных в его понимании действий, направленных на адаптацию с неопределенностью и жизненными трудностями. Перспективы развития страны потенциально содержатся не только в существующих ныне общих тенденциях социально-экономической и политической сферах, но и в ценностных ориентациях и сознания молодежи. результате проведенного исследования можем подчеркнуть выразительные изменения молодежи к различным сферам жизнедеятельности: отчужденность от государственной и политической власти; молодое поколение особенно остро чувствует социальную напряженность и социальную незащищенность; резко снижается интеллектуальный потенциал; падает нравственность, процветает пьянство и бездуховность. Семья является частью общества и соответственно испытывает преобразования через постоянные изменения, происходящие в нем. Социальная группа молодежи имеет определенные особенности как возрастные, так и социального положения, в результате воздействия которых образуются специфические социально - психологические свойства. Имеющиеся особенности социально-психологические и социального статуса в этой социальной группы обусловленные общественным строем, культурой и закономерностями социализации, характерными для общества, в которое включается молодежь.Ключевые слова: молодежь; психологическая социализация; политика; ценности, социализации социальной группы, психология

Формування професійної компетентності бакалаврів права
Get PDFThe article analyzes the theoretical and methodological achievements on the problem of the law bachelors’ professional competence forming. The meaning of the term “professional competence” is clarified, it means an integrative systemic state of a person and reflects his professional activity. It was found that professional competence is considered as a process of manifestation of a kind of individual professional activity of the subject, which is determined by individual ways of self-expression in the professional direction.The concept of “law bachelors’ professional competence” is clarified, by this we mean a complex of individual-psychological set of theoretical knowledge, practical skills and significant personal qualities that determine the readiness of a specialist for active work. It was found that the students readiness for professional activity includes the following features of the future specialists: active attitude to professional activity, passion for the process; implementation of an orderly set of actions; ability to feel pleasure from professional training, professional activity; stable mental state of the future specialist, i.e. the ability to clearly and confidently direct their actions in professional activities, to show erudition in the chosen field of activity; individual psychological properties that relate to the requirements of professional activity to the chosen professionKey words: readiness, competence, professional competence, bachelor, bachelor of law, law bachelors’ professional competence.У статті здійснено аналіз теоретико-методичних здобутків з проблеми формування професійної компетентності бакалаврів права. Уточнено зміст поняття «професійна компетентність», яке означає інтегративний системний стан людини та відображає її професійну діяльність. З’ясовано, що професійну компетентність розглядають як процес прояву своєрідної індивідуальної професійної діяльності суб’єкта, яка визначається індивідуальними способами самовираження в професійному напрямку.Уточнено поняття «професійна компетентність бакалаврів права» під яким ми розуміємо складну індивідуально-психологічну сукупність теоретичних знань, практичних умінь і значущих особистісних якостей, що обумовлюють готовність фахівця до активної трудової діяльності.З’ясовано, що готовність до професійної діяльності здобувачів освіти охоплює такі риси майбутнього фахівці: активне ставлення до професійної діяльності, захоплення процесом; здійснення впорядкованої сукупності дій; здатність відчувати задоволення від професійного навчання, професійної діяльності; стабільний психічний стан майбутнього фахівця, тобто вміння чітко і впевнено скеровувати свої дії в професійній діяльності, проявляти ерудицію в обраній галузі діяльності; індивідуально-психологічні властивості, які стосуються вимог професійної діяльності до обраної професії.Ключові слова: готовність, компетентність, професійна компетентність, бакалавр, бакалавр права, професійна компетентність бакалаврів права

AXIOLOGICAL AND ACMEOLOGICAL ASPECTS IN DEMOCRATIZATION OF EDUCATION
Get PDFThe article has established that justice and solidarity, as two social values and principles of social organization, can be recreated in the educational process on all levels of continuous education. It has been clarified that in conditions of a global environmental crisis leaving little time for mankind to solve the problem of survival, environmental safety appears as a top-priority value of the highest order. Differences of democratic values have been identified. The article reveals universal democratic values, particularly human rights, tolerance, solidarity and environmental safety, along with peacefulness and merely moral values of mercy, conscience and responsibility which form the basis for the Pedagogical Constitution of Europe. Our analysis indicates that modernization of the education system in Ukraine at its present-day stage is directed towards development of fundamental science, Ukrainian and global cultural values. It has been established that the human-centred direction of education appears as the essential characteristics of the process of its democratization. Педагогічні умови реалізації методичних засад формування виконавської стабільності магістрантів музичного мистецтва у процесі вокального навчання
Get PDFThe author theoretically justifies and concretizes the methodological foundations of formation of performance stability of master students of musical art, as well as defines the pedagogical conditions as appropriate methodological guidelines for effective implementation of these principles. The pedagogical conditions as defined by the author are based on such principles of vocal training process organization as the principle of consistency, consistency and continuity in performing activity production, and the principle of crosscutting use and strategic planning of educational vocal-performance activity. The specificity of organization of pedagogical conditions for the formation of performance stability in master students consists in the accumulation of positive experience of vocal performance in the process of vocal training. The implementation of the mentioned principles is carried out by involving various, both traditional and non-traditional forms of vocal and singing activities. Crosscutting application of traditional and non-traditional forms of vocal performance in the process of vocal training enables Master students to master practical knowledge, skills and abilities of vocal performance; this creates basis for fundamental preparation of vocal-pedagogical repertoire necessary for stable performance of vocal compositions.Key words: Masters of Music, performing stability, methodological foundations, pedagogical conditions, principles of vocal training organization, positive experience of vocal performance, traditional and non-traditional forms of vocal performance activity.У статті автор теоретично обґрунтовує й конкретизує методичні засади формування виконавської стабільності магістрантів музичного мистецтва, а також визначає педагогічні умови як доцільні методичні орієнтири для ефективного упровадження означених засад. Визначені педагогічні умови спираються на такі принципи організації процесу вокального навчання, як принцип послідовності, систематичності і неперервності провадження виконавської діяльності, принцип наскрізності і стратегічного планування просвітницької вокально-виконавської діяльності. Специфіка організації педагогічних умов формування в магістрантів виконавської стабільності полягає в накопиченні позитивного досвіду вокального виконавства у процесі вокального навчання. Реалізація наведених принципів здійснюється шляхом залучення різноманітних, як традиційних, так і нетрадиційних форм вокально-виконавської діяльності. Наскрізне застосування у процесі вокального навчання традиційних і нетрадиційних форм вокально-виконавської діяльності уможливлює оволодіння магістрантами практичними знаннями, уміннями і навиками вокального виконавства, що створює основу для набуття фундаментальної підготовленості вокально-педагогічного репертуару, необхідної для стабільного виконання вокальних творів.Ключові слова: магістранти музичного мистецтва, виконавська стабільність, методичні засади, педагогічні умови, принципи організації вокального навчання, позитивний досвід вокального виконавства, традиційні і нетрадиційні форми вокально-виконавської діяльності
