    Pengaruh Straits Times Index (STI), Brent Crude Oil Price dan Kurs Dolar Terhadap Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan (IHSG) di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) Periode Tahun 2019-2023

    Pasar modal memiliki peran penting dalam perekonomian suatu negara, di mana Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan (IHSG) berfungsi sebagai indikator utama dalam mengukur kinerja pasar saham di Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Straits Times Index (STI), Brent Crude Oil Prices, dan Kurs Dolar terhadap IHSG di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) pada periode 2019-2023. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian asosiatif. Data yang digunakan merupakan data sekunder yang diperoleh. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 60 data bulanan yang mencakup variabel STI, Brent Crude Oil Prices, dan Kurs Dolar. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan uji asumsi klasik untuk memastikan validitas model penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan, variabel STI, Brent Crude Oil Prices, dan Kurs Dolar berpengaruh signifikan terhadap IHSG. Secara parsial, STI dan Brent Crude Oil Prices memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap IHSG, sedangkan Kurs Dolar memiliki pengaruh negatif terhadap IHSG. Kenaikan STI dan harga minyak mentah Brent mendorong peningkatan IHSG, sementara pelemahan nilai tukar rupiah terhadap dolar berkontribusi pada penurunan IHSG. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan bagi investor dan pemangku kepentingan terkait dalam memahami faktor eksternal dan internal yang memengaruhi IHSG, serta dapat digunakan sebagai referensi dalam pengambilan keputusan investasi

    This study aims to analyze the effect of work-life balance, job stress, and leadership style on turnover intention among employees of PT. Siantar Top Tbk. Turnover intention is a critical issue for companies as it impacts productivity and organizational stability. Poor work-life balance, high levels of job stress, and an inappropriate leadership style can influence employees’ decisions to leave the company. This research employs a quantitative approach using multiple linear regression analysis to examine the relationships between variables. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to employees of PT. Siantar Top Tbk. The results indicate that work-life balance has a positive effect on turnover intention, meaning that the worse the balance between work and personal life, the higher the employees’ intention to leave. Job stress has a positive effect on turnover intention, implying that higher stress levels increase employees' likelihood of resigning. Additionally, leadership style not influences turnover intention, where leadership style not effective can reduce employees' desire to leave. Simultaneously, work-life balance, job stress, and leadership style significantly affect turnover intention. Therefore, it is recommended that the company enhances employees' work-life balance, manages job stress effectively, and implements a more efficient leadership style to reduce turnover intention and improve employee retention

    This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of Product Quality and Brand Image on Repurchase Intention through Customer Satisfaction as an intervening variable among Kopi Kenangan customers in Surabaya. The research method used is quantitative, with data collected through questionnaires. The sampling technique employed is purposive sampling, with a total of 150 respondents. The criteria for selecting respondents are: being a Kopi Kenangan customer residing in Surabaya, aged at least 17 years, and having purchased and consumed Kopi Kenangan products at least twice. Data analysis was conducted using SmartPLS 3.0 software. The findings show that Product Quality does not significantly influence Repurchase Intention, while Brand Image has a significant influence on Repurchase Intention. Product Quality significantly affects Customer Satisfaction, and Brand Image also significantly affects Customer Satisfaction. Furthermore, Customer Satisfaction mediates the relationships between both Product Quality and Brand Image on Repurchase Intentio

    Indonesia as an archipelago relies heavily on ships as a mode of sea transportation to connect between islands. However, the use of ships as a means of transportation is certainly not free from the risk of accidents. One of the crucial issues that arise in the context of ship accidents is the responsibility of the carrier for passengers who are not registered in the ship's manifest, as happened in the case of the KM Santika Nusantara accident which caught fire in Masalembu waters in 2019. This study aims to juridically analyze the civil liability of the carrier for ship passengers who are not registered in the manifest in cases of ship accidents at sea and the form of legal protection that can be provided to passengers who suffer losses due to ship accidents at sea in the perspective of Law Number 17 of 2008 concerning Shipping. This research uses normative juridical methods with a statutory approach and conceptual approach, and refers to regulations such as the Civil Code, KUHD, and Law Number 17 of 2008 concerning Shipping.This research is based on the theory of civil liability, which includes the absolute liability principle and Unlawful Acts. The results show that the status of passengers not listed in the ship's manifest creates legal ambiguity regarding the carrier's responsibility. Law No. 17/2008 on Shipping does not explicitly regulate the carrier's responsibility for such passengers. However, the principles of civil law can be applied to determine the carrier's responsibility based on the element of negligence or unlawful act that causes harm to the passenger as stipulated in Article 1365 of the Civil Code. Thus, regulatory improvements are needed to realize the principle of more inclusive and fair legal protection for all ship passengers, regardless of their administrative status in the manifest in the case of ship accidents at sea

    Klasterisasi Kerawanan Gempa Bumi di Indonesia Menggunakan Algoritma Invasive Weed Optimization

    Earthquakes are one of the natural disasters that frequently occur in Indonesia due to its geographical position at the intersection of three major tectonic plates, resulting in a high level of earthquake risk for the country. This study aimed to cluster earthquake‐vulnerability areas in Indonesia using the Invasive Weed Optimization (IWO) algorithm, which was selected for its ability to produce more accurate clustering with optimal fitness values compared to other algorithms. Earthquake data were obtained from BMKG for the period January 2014 to November 2024, comprising 84733 events. After preprocessing, 81454 clean records were used for model development. The optimal number of clusters was determined to be four using the Elbow method. Over 70 iterations with an initial population of 20 individuals, IWO generated four vulnerability clusters: Low Vulnerability (46132 records), Very High Vulnerability (23573 records), Moderate Vulnerability (1413 records), and High Vulnerability (10336 records). Evaluation results showed that IWO outperformed other methods with Sum Square Errors of 510.513, Davies-Bouldin Index of 0.736, and Silhouette Score of 0.4927, compared to K-Means with Sum Square Errors of 512.710, Davies-Bouldin Index of 0.734, and Silhouette Score of 0.4910 and DBSCAN with Sum Square Errors of 1734.816, Davies-Bouldin Index of 1.339, and Silhouette Score of 0.4161. IWO provided the most compact and clearly separated clustering. Results were visualized in a web-based application to facilitate understanding of earthquake-prone zones and support more effective and targeted mitigation planning

    Analisis Sentimen Berbasis Aspek Pada Ulasan Aplikasi Midi Kriing Menggunakan Support Vector Machine (SVM)

    Midi Kriing is an online shopping application developed by PT Midi Utama Indonesia Tbk (Alfamidi) to meet customer needs. To improve service quality and user experience, sentiment analysis of the Midi Kriing application has become crucial. Sentiment analysis was performed on three main aspects of user reviews of the Midi Kriing application: products, services, and application functionality, using the Support Vector Machine (SVM) algorithm. The selection of these three aspects was a result of an agreement between the researchers and partners, focusing on the company's efforts to optimize the quality and features of the application that directly affect the user experience. This research produced three separate sentiment classification models, each for the product, service, and application functionality aspects. In the experiment, 36 scenarios were conducted to optimize the results of each aspect model. The best results from the experiment are as follows: 1) Product aspect model with an F1 Score of 0.75 and Accuracy of 0.86, 2) Service aspect model with an F1 Score of 0.84 and Accuracy of 0.86, and 3) Application functionality aspect model with an F1 Score of 0.84 and Accuracy of 0.89. The best model from the three aspects was implemented on a website using the Flask framework. This website can predict sentiment based on input sentence reviews, classify reviews in .csv format, and display classification results along with aspect distribution graphs and ratings. The choice of the SVM algorithm was due to its advantages in handling large volumes of text data with complex features and its ability to separate classes with an optimal margin, especially in non-linear data. Compared to other algorithms such as Naïve Bayes and k-Nearest Neighbor, SVM has proven to be superior in dealing with data imbalance issues and producing models with better performance. Therefore, this research provides in-depth information regarding user sentiment toward the Midi Kriing application, which can be used by Alfamidi to better understand customer needs and improve the quality of service and user experience with the application

    In the digital era, rapid technological advancements and easy access to information have transformed various aspects of life, including the healthcare sector. One innovative application is the ability to collect and analyze big data for faster and more accurate decision-making. PT Dwi Inti Putra (MyEdusolve) has collaborated with Fisiohome, an innovative platform that facilitates access to physiotherapy services by providing data on the sales of physiotherapy services. According to the Directorate General of Vocational Education (2022), Fisiohome enables more efficient physiotherapy services such as online consultations, physical condition monitoring, and treatment program planning. However, as the number of patients and data volume increases, Fisiohome faces challenges in analyzing the growing and increasingly complex data. The increasing volume of data is often difficult to manage without adequate analytical tools, which hinders Fisiohome from delivering optimal services. This initiative aims to address the data analysis challenges faced by Fisiohome by utilizing Looker Studio as a data analysis and visualization tool. According to Wibowo et al. (2022), through analyzing the company's needs and using Looker Studio, complex data can be processed efficiently and the results can be presented in an easily understandable manner. It is expected that this solution will help Fisiohome overcome data analysis challenges, continue to deliver high-quality services, and improve patient well-being. Ultimately, the appropriate application of analytical technology will strengthen Fisiohome's position as the leading digital-based physiotherapy service provider in Indonesia

    Perlindungan konsumen memiliki peran penting dalam transaksi barang dan jasa, khususnya dalam kasus makanan yang telah melewati masa kedaluwarsa. Konsumen berhak mendapatkan perlindungan hukum sebagaimana diatur dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 8 Tahun 1999 tentang Perlindungan Konsumen (UUPK). Hak-hak tersebut mencakup kenyamanan, keamanan, keselamatan, akses terhadap informasi yang akurat, serta kompensasi atau ganti rugi atas kerugian akibat mengonsumsi produk yang tidak layak. Penulisan skripsi ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hak konsumen yang dirugikan akibat produk makanan kedaluwarsa serta bentuk perlindungan hukum yang dapat diperoleh. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan metode yuridis normatif dengan menelaah peraturan yang berlaku, doktrin hukum, serta studi kasus yang berkaitan. Penyelesaian masalah ini dapat dilakukan dengan ganti rugi dari pelaku usaha atau pengembalian dana atas makanan kadaluwarsa sesuai dengan Undang-Undang Nomor 8 Tahun 1999 tentang Perlindungan Konsumen (UUPK). Bentuk Perlindungan Hukum konsumen terhadap produk makanan kadaluwarsa meliputi upaya hukum preventif dan represif. Upaya hukum preventif meliputi regulasi dan standarisasi produk makanan yang beredar, pengawasan dan sertifikasi oleh BPOM, dan Pendidikan konsumen dari pemerintah serta lembaga perlindungan konsumen. Sedangkan upaya hukum represif meliputi penyelesaian sengketa konsumen diluar pengadilan (Nonlitigasi) melalui Badan Penyelesaian Sengketa Konsumen (BPSK) dan penyelesaian sengketa konsumen didalam pengadilan (Litigasi).Meskipun regulasi telah menetapkan perlindungan bagi konsumen, pelaksanaannya masih menghadapi berbagai kendala. Oleh sebab itu, diperlukan penguatan kebijakan perlindungan konsumen, peningkatan edukasi bagi masyarakat, serta penerapan hukum yang lebih tegas terhadap pelaku usaha yang melanggar aturan perlindungan konsumen

    This study aims to analyze the effect of price, product quality, brand awareness, and brand image on purchasing decisions and repurchases of Ultra Milk brand packaged liquid milk products in Surabaya city. The research background is based on a significant decline in Ultra Milk's market share from 2020 to 2024, which indicates a shift in consumer preferences. In the context of an increasingly competitive liquid milk market, understanding the factors that influence consumer behavior is crucial for companies to maintain customer loyalty and improve their marketing strategies. This study uses a quantitative method with a Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach to analyze the relationship between these variables. Data was collected through an online questionnaire distributed to consumers who have made more than one purchase. The results showed that all independent variables of price, product quality, brand awareness, and brand image have a significant influence on purchasing decisions, while purchasing decisions themselves have a direct impact on repurchase decisions

    This study was conducted to determine the effect of Perceived value, Variety Seeking, and Promotion on Brand switching on Fashion Products in E-Commerce for shopee customers in the Surabaya area. This type of research is associative research using a quantitative approach. The population in this study are Surabaya people who have made online purchases of fashion products and have experience doing brand switching from one brand of fashion products and to another fashion brand sold in e-commerce. The data collection technique used a questionnaire with a sample size of 100 respondents. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis using Statistical Program for Social Science (SPSS) software. The results of this study state that the variables Perceived value (X1), Variety Seeking (X2), and Promotion (X3) simultaneously have a significant effect on Brand switching (Y). Then the variables of perceived value and variety seeking partially have a positive and significant effect on brand switching variables, while for promotion partially has a negative and significant effect on brand switching variables
