Perlindungan Hukum Pemilik Tambak Atas Kerugian Akibat Ketiadaan Pengaturan Perawatan Pematang Tambak Di Kecamatan Ujungpangkah Gresik
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perlindungan hukum bagi pemilik tambak di Kecamatan Ujungpangkah Gresik atas kerugian yang timbul akibat ketiadaan pengaturan perawatan pematang tambak. Masalah yang diangkat berkaitan dengan kelalaian dalam perawatan pematang tambak, yang berpotensi merugikan pemilik tambak dan mengancam keberlangsungan usaha budidaya perikanan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah yuridis normatif dengan pendekatan undang-undang dan konseptual, serta analisis terhadap hukum kebiasaan masyarakat setempat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hukum kebiasaan dapat dijadikan dasar gugatan wanprestasi atas kelalaian yang menyebabkan kerusakan pematang tambak, serta perlunya regulasi yang jelas untuk memberikan kepastian hukum bagi para petani tambak. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi dalam pengembangan hukum perlindungan bagi pemilik tambak di Indonesia

IMPLEMENTASI KEBIJAKAN PERJANJIAN PERDAGANGAN BEBAS ASEAN-CHINA (ACFTA) TERHADAP FOREIGN DIRECT INVESTMENT CHINA DENGAN INDONESIA DI ERA PRESIDEN JOKO WIDODO PADA TAHUN 2014-2024
The ASEAN-China Free Trade Agreement (ACFTA) has been a key instrument shaping the landscape of foreign direct investment (FDI) in Indonesia from 2010 to the present. This study explores the impact of ACFTA on the development of FDI in Indonesia during the period. Using a comprehensive analysis, the study assesses the influence of the agreement on foreign investment patterns, economic competitiveness, and overall economic performance. ACFTA has facilitated increased investment flows between Indonesia and China, resulting in a reorientation of foreign direct investment to specific sectors in Indonesia. However, the magnitude of these changes varies across industries and sectors, indicating the diverse impact of ACFTA on different sectors of the Indonesian economy. In addition, ACFTA has had diverse impacts on Indonesia’s economic competitiveness. This study contributes to the understanding of the complex dynamics of trade agreements and their implications for a developing country such as Indonesia. By highlighting the specific impacts of ACFTA on the development of infrastructure projects receiving FDI from China in Indonesia, this study provides valuable insights for policymakers and stakeholders who want to optimize the benefits of the trade agreement and address the challenges.

Faktor-Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Pengambilan Keputusan Petani Organik untuk Bermitra dengan CV. Reja Mayur (Studi Kasus di Desa Claket, Kecamatan Pacet, Kabupaten Mojokerto)
A partnership system is needed as alternative approach for farmers and companies to overcome farming problems. The partnership relationship that occurs between organic farmers and CV. Reja Mayur has been in existence for 6 years starting from 2018. However, in this partnership the total of farmers has decreased although public interest in organic products has increased. This study intends to describe the types and patterns of partnerships that occur between organic farmers in Claket Village and CV. Reja Mayur, analyzing the factors that influence the decision making of organic farmers in Claket Village in establishing a partnership with CV. Reja Mayur, and designing alternative actions to strengthen CV partner farmers. Reja Mayur. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis and SEM-PLS. The research results obtained show that the type of partnership that exists is synergizes type and the partnership pattern is Agribusiness Operational Cooperation (KOA). Decision-making factors that is personality, participative management style, and creative thinking simultaneously influence farmers' decisions. Alternative actions to strengthen partner farmers that used in this partnership is implementing a sense of family and mutual cooperation culture, involving partner farmers in activities held and participated in by the company, and providing management training to partner farmers.

Pengaruh Penambahan Tepung Biji Salak (Salacca edulis) dan Tepung Tapioka Terhadap Kualitas Bakso Daging Ayam
The meatballs is a food that is favored by all people of various ages because it tastes good and is nutritious. In this study, chicken meatballs will be made from the addition of salak seed flour and tapioca flour. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the addition of salak seed flour (Salacca edulis) and tapioca flour on the quality of chicken meatballs and to get the best treatment for the addition of salak seed flour (Salacca edulis) and tapioca flour on the quality of chicken meatballs that consumers like. This study uses the method of Completely Randomized Design (CRD) factorial pattern consisting of 2 factors, where Factor l is the concentration of salak seed flour consisting of three levels (5%, 10%, and 15%) and Factor ll is the concentration of tapioca flour consisting of three levels (25%, 30%, and 35%). The data obtained from the analysis were processed using Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) to determine the presence of significant differences in each treatment. If there is a significant difference, then further tests are carried out with the DMRT (Duncan't Multiple Range Test) method at 5%. The best treatment results were obtained by chicken meatballs with the treatment of adding the concentration of salak seed flour and tapioca flour (10%: 35%) which produced a yield value of 107.75%, moisture content of 69.56%, fat content of 5.48%, protein content of 15.50%, WHC 18.68%, chewiness (hardness 234.93 N and cohesiveness 0.50 mJ), as well as color (4.20), aroma (4.17), taste (4.03) and texture (3.37)
Pengaruh Budaya Organisasi, Disiplin Kerja, Dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada PT Bank Jatim Cabang Dr.Soetomo
This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture, work discipline, and work environment on employee performance at PT Bank Jatim Dr. Soetomo Surabaya Branch. Human resources play a crucial role in organizational success, especially in the banking sector, which relies heavily on employee productivity and service quality. This research employs a quantitative method with a multiple linear regression approach. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to employees and analyzed using SPSS Statistic 25 software. The results indicate that organizational culture, work discipline, and work environment have a significant simultaneous and partial impact on employee performance. The implications of this study emphasize the importance of companies in developing strategies to enhance organizational culture, work discipline, and work environment to ensure optimal and sustainable employee performance

Strategi Promosi Ekspor PT. Behaestex Untuk Meningkatkan Volume Ekspor Pada Tahun 2021
This study aims to determine how the export promotion strategy of PT. Behaestex in increasing its export volume in 2021. The concept used in this study is the concept of export promotion strategy, namely online promotion, holding product exhibitions, promotion with government facilities, targeted promotion, and culture as promotion. The type of research used in this study is descriptive qualitative. The data collection technique used to obtain data in this study is primary data, namely data that is directly given to researchers by sources and interviews with the export section of PT. Behaestex and secondary data, namely literature studies obtained from the internet, books, and so on. The results of this study are that PT. Behaestex implements five export promotion strategies that have helped increase the export volume of PT. Behaestex in 2021. PT. Behaestex was chosen as the object of this study because it is an exporter that has experienced an increase in exports compared to exporters of similar products in East Java in 2021
PENGARUH BRAND IMAGE, BRAND TRUST, BRAND AWARENESS TERHADAP PURCHASE INTENTION (Studi Pada Pengguna Provider Kartu By.U Generasi Z di Kota Surabaya)
This study aims to examine the influence of Brand Image, Brand Trust, and Brand Awareness on Purchase Intention among Generation Z users of the By.U provider in Surabaya. The research method used in this study is quantitative with an
associative research type. The required sample size is 200 Generation Z users of the By.U provider in Surabaya, with data collected through questionnaire distribution and literature study. Data processing is carried out using SPSS Version 30. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling, and the data analysis method is multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that these three variables simultaneously have a significant influence on the Purchase Intention of By.U Provider users from Generation Z in Surabaya. In the partial analysis, Brand Image and Brand Awareness have a positive and significant effect, whereas Brand Trust does not have a significant impact on the Purchase Intention of By.U Provider
users from Generation Z in Surabaya. This study is expected to provide both theoretical and practical benefits regarding the relationship between these variables in the company’s marketing strategy.

diproduksinya. Pada November 2023, Jungkook yang merupakan anggota dari BTS merilis album solo pertamanya yang berjudul “Golden”. Album ini telah menduduki peringkat pertama sebagai album soloist yang paling banyak terjual
dengan total penjualan sebanyak 2,14 juta copy di hari pertama rilis. Dalam menghadapi industri musik global yang semakin dinamis, perusahaan perlu melakukan upaya dalam memaksimalkan potensi musik mereka agar dapat
diterima di pasar global. Big hit Music sebagai perusahaan industri musik telah menginplementasikan konsep Global Music Value Chain sebagai strategi bisnis perusahaan. Hal ini dapat dilihat pada proses produksi album Golden yang
