Pengaruh Disiplin Dan Motivasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Kesatuan Bisnis Mandiri (KBM) Komersial Kayu Perum Perhutani Divisi Regional Jawa Timur
The decline in the performance of the Independent Commercial Timber Business Unit of Perum Perhutani's East Java Regional Division is reflected in the decline in revenue realization accompanied by fluctuations in employee discipline with a monthly absenteeism rate. This problem indicates the need to evaluate the factors that influence employee performance, particularly discipline and work motivation as the main determinants of organizational productivity.
This explanatory quantitative research used a population of 47 employees of KBM Commercial Kayu using a saturated sampling technique. Primary data were collected through a Likert-scale questionnaire distributed via Google Forms, while secondary data consisted of performance and attendance documentation. Analysis used Partial Least Squares with Smart PLS to test the structural relationships between variables.
Research findings indicate that work discipline contributes to improving employee performance, while work motivation demonstrates a stronger influence. Both variables are able to explain variations in employee performance, demonstrating substantial contributions to achieving organizational targets

PERANCANGAN INSTALASI PENGOLAHAN AIR LIMBAH CAIR SENTRA USAHA TAPIOKA DI BOGOR UTARA
The tapioca processing industry generates large volumes of high-strength wastewater containing organic matter, suspended solids, and cyanogenic compounds that require proper treatment before discharge. This study focuses on the design of a wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) for a tapioca production center located in North Bogor, aimed at ensuring compliance with environmental quality standards. The research includes characterization of raw wastewater, evaluation of pollutant loads, and selection of appropriate treatment processes based on technical, operational, and environmental criteria. Proposed treatment units include preliminary screening, equalization, anaerobic digestion, aerobic treatment, secondary clarification, and sludge handling. Design calculations were performed using standard engineering guidelines and relevant national regulations. The results indicate that the selected treatment configuration is capable of significantly reducing pollutants to meet the required effluent standards, while providing an efficient and sustainable solution for local tapioca producers. This design can serve as a reference for similar small- and medium-scale agro-industrial wastewater management systems
Pengaruh Kepemimpinan dan Penerapan Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Konstruksi Bagian Lapangan CV. Prima Karya
Increasingly fierce business competition requires companies to improve employee performance through effective leadership and the implementation of occupational safety and health (OSH). This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership and the implementation of occupational safety and health (OSH) on the performance of field construction employees at CV. Prima Karya. This study uses a quantitative approach and data collection using a questionnaire with a five-point Likert scale. The population and sample of this study were all field construction employees at CV. Prima Karya, totaling 42 respondents. The sampling technique used saturated sampling and was analyzed using Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) through SmartPLS software. The results of the study indicate that leadership and the implementation of occupational safety and health (OSH) have a positive and significant effect on the performance of field construction employees at CV. Prima Karya. These findings indicate that appropriate leadership and consistent implementation of OSH play a significant role in improving employee performance
Sistem Informasi Berbasis Web untuk Pengelolaan Jadwal Pekerjaan di PT Temprina Media Grafika Surabaya
PT Temprina Media Grafika Surabaya, one of the largest printing companies in Indonesia, faces challenges in managing job schedules manually. The current management methods, which rely on spreadsheets or instant messaging for communication, often lead to inefficiencies, recording errors, and a lack of information transparency. To address these issues, a web-based information system was developed to enhance job scheduling efficiency, facilitate inter-division communication, and streamline workflows.
The system was built using the CodeIgniter 3 framework with a Model-View- Controller (MVC) architecture to ensure structured and maintainable code management. A MySQL database was employed to securely and efficiently store and manage job-related data, while the system interface was designed responsively with Bootstrap to deliver an optimal user experience. Key features of the system include job schedule management, such as adding, editing, deleting (CRUD), and real-time job status tracking. Additionally, data validation mechanisms were implemented to minimize input errors, and system-based notifications were incorporated to remind users of scheduled tasks.
The development process followed several main stages: requirement analysis, system design, feature implementation, and testing. The requirement analysis phase involved direct observation at PT Temprina Media Grafika to understand workflow and challenges. System design was represented using use case and sequence diagrams to map user interactions with the system. The implementation phase included coding core modules, component integration, and database configuration. The system underwent functional testing to ensure features met specifications and was tested in a real work environment to validate its alignment with the company’s operational needs.
The development results demonstrated that the web-based information system effectively improved job scheduling efficiency, reduced errors caused by manual records, and provided faster and more transparent data access for employees and management. Additionally, the system enabled systematic storage of historical job data, which is valuable for future performance analysis and evaluation.
Further development could include implementing scheduling automation using specific algorithms or integrating third-party services, such as reminders via SMS or email. This would allow the system to evolve continuously, contributing significantly to the digitalization of work processes at PT Temprina Media Grafika
ANALISIS KINERJA MESIN ESPRESSO LA MARZOCCO DENGAN METODE OEE DAN IMPLEMENTASI TPM PADA COFFEE SHOP KOPI ANAK MONOPOLE
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efisiensi operasional mesin Espresso La
Marzocco di Coffee Shop Kopi Anak Monopole dengan menggunakan metode
Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). Penelitian dilakukan selama delapan
bulan, terdiri dari tujuh bulan masa observasi sebelum implementasi Total
Productive Maintenance (TPM) dan satu bulan setelah implementasi. OEE dihitung
berdasarkan tiga parameter utama, yaitu availability, performance, dan quality.
Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata nilai OEE sebelum implementasi TPM
adalah sebesar 30,25%, dengan faktor kerugian terbesar berasal dari idling and
minor stoppages losses sebesar 65,61%. Setelah implementasi TPM, nilai OEE
meningkat menjadi 36,32%, dengan perbaikan signifikan pada aspek waktu
kerusakan, waktu setup, produk cacat, dan stabilitas mesin. Penerapan pilar TPM
terbukti memberikan dampak positif terhadap efektivitas mesin, meskipun belum
mencapai standar world class OEE sebesar 85%. Oleh karena itu, strategi perawatan
berkelanjutan berbasis TPM direkomendasikan untuk menjaga dan meningkatkan
performa mesin dalam jangka panjang.

Sintesis dan Karakteristik Magnesium Silika (Amorf) dari Abu daun Bambu dan Bittern dengan Metode Presipitasi dan Ekstraksi
This study aims to synthesize and characterize amorphous magnesium silica 〖(MgSiO〗_3) from bittern and bamboo leaves using precipitation and extraction methods. Bittern is used as a source of magnesium and bamboo leaf ash as a source of silica. Synthesis was carried out by varying the volume of bittern (30-90 ml) and stirring speed (200-400 rpm). Characterization was carried out using XRF and XRD. The results showed that the optimum composition was obtained at a bittern volume of 90 ml and a stirring speed of 400 rpm with as SiO_2 content of 36,6% and MgO of 10,4%. The product showed an amorphous structure based on the result of XRD analysis. This study shows the potential of bittern and bamboo leaf waste as alternative raw materials for the production of amorphous magnesium silica
PERBANDINGAN KEMAMPUAN MEDIA KOMBINASI BIOCHAR, SILIKA DAN ZEOLIT SEBAGAI ADSORBEN DALAM FLUIDIZED BED REACTOR UNTUK PENGOLAHAN LIMBAH ELEKTROPLATING
Electroplating waste contains hazardous heavy metals such as lead (Pb) and nickel (Ni), as well as suspended solids (TSS) that can pollute the environment. This study aims to analyze the effect of variations in the combination of adsorbent media (zeolite, zeolite + biochar, and zeolite + silica), flow rate (33 L/min and 55 L/ min), and contact time (30, 60, and 90 min) on the removal efficiency of Pb, Ni, and TSS using a Fluidized Bed Reactor (FBR). The acrylic reactor was operated with a media mass of 200 grams under batch conditions, and waste samples were taken from an electroplating industry in Gresik. The results showed that an increase in contact time was directly proportional to removal efficiency, with the highest performance at 90 minutes for Pb and Ni metals, while TSS was optimal at 60 minutes. Media variations showed significant differences: pure zeolite was most effective in reducing Ni (up to 90.5%), the zeolite+silica combination excelled in Pb removal (up to 99%), while the zeolite+biochar combination was more dominant in reducing TSS at low flow rates. Flow rate also had an effect, with 55 L/min increasing fluid distribution and adsorbent contact, especially for heavy metals. Overall, the combination of media in the FBR proved to be effective and environmentally friendly, and has the potential to be applied as an alternative technology for electroplating waste treatment in Indonesia
