Strategi KBRI Seoul dalam Mempromosikan Budaya Indonesia di Korea Selatan Tahun 2021-2024
No full textThis study focuses on the strategy of the Indonesian Embassy (KBRI) in Seoul in promoting Indonesian culture to the South Korean public throughout 2021–2024. Cultural promotion is an important instrument in public diplomacy to build a positive image and strengthen bilateral relations. The theoretical basis used is Andreas Pacher's concept of public diplomacy, which includes communication, relations, and advocacy. The results show that the Indonesian Embassy in Seoul effectively implemented these three dimensions. The communication dimension is implemented through the use of social media and mass media to disseminate cultural and tourism information. The relations dimension is reflected in collaboration with Korean institutions, diaspora communities, and artists in holding festivals, exhibitions, and workshops. Meanwhile, the advocacy dimension seeks to convince the Korean public of Indonesia's rich culture. Overall, the Indonesian Embassy in Seoul is considered successful in carrying out its strategic role in cultural diplomacy, contributing to the strengthening of diplomatic relations between the two countries. This study recommends expanding the use of digital technology and private sector partnerships to ensure program sustainability and reach a wider audience
Analisis Pelayanan dan Ketersediaan Fasilitas Terhadap Penyandang Difabel Menggunakan Metode IPA (Importance Performance Analysis) dan CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) di Stasiun Kertosono
No full textKertosono Station is a railway station located at Jl. Stasiun Kertosono Banaran, Kertosono, Nganjuk, East Java. This station is one of the key stations in Operational Area VII Madiun, under the management of PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero). Accessibility in public facilities, such as train stations, is a crucial issue to support the mobility of persons with disabilities. Although there are supporting regulations, such as Law No. 8 of 2016 and Minister of Public Works and Housing Regulation No. 14 of 2017, many stations still do not fully meet the expected accessibility standards. This study aims to evaluate the quality of services and facilities at Kertosono Station, as well as to identify the gap between the existing facilities and accessibility standards. The method used in this study includes observations, by assessing the compliance of minimum disability facility standards at Kertosono Station, and the use of questionnaires addressed to passengers and visitors who are currently at or have previously visited the station. Measurements were conducted using the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) methods to evaluate passenger satisfaction levels. This research is expected to contribute meaningfully to improving the quality of services and facilities at Kertosono Station, especially for people with disabilities. The analysis results using the IPA method show that several attributes fall into Quadrant I. These attributes include the availability of a designated waiting area with priority seating, male and female restrooms as well as one toilet specifically for persons with disabilities, and special pathways for wheelchairs leading to the train. Although these attributes are considered very important, their performance is still relatively low. Meanwhile, the CSI calculation indicates that the level of passenger satisfaction falls into the "very satisfied" category, suggesting that, overall, the services provided have met passenger expectations. This indicates that although the services at Kertosono Station are generally satisfying, improvements are still needed in key priority areas to support more inclusive and comfortable public services for both persons with disabilities and all passengers

No full textPembangunan manusia merupakan salah satu indikator utama dalam menilai keberhasilan pembangunan suatu daerah, yang tercermin melalui Indeks Pembangunan Manusia (IPM). Provinsi Jawa Timur sebagai salah satu daerah dengan kontribusi besar terhadap perekonomian nasional masih menghadapi tantangan ketimpangan kualitas hidup antarwilayah. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pertumbuhan ekonomi, tingkat pendidikan, pengangguran, dan kemiskinan terhadap IPM di Provinsi Jawa Timur periode 2013–2022. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan data sekunder dari Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS). Analisis dilakukan melalui regresi linier berganda dengan uji asumsi klasik, uji F, dan uji t guna mengetahui pengaruh simultan maupun parsial antar variabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pertumbuhan ekonomi dan tingkat pengangguran tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap IPM. Sebaliknya, tingkat pendidikan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap IPM, sementara kemiskinan berpengaruh negatif signifikan. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa peningkatan kualitas pendidikan dan penurunan tingkat kemiskinan menjadi faktor kunci dalam memperbaiki pembangunan manusia di Jawa Timur

No full textThis study aims to examine and demonstrate the influence of world oil prices, world gold prices, the Dow Jones Industrial Average (DJIA) index, and the Rupiah exchange rate on the Jakarta Composite Index at (JCI) the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data were collected over a period of ten years, comprising 41 quarterly observations. Each sample includes monthly closing prices of world oil, world gold, the DJIA index, the Rupiah exchange rate, and the IHSG during theperiod 2015–2025. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression techniques with EViews as the statistical tool. The findings indicate that world oil
prices, world gold prices, the DJIA index, and the Rupiah exchange rate
simultaneously have a significant effect on the Jakarta Composite Index (JCI) as the dependent variable during the 2015–2025 period

No full textThis study aims to analyze the process of community empowerment by the Tourism
Awareness Group (Pokdarwis) Setopuro in developing the potential of Pundensari
Market in Gunungsari Village, Madiun Regency. The research uses a descriptive
qualitative approach, focusing on the three stages of empowerment according to
Sulistiyani (2017): the awareness stage, capability transformation, and intellectual
capability enhancement. Data were collected through in-depth interviews,
observation, and documentary studies.The results show that Pokdarwis Setopuro
successfully empowered the community through participatory socialization,
technical training (such as Food Safety/HACCP, digital technology, and service),
and innovative initiatives such as the use of eco-friendly packaging and the
revitalization of Javanese culture. Positive impacts are evident from the increase in
the number of MSMEs from 3 (2019) to 36 (2024), an increase in annual turnover
from IDR 86.4 million to over IDR 1.03 billion, as well as an increase in tourist
visits. However, the main challenges are internal funding constraints and a lack of
sustainable funding support and policies from local government. The conclusion of
this study is that empowerment by Pokdarwis Setopuro has successfully increased
community capacity and optimized the potential of Pundensari Market, although
stronger synergy with the government is needed to ensure program sustainability

RANCANG BANGUN E-COMMERCE PERLENGKAPAN OLAHRAGA BERBASIS WEBSITE (STUDI KASUS: AFI SPORT BOJONEGORO)
No full textAfi Sport Bojonegoro is a sports equipment store that previously relied on a conventional sales system, where all transactions were carried out directly at the physical store without any digital support. This led to various challenges, such as limited market reach, inefficient transaction processes, and difficulties in record-keeping. To address these issues, a website-based e-commerce system was designed and developed using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method. This method was chosen because it enables fast and iterative development while actively involving users throughout the process. The website, developed using Laravel and MySQL, offers several core features including user registration and login, product search, shopping cart management, checkout process, and an admin dashboard for managing products and orders. Shipping cost estimation is handled through the integration of a third-party API service. Testing results using the Black Box Testing method show that all features function according to the required specifications and can be effectively used by the store
