Red chili is one of the main commodities contributing to volatile inflation components in Indonesia, recorded by BPS as contributing 0.06% annually to inflation in the food, beverage, and tobacco group. This is caused by fluctuations in the price of large red chilies which can be influenced by the amount of production, demand, and supply. Based on data from Siskaperbapo, the price of large red chilies in Malang Regency, Banyuwangi Regency, and Surabaya City shows a fluctuating and similar movement pattern between regions, with price increases in one region will increase prices in the other two regions and vice versa, which indicates a spatial relationship in price formation. Therefore, a forecasting model is needed that can capture spatial and temporal relationships simultaneously to support price control and food stabilization policies. This study applies the Generalized Space-Time Autoregressive – Seemingly Unrelated Regression (GSTAR-SUR) model with the Generalized Least Squares (GLS) approach to overcome correlations between residuals, and applies backward elimination as a research gap to simplify the model while retaining significant parameters. The analysis results show that the best model is GSTAR-SUR(31)-I(1) with a cross-correlation normalization weighting matrix, resulting in a MAPE of 3.25%, an Adjusted R² of 78%, an AIC of 209.31, and a BIC of 211.44, indicating a high level of accuracy. Based on the forecast for the next 14 days, the price of large red chilies is expected to decrease gradually after increasing at the end of September, with Banyuwangi Regency projected to have the highest price of IDR 46,008, followed by Surabaya City at IDR 43,988, and Malang Regency at IDR 37,479

Transportation is the activity of moving people and goods between locations, playing an essential role in mobility, economy, and society. Railways are a leading mode of land transportation due to their efficiency, punctuality, and capacity to carry large numbers of passengers and goods. High-speed trains are designed to operate at speeds up to 350 km/h using dedicated elevated tracks free from level crossings, enhancing connectivity and travel efficiency. In Indonesia, the Jakarta–Surabaya high-speed rail project supports mobility, reduces congestion, and promotes environmental sustainability. This study focuses on the geometric and structural design of the high-speed railway along the Pasar Turi–Lamongan route as part of the national railway network development. The design method refers to the Minister of Transportation Regulation No. 60 of 2012 and No. 7 of 2022. Based on the analysis, the rolling stock used is the CR400AF Fuxing, with R.60 rail type (60.34 kg/m), WJ-8 compression spring clips, and continuous concrete sleepers (slab track) measuring 5600×2500×200 cm. The design speed is 350 km/h with an 8000 m curve radius, vertical gradient of <2%, and a maximum rail superelevation of 175 mm with a 40 mm tolerance. The transition of elevated gradient occurs between KM 6+000–7+000 (uphill) and KM 40+000–41+000 (downhill) with a length of 1000 m

The development of complex mobile applications requires a scalable architecture and efficient state management to maintain optimal performance and code maintainability. This research aims to analyze the comparative implementation of Clean Architecture using two popular state management approaches in the Flutter framework, namely Provider and BLoC (Business Logic Component), within the case study of the UBP (Umroh Backpacker) application development. The research methodology involves designing a system based on Clean Architecture principles that separates the Data, Domain, and Presentation layers, followed by comparative testing on three main aspects: modifiability, testability, and performance. Performance testing was conducted on two devices with distinct specifications (low-end and high-end) using the Flutter DevTools instrument. The results indicate significant trade-offs between the two approaches: Provider excels in initial development speed due to its concise code structure (modifiability), whereas BLoC offers a more modular structure and superior support for reliable, structured testing (testability). In terms of performance on low-end devices, BLoC proves to be more efficient in memory usage and is capable of reducing frame jank by up to 40% in high-workload scenarios compared to Provider. Consequently, this study concludes that BLoC is highly recommended for medium to large-scale applications that prioritize performance stability and long-term maintainability

ABSTRACT The Open Unemployment Rate (TPT) in West Java Province is a crucial macroeconomic indicator that requires in-depth analysis considering the demographic and industrial dynamics in the region. This study aims to analyze the simultaneous and partial effects of the Labor Force Participation Rate (TPAK), Population Growth, Average Years of Schooling (RLS), and Provincial Minimum Wage (UMP) on the TPT in West Java during the period 2009–2023. Using a quantitative method with a causality approach and correlational design, secondary time series data were analyzed using Multiple Linear Regression. The results of the simultaneous test (F Test) show that the four independent variables together have a significant effect on the TPT, with a contribution of 51.6% (Adjusted R2 = 0.516). Partially (t Test), it was found that: (1) TPAK does not have a significant effect on the TPT; (2) Population Growth has a significant and negative effect, reflecting its role as a stimulus for Aggregate Demand; (3) RLS has a significant and positive effect, indicating the phenomenon of educated unemployment or skill mismatch; and (4) the UMP has a significant and negative effect, confirming its role as a Keynesian purchasing power stimulus instrument and is the most dominant variable. In conclusion, unemployment in West Java is driven by structural challenges (educational mismatch) which are offset by the effectiveness of the UMP as a purchasing power stabilization policy, but is not significantly influenced by the rate of individual labor force participation. The implication is that policy should focus on reorienting vocational education and maintaining a strategic minimum wage policy.
