    Pengaruh Strategi Viral Marketing dan Brand Awareness Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Produk Skincare Skintific Pada Platform Tiktok Di Surabaya

    Skintific skincare products have become one of the fastest-growing brands through digital marketing on the TikTok platform. This phenomenon highlights the need for a deeper understanding of the factors influencing consumer purchasing decisions, particularly viral marketing strategies and brand awareness. This study analyzes how these two variables play a role in shaping consumer purchasing decisions in Surabaya. The research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method involving 115 respondents who meet the criteria as TikTok users and Skintific consumers. The findings reveal that viral marketing has a positive and significant impact on increasing interest and leading to purchasing decisions, while brand awareness strengthens consumer trust and positions Skintific as one of the top choices in the skincare category. These results emphasize the importance of integrating creative and consistent strategies to enhance brand competitiveness amid the intense skincare industry competition

    Penelitian ini mengkaji perubahan kebijakan luar negeri Hungaria terhadap pengungsi Ukraina dari migration deterrence (2015–2021) menjadi selective migration (2022–2024). Dengan menggunakan teori Foreign Policy Change Joakim Eidenfalk, penelitian ini menganalisis peran faktor domestik—seperti birokrasi terpusat, opini publik yang cenderung positif, framing media, dukungan kelompok kepentingan, dan mayoritas partai politik—serta faktor internasional berupa invasi Rusia ke Ukraina, tekanan Uni Eropa melalui Temporary Protection Directive, hubungan bilateral, dan dorongan aktor non-negara. Invasi Rusia pada Februari 2022 menjadi window of opportunity bagi Perdana Menteri Viktor Orbán untuk mengadopsi Government Decree No. 86/2022 (III.7.), yang memberikan perlindungan sementara bagi pengungsi Ukraina.     EFEKTIVITAS SEQUENCING BATCH REACTOR DAN KOMBINASI SOIL MIXTURE BLOCK PADA MULTI SOIL LAYERING UNTUK PENGOLAHAN LIMBAH CAIR INDUSTRI DAGING

    The meat processing industry in East Java plays an important role in providing animal protein, but produces liquid waste with high pollutant content, such as COD, TSS, phosphate, and total nitrogen (TN), which exceeds environmental quality standards. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the combination of Sequencing Batch Reactor (SBR) and Multi Soil Layering (MSL) in reducing pollutant levels in meat processing industry liquid waste. Variations in hydraulic retention time (HRT) in SBR (12, 24, and 36 hours) as well as variations in media and number of layers in MSL were tested to obtain the optimal configuration. The results showed that HRT 36 hours in SBR provided the highest removal of COD (79%), TSS (85%), TN (83%), and phosphate (29%), however, the results have not met quality standards. Further treatment using MSL produced different efficiencies depending on the media variation. The combination of andosol soil with chicken bone activated carbon in two layers provided the highest removal for COD (65%) and TSS (64%), while the highest TN removal of 44% was obtained in the same combination with one layer. For phosphate, the highest efficiency reached 88% in the combination of andosol soil with bamboo activated carbon in one layer. All parameters after integrated processing meet the quality standards according to the East Java Governor Regulation No. 72 of 2013. The One Way ANOVA test showed that the variation of HRT had a significant effect on the performance of SBR, while the Two Way ANOVA test on MSL showed that the variation of media and the number of layers had no significant effect on TSS and phosphate, but remained effective for other parameters. Overall, the combination of SBR and MSL proved to be effective, efficient, and has the potential to be applied as an environmentally friendly wastewater treatment system for the meat processing industry

    This preliminary design project focuses on the establishment of a metallocene linear low density polyethylene (mLLDPE) plant utilizing the gas-phase polymerization process. mLLDPE is widely applied in packaging films, injection molding, and other polymer-based industries due to its superior mechanical strength, flexibility, and transparency compared to conventional LLDPE. The plant is designed with a production capacity of 25,000 tons per year and is planned to be located in Serpong, South Tangerang, considering its proximity to raw material suppliers, energy sources, and industrial infrastructure. The production process involves the copolymerization of ethylene and 1-butene using a metallocene catalyst system activated by methylaluminoxane (MAO), ensuring precise control of molecular weight distribution and comonomer incorporation. Supporting units such as feed purification, polymerization reactor system, degassing, pelletizing, utility, and waste treatment facilities are integrated to ensure continuous and environmentally compliant operation. Economic evaluation indicates that the proposed plant has promising profitability with a feasible payback period, while safety and environmental aspects are carefully addressed according to industry standards.     Selopuro Landfill in Ngawi Regency operates using a controlled landfill system but lacks a proper leachate treatment facility, posing potential risks to the surrounding environment. This study investigates the effectiveness of a combined biofilter and phytoremediation system in reducing Biochemical Oxygen Demand (BOD) and Total Nitrogen (N-Total) levels in landfill leachate. The system utilizes honeycomb media in an upflow biofilter configuration and water lettuce (Pistia stratiotes) as the phytoremediator. This combination is expected to enhance pollutant removal efficiency, minimize land use, and reduce operational costs, thereby improving leachate quality to meet environmental standards. The research specifically aimed to evaluate the effects of plant density and Hydraulic Retention Time (HRT) on the removal efficiency of BOD and N-Total. The system was tested under various plant densities and HRT conditions, and the removal performance was analyzed. Results showed that increasing plant density could practically enhance BOD removal up to 96% and N-Total up to 98%. However, statistical analysis indicated that the effect of plant density was not significant (p-value > 0.05). In contrast, variation in HRT significantly improved removal efficiency, with BOD reduction up to 97% and NTotal up to 99%, and a statistically significant effect (p-value < 0.05). Therefore, HRT was identified as the more dominant factor influencing the performance of the biofilter-phytoremediation system compared to plant density

    Efektivitas Penggunaan Fly Ash PLTU Paiton dengan Penambahan AKtivator Alkali Terhadap Sifat Fisik dan Mekanik Beton

    Semen material pengikat dalam beton yang mempengaruhi sifat fisik dan mekanik beton. Namun produksinya berkontribusi 7% terhadap emisi CO₂ global. Fly ash dari PLTU Paiton dapat menjadi alternatif subtitusi parsial semen pada beton. Penggunaan fly ash sebagai bahan subtitusi parsial semen diperlukan penambahan zat aktivator alkali. Penelitian ini menggunakan aktivator alkali dengan kombinasi dari NaOH 10 Mol dan Na₂SiO₃ dengan perbandingan 1:2,5. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan faktor air semen (FAS) 0,45 dan 0,55 untuk pengujian kuat tekan dengan silinder ∅15×30cm dilakukan pada umur 28 hari dan pengujian SEM-EDX dengan silikon kubus berukuran 1×1×1 cm pada umur 28 hari. Variasi penggunaan fly ash yaitu 0%, 80%, 90%, dan 100% dari volume berat semen yang dipakai. Kuat tekan beton dengan fly ash 100% dan FAS 0,45 adalah 48,48 MPa mengalami kenaikan 102,36% dibandingkan beton normal. Kuat tekan beton dengan fly ash 90% dan FAS 0,45 adalah 44,26 MPa mengalami kenaikan 84,75% dibandingkan beton normal. Kuat tekan beton dengan fly ash 80% dan FAS 0,45 adalah 35,84 MPa mengalami kenaikan 49,6% dibandingkan beton normal. Kuat tekan beton dengan fly ash 100% dan FAS 0,55 adalah 23,51 MPa mengalami kenaikan 101,03% dibandingkan beton normal. Kuat tekan beton dengan fly ash 90% dan FAS 0,55 adalah 17,76 MPa mengalami kenaikan 51,87% dibandingkan beton normal. Kuat tekan beton dengan fly ash 80% dan FAS 0,55 adalah 19,34 MPa mengalami kenaikan 65,35% dibandingkan beton normal. Hasil pengujian SEM-EDX menunjukkan beton dengan kadar fly ash yang semakin tinggi menghasilkan porositas paling rendah dan struktur pori yang rapat pada kedua jenis beton FAS 0,45 dan 0,55. Partikel fly ash dan aktivator alkali bereaksi menghasilkan gel N-A-S-H (Natrium Alumina Silicate Hydrate) yang membuat beton lebih padat dari pada beton normal. Partikel mikro fly ash juga mengisi celah agregat dengan baik, sehingga beton fly ash lebih rendah porositasnya

    STRATEGI EKSPANSI GLOBAL TSMC: STUDI KASUS PEMBANGUNAN FASILITAS PRODUKSI KUMAMOTO 2021-2025

    The global semiconductor industry forms the backbone of the contemporary technology ecosystem, supporting applications ranging from mobile devices and autonomous vehicles to IoT and artificial intelligence systems. Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (TSMC) dominates the global foundry market with over 60% market share. The COVID-19 pandemic exposed supply chain vulnerabilities due to the concentration of production in Taiwan, triggering the need for geographic diversification. This research analyses the expansion factors of TSMC's expansion to Kumamoto, Japan, as well as the business strategies implemented to strengthen the global production network. The findings show that the expansion was driven by a combination of expansion strategies including diversification of production locations, superior technological capacity, and access to strategic customers, as well as external factors such as Japanese market demand, government support through subsidies, and availability of supporting infrastructure. The author argues that this expansion represents the implementation of friendshoring and nearshoring strategies that integrate Taiwan's manufacturing strengths with Japan's technology ecosystem. The conclusion shows that TSMC's expansion not only expanded production capacity but also revitalised the Japanese semiconductor industry through technology transfer and strategic partnerships.     PEMANFAATAN LIMBAH AMPAS KOPI SEBAGAI MEDIA LUKIS EDUKATIF BAGI ANAK SEKOLAH DI PT. HARTA MULIA

    Abstract Purpose: This community service project aimed to introduce the reuse of coffee grounds as an environmentally friendly painting medium to elementary school students. The program was designed to address environmental concerns related to waste mismanagement and to promote creativity through sustainable practices. Design/Methodology/Approach: The activity was conducted by PT Harta Mulia in collaboration with O.G Café as the source of coffee grounds. The coffee grounds were dried for 1–2 days and processed into a painting material. Educational materials on environmental awareness were delivered, followed by a handson painting session. The event was held on Sunday, 15 June 2025, from 11:00 to 14:00 WIB at De Karanganjar Agrotourism and involved 30 children aged 7–12 years from several elementary schools. Findings: Participants showed high enthusiasm and successfully created paintings using coffee-based pigments. The activity enhanced children's understanding of environmental issues and demonstrated the potential of waste transformation into artistic expression. Practical Implications: The initiative provided an effective method for environmental education among children and introduced an accessible, low-cost alternative for art materials. It may inspire similar practices in schools or communities aiming to cultivate eco-conscious creativity. Originality/Value: This project combined environmental sustainability with creative education by utilizing an underused waste product. It offered a novel approach to waste reuse, strengthened community engagement, and reflected corporate social responsibility in practice.     Dalam era globalisasi dan digitalisasi ini, perusahaan tidak hanya dituntut untuk mencapai profit semata, tetapi juga perlu menunjukkan komitmennya terhadap masyarakat dan lingkungan melalui program Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). CSR merupakan upaya perusahaan untuk berkontribusi terhadap pembangunan berkelanjutan dengan memberikan manfaat ekonomi, sosial, dan lingkungan yang seimbang. Untuk mengukur efektivitas program CSR dan memastikan akuntabilitasnya, diperlukan adanya dashboard dan analisis data CSR yang komprehensif. Dashboard dan analisis data CSR sangat penting karena beberapa alasan utama. Pertama, memahami dampak program CSR. Melalui dashboard yang terintegrasi, perusahaan dapat memvisualisasikan data dan mengevaluasi sejauh mana program CSR telah memberikan dampak positif terhadap masyarakat dan lingkungan. Kedua, meningkatkan akuntabilitas dan transparansi. Dengan adanya analisis data yang komprehensif, perusahaan dapat memberikan laporan yang transparan kepada pemangku kepentingan tentang penggunaan dana CSR dan pencapaian yang telah diraih.Ketiga, meningkatkan efektivitas program CSR. Analisis data memungkinkan perusahaan untuk mengidentifikasi area yang memerlukan perbaikan dan mengalokasikan sumber daya dengan lebih efisien, sehingga program CSR dapat berjalan lebih efektif dan tepat sasaran. Keempat, mendukung pengambilan keputusan strategis. Data yang akurat dan terstruktur membantu manajemen dalam membuat keputusan yang lebih baik terkait strategi CSR di masa depan, termasuk penyesuaian program agar lebih relevan dengan kebutuhan masyarakat dan tantangan lingkungan yang dihadapi. Dengan demikian, pembuatan dashboard dan analisis data CSR tidak hanya membantu perusahaan dalam melaporkan dan mengelola program CSR mereka, tetapi juga berkontribusi pada reputasi perusahaan yang lebih baik dan hubungan yang harmonis dengan pemangku kepentingan.
