    Human resources (HR) are a vital element in the transportation industry, as service quality is highly dependent on the performance of professional and responsible drivers. Amid increasing demands for safety, punctuality, and passenger satisfaction, companies are required to strengthen work engagement and optimally manage the work experience of drivers. Emotional involvement in work and long work experience are important factors in maintaining consistent performance on the road. High levels of work engagement can encourage drivers to work with more enthusiasm, dedication, and focus. Furthermore, sufficient work experience enables drivers to overcome various challenges in the field appropriately and efficiently. This study aims to determine the effect of work engagement and work experience on bus driver performance. The approach used in this study is quantitative with the Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) data analysis technique, which has been proven effective for testing the relationship between latent variables. The population in this study are bus drivers of PO Menggala Garuda Lokatara on the Surabaya-Malang route. The sample in this study consisted of 44 bus drivers on the Surabaya-Malang route, selected using total sampling/saturated sampling techniques. Data collection was conducted by distributing questionnaires to respondents using an ordinal measurement scale in the form of a 1-5 Likert scale. The results of the study indicate that: (1) work engagement has a positive and significant effect on driver performance; (2) work experience has a positive and significant effect on driver performance. The implications of these findings emphasise the importance of strengthening emotional engagement and managing the work experience of each driver to encourage optimal driver performance

    Indonesia adalah negara kepulauan dengan luas lautan yang lebih besar dari luas daratannya, Menjadikan negara Indonesia memiliki hubungan erat dengan lautmya yang menjadikan Indonesia memiliki budaya maritim yang kuat. Salah satu kota yang memiliki pengaruh besar di bidang kemaritiman Indonesia adalah kota Surabaya. Hal ini karena secara geografis lokasi kota Surabaya yang berada di pesisir dan memiliki hubungan erat dengan daerah-daerah pesisir lainnya. Selain itu infrastruktur kota surabaya memiliki dua fasilitas yang menunjang, yaitu pelabuhan Tanjung Perak sebagai pelabuhan tersibuk kedua di Indonesia, dan Sungai Kalimas yang dulunya merupakan jalur pelayaran utama kota Surabaya. Seiring berjalannya waktu, perkembangan kota Surabaya yang dulunya berada di wilayah sekitar sungai Kalimas kini lebih berfokus di daerah Surabaya Pusat. Ini menjadikan masyarakat Surabaya sekarang mulai melupakan akan sejarah bahkan eksistensi dari kekuatan maritim yang dimilikinya. Oleh karena itu perlua adanya sebuah museum yang dapat menjadi simbol kemaritiman Surabaya dan mengedukasi sejarah dan perkembangan maritim Kota Surabaya. Namun bangunan museum merupakan bangunan yang menggunakan banyak energi untuk menjalankan operasionalnya. Oleh karena itu perlu adanya desain rancang yang tidak menggunakan energi listrik dari PLTU yang dapat menyebabkan kerusakan lingkungan. Pemilihan tapak ini didasarkan pada lokasi tapak yang memiliki banyak keunggulan untuk dijadikan fasilitas museum. Perancangan fasilitas Museum ini mengambil tema rancang Maritime Energy. Tema ini memiliki arti sebagai kesadaran akan kekuatan maritim dimilliki di kota Surabaya. Tema ini diterjemahkan menggunakann metode metafora, sehingga pada perancangannya, tapak diibaratkan sebagai lingkungan pelabuhan, bangunan mengambil metafora kapal. Sebagai batasan dalam mendesain, perancangan ini menggunakan pendekatan green architecture, dimana Pendekatan ini berfokus pada keberlanjutan lingkungan dengan menggunakan teknologi modern, inovasi, dan material ramah lingkungan. Sehingga pada penerapan desainnya, museum ini memanfaatkan pencahayaan alami melalui banyak jendela serta penggunaan secondary skin berupa peneduh di sekeliling dinding bangunan untuk mengurangi paparan panas terhadap dinding ruangan di dalamnya

    In the digital era, technology has transformed the travel and tourism industry, with Online Travel Agents (OTAs) like Traveloka, Tiket.com, and Agoda offering convenient trip planning through digital platforms. Despite their popularity, issues such as navigation difficulties and unclear information still affect user satisfaction. This study aims to evaluate the usability of OTA applications using the System Usability Scale (SUS) based on the ISO 9241-11 standard and Electroencephalography (EEG) to analyze user physiological responses. The test involved 10 respondents and 4 task scenarios. The results showed that Traveloka achieved a SUS score of 85, with 95% effectiveness and 0.023 goals per second efficiency. Tiket.com scored 79 with 92.5% effectiveness and 0.026 goals per second efficiency, while Agoda scored 70 with 87.5% effectiveness and 0.016 goals per second efficiency. EEG data revealed that Traveloka and Tiket.com had the highest average alpha wave values, indicating respondents felt nervous or anxious, whereas Agoda showed higher beta wave values, suggesting respondents were calm and aware without full concentration. This study highlights that the usability of OTA applications is influenced by user experience, which can be measured subjectively through SUS and more deeply using EEG data to understand physiological responses when interacting with the application

    Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pemilik agen jajajan yang tidak memberikan ganti rugi terhadap korban keracunan makanan massal di Desa Krecek, Kecamatan Badas, Kabupaten Kediri, Provinsi Jawa Timur. Pelanggaran tersebut terjadi dikarenakan pemilik agen jajan menghapus tanggal kadaluwarsa dari produk ma-kanan dan minumannya. Hal ini tentunya bertentangan dengan hukum dan me-menuhi unsur-unsur dari Perbuatan Melanggar Hukum (PMH) sebagaimana diatur dalam Pasal 1365 KUHPerdata. Perbuatan yang dilakukan oleh pemilik agen ja-janan juga menimbulkan sengketa dengan korban keracunan makanan massal, se-hingga masyarakat yang mengalami membutuhkan perlindungan hukum atas ke-jadian tersebut. Tujuan dari penelitian ini mengetahui pengimplikasian hukum PMH oleh pelaku terhadap masyarakat yang mengalami keracunan makananan ditinjau melalui Pasal 1365 KUHPerdata. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian normatif yang mengacu pada peraturan perundang-undangan guna men-jawab permasalahan yang muncul. Hasil penelitian ini adalah pemilik agen jajanan telah memenuhi unsur-unsur PMH dan adanya keracunan makanan massal ini, masyarakat yang mengalami membutuhkan perlindungan hukum represif maupun preventif dan penyelesaian sengketa untuk dapat mengganti rugi atas kejadian ter-sebut melalui penyelesaian sengketa secara litigasi maupun non litigas

    INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL DENGAN PENDEKATAN GREEN ARCHITECTURE DI JAKARTA

    The increase in the number of upper-middle-class people in Jakarta has triggered higher demand for quality educational facilities, including international schools. However, the distribution of international schools in Jakarta is still uneven, with a dominant concentration in certain areas. On the other hand, massive urban development has also had a negative impact on the environment, such as a reduction in green spaces, air pollution, and an increase in urban temperatures. This final project aims to design an international school in Jakarta using a green architecture approach that combines educational functions with environmental sustainability principles. The concept of green architecture is applied through a design that prioritizes energy efficiency, the use of environmentally friendly materials, optimization of air circulation and natural light, and the provision of green open spaces. This study also considers accessibility aspects to support the equitable distribution of quality education in various regions. The methods used include user needs analysis, environmental context assessment, and evaluation of green architecture principles. The design results show that the application of green architecture can not only create a comfortable and healthy learning environment but also support environmental conservation efforts amid rapid urbanization

    Analisis Pengaruh Beban Lalu Lintas Terhadap Tingkat Kerusakan Jalan Soenandar Priyo Sudarmo, Kecamatan Prambon, Kabupaten Sidoarjo

    Soenandar Priyo Sudarmo Road often experiences significant stress due to high traffic volume and load, particularly from heavy vehicles used for various industrial activities in Prambon District. Additionally, during the survey, various types of damage were identified, such as pothole, alligator cracking, and raveling. Based on this, the author conducted a study to analyze the impact of traffic load on the level of damage to Soenandar Priyo Sudarmo Road. The primary data used included road damage data, riding quality, and traffic counting, while the secondary data included road geometric data and Average Daily Traffic. This study used the Indrasurya and Dirgolaksono (1990) method to analyze road damage, as this method is an adaptation of various previous road damage evaluation methods, taking into account road conditions in Indonesia The effect of traffic load on road damage was analyzed using exponential regression to identify the non-linear relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable. The analysis results showed that the types of road damage found were quite diverse, including potholes, raveling, alligator cracking, distortion, transverse and longitudinal cracks, rutting, patching, and edge deterioration. Based on the analysis per segment, the average damage value per segment ranged from 18.85% to 45.16%, with riding quality in the RQ 1 to RQ 3 categories. Regression showed that heavy vehicles, particularly ESAL 1.2–22 trailers, had the most significant impact on road damage with an R² value of 0.905. This study indicates that traffic load, particularly from heavy vehicles, significantly contributes to road damage. Based on these results, recommended road maintenance is categorized into light, moderate, and no maintenance, depending on the condition of each segment
