Analisis Wacana Kritis dalam Konten YouTube Ferry Irwandi (Dekonstruksi Logika Mistika tentang Santet dan Indigo)
No full textAmidst the dominance of mystical logic discourse, which is deeply rooted in Indonesian society and manifested on digital platforms like YouTube, a counter-discourse phenomenon emerges to challenge these beliefs. This research aims to analyze how content creator Ferry Irwandi deconstructs the discourse of mystical logic, particularly concerning santet (witchcraft) and indigo phenomena, through a series of content on his channel. Using a qualitative approach, this study applied Norman Fairclough's three-dimensional model of critical discourse analysis, further deepened by Jacques Derrida's deconstructive lens of différance, to four relevant videos. The results indicated that the deconstruction was not a single act, but a strategic and evolving discursive campaign conducted in four phases: initiation, performative, confrontation, and consolidation. Ferry Irwandi utilized various techniques at the textual level (critical lexicon, parody), discursive practice level (intertextuality, transforming conflict into social action), and sociocultural practice level (challenging ideology, contesting hegemony). It was concluded that this deconstructive practice effectively destabilized the established mystical meaning by creating difference, deferring a final meaning, and injecting new traces of meaning (fraud, criminality), thus transforming "santet" from a definitive answer into an open question that encourages rationality.

No full textThis study analyzes the impact of tobacco production and domestic consumption on Indonesia’s tobacco export volume, with the excise tariff as a moderating variable. Using annual data from 2008 to 2023, the research applies multiple linear regression and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). Results indicate that production positively and significantly affects exports, while consumption has a significant negative effect. However, the tobacco excise tariff does not significantly moderate these relationships. These findings highlight that production and consumption directly influence export performance, whereas the current excise policy is ineffective as a moderating tool. The study offers important insights for improving tobacco trade policy and boosting the competitiveness of Indonesia’s tobacco industry in international markets
Analisis Keputusan Penggunaan QRIS Pada Konsumen Circle K di Kota Surabaya Jawa Timur
No full textThis study aims to analyze the factors influencing the decision to use QRIS (Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard) among Circle K consumers in Surabaya, East Java. A quantitative approach was applied using a survey method on 75 respondents who had previously used QRIS at Circle K.
The independent variables analyzed include effectiveness improvement, perceived ease of use, and lifestyle, while the dependent variable is the decision to use QRIS. Data analysis was carried out using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach.
The results of the study show that effectiveness improvement, perceived ease of use, and lifestyle have a positive and significant influence on the decision to use QRIS. These findings provide implications for retail businesses and digital payment service providers to pay greater attention to ease of use and the integration of digital lifestyle in enhancing consumer adoption of QRIS.

No full textAgricultural training is very important because the number of government
extension workers is decreasing and young people's interest in agriculture is low.
Through training, farmers can improve their skills, knowledge, and expertise. This
study aims to analyze the effectiveness of vegetable processing training at the
Technical Implementation Unit (UPT) using the Kirkpatrick method, which covers
four levels: reaction, learning, behavior, and results. The study sample included 30
participants and 1 facilitator. The results showed high levels of satisfaction with
the material, methods, and instructors; significant improvements in knowledge and
skills through pre- and post-tests; positive changes in the application of knowledge
in the field; and tangible impacts in the form of increased productivity and
improved management of participants' farming businesses.

ANALISIS PERFORMA PROTOTIPE GENSET MINI BERBASIS MESIN HONDA REVO 2007 (C series) DENGAN APLIKASI MATLAB SIMULINK
Get PDFThis study investigates the performance characteristics of a mini generator prototype powered by a Honda Revo 2007 (C series) engine coupled with a synchronous generator. The analysis compares simulation results obtained using MATLAB/Simulink with experimental measurements under various engine speed (RPM) conditions. The main parameters evaluated include AC voltage, DC voltage, AC current, and output power. The experimental results show that AC voltage
exhibits the lowest error, reaching nearly 0% under certain conditions, while AC current demonstrates the highest error, ranging from 10% to 18%. DC voltage lies in the medium range with errors between 2% and 13%. These findings indicate that
voltage is relatively stable and easier to model, whereas current is strongly influenced by external factors such as winding impedance, load fluctuations, and harmonics. Moreover, the error tends to decrease at higher RPM, highlighting that the accuracy of the simulation model improves under nominal operating conditions. Overall, the study concludes that the developed simulation model is sufficiently representative of the system’s behavior, particularly in modeling voltage. However, further refinement is required for current modeling, including more detailed
parameter identification and the application of adaptive control methods, to achieve closer alignment between simulation and experimental results

Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Green Accounting berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. CSR berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Carbon Emission Disclosure berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Sebaliknya, Kinerja Lingkungan

SINTESIS DAN KARAKTERISASI MATERIAL NANOPARTIKEL CALCIUM MAGNESIUM PHOSPHATE (CaMg(HPO)2) BERBAHAN DOLOMIT

Dolomit merupakan salah satu mineral yangberpotensi sebagai bahan alternatif untuk meningkatkan kualitas pupuk. Padapenelitian ini akan dilakukan sintesis material nanopartikel kalsium magnesiumfosfat dari mineral dolomit yang diharapkan dapat meningkatkan nilai ekonomisdolomit dengan memanfaatkan kandungan kalsium dan magnesium pada dolomituntuk direaksikan dengan dinatrium fosfat sehingga diperoleh nanomaterialkalsium magnesium fosfat yang dibutuhkan sebagai pupuk multihara. Penelitian inibertujuan untuk mengetahui karakteristik material nanopartikel kalsiummagnesium fosfat. Material yang dihasilkan dianalisis menggunakan ScanningElectron Microscopy-Energy Dispersive X-ray Spectroscopy (SEM-EDX) untukmengetahui karakterisasi morfologi dan komposisi kimia material serta analisisukuran partikel menggunakan metode Brunauer-Emmett-Teller (BET). AnalisisSEM menunjukkan struktur kristal berupa plat tipis atau jarum. Pada kondisi beratdolomit 20 gram dan volume 1200 ml, analisis EDX menunjukkan terdapat 22,13%ion Ca dan 19,57% ion P serta uji BET menunjukkan ukuran partikel materialCaMg(HPO4)2 sebesar 96 nm sehingga produk merupakan nanomaterial.Berdasarkan uji kelarutan, diketahui bahwa material tersebut memungkinkan untukdijadikan pupuk lepas lambat. Material yang dihasilkan menunjukkan karakteristikyang menjanjikan sebagai material alternatif pupuk multihara karena kandungankalsium dan fosfor serta material berukuran nanometer yang akan meningkatkanefektivitas penyerapan hara sehingga menawarkan pilihan berkualitas tinggi untukmendukung praktik pertanian berkelanjutan

Get PDFThis study aims to determine the effect of career development and job satisfaction on turnover intention among employees of the Production Division at PT. Jawa Pos Media Televisi (JTV) Surabaya. Turnover intention has become an important issue in human resource management, particularly in the media industry, which faces dynamic changes and intense competition. Poorly structured career development and suboptimal job satisfaction are suspected to be factors influencing employees’ desire to leave the company.
This research employs a quantitative approach with a survey method, where data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 60 respondents. The data analysis technique used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the assistance of SmartPLS software. The variables studied consist of career development (X1), job satisfaction (X2), and turnover intention (Y), with each indicator having been tested for validity and reliability.
The results indicate that both career development and job satisfaction have a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. This means that the higher employees’ perception of career development and job satisfaction, the lower their intention to leave the company. These findings highlight the importance of human resource management strategies that focus on providing clear career opportunities and improving the quality of the work environment to retain competent employees
Pengaruh Budaya Organisasi Dan Kepuasan Kerja Terhadap Turnover Intention Karyawan Perusahaan Edutainment di Surabaya
Get PDFThe purpose of this study was to determine how organizational culture and job satisfaction influence employee turnover intention in a Surabaya based edutainment company. Because it can affect employee stability and the company's operational efficiency, turnover intention is a serious concern. Eighty respondents working at an e-commerce company in Surabaya were administered a questionnaire as part of the quantitative methodology and survey procedures of this study. Using SmartPLS software, the Partial Least Squares (PLS)-based Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method was used to analyze the data. The findings indicate that organizational culture negatively impacts turnover intention, meaning that the more positive an individual's feelings toward their organization, the less likely they are to want to leave.These findings highlight the importance of fostering a positive organizational culture and maintaining a high level of job satisfaction in reducing turnover intention among employees, particularly in edutainment work environments.
