    Self Disclosure Anak dengan Keluarga Multireligi dalam Pembentukan Identitas Diri (Studi Fenomenologi Generasi Z)

    Interpersonal communication is communication carried out by two people in which there is an element of self-disclosure. One of the phenomena is the self-disclosure of children with a multireligious family background in the formation of self-identity. This study aims to find out how much children who have multireligious families in shaping their identity in general, including the religion they adhere, using a qualitative approach with phenomenological methods to understand the subjectivity of informants who are generation Z. The object of the research is self disclosure the data collection technique was carried out through in-depth interviews and observations of seven informants and several additional informants (parents and close friends). The research will be focused on finding out the elements of the Johari Window theory including open area, blind area, hidden area, and unknown area. As a result, the pattern of parental communication that is carried out democratically and sustainably will expand the open area, on the other hand, if there is no difficulty in revealing one's identity both in the family and social environment which expands blind areas, hidden areas, and even unknown areas.     Kepok banana stems contain 58.6% cellulose. That cellulose content makes kepok banana stems can be used as raw materials for making activated carbon. Activated carbon is a material that has high porosity and can be used for the process of adsorbing impurities in the liquid and gas phases. Making activated carbon begins by cutting and washing the kepok banana stems, then drying it under the sun for 7 days. After that, carbonize the dried banana stems at 300℃ for 1 hour. The carbonized carbon is mashed and sieved using a 100 mesh sieve, then activated it using NaOH 0.5; 0.75; 1; 1.25 and 1.5 N for 12; 18; 24; 30; and 36 hours. After activation, the activated carbon is dried using an oven at 100 ℃ until its weight is constant. The best analysis results were obtained on activated carbon that activated with 1.5 N NaOH for 12 hours, which contained 7.8496% water, 9.7186% ash, and 65.3479% fixed carbon. SEM analysis results of activated carbon, before the adsorption process, showed a porous morphological structure and after the adsorption process, its pores are closed. The percentage of FFA reduction reached 94.8057% and the peroxide number reduction reached 86.8978%

    This internship report presents the results of the fieldwork practice carried out at PT Petrokimia Gresik, particularly within the Planning and Production Control Department, from September 1 to December 31, 2024. The program was conducted as part of the Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) initiative, aiming to provide students with hands-on industrial experience and to bridge academic knowledge with real-world industrial applications. PT Petrokimia Gresik, a subsidiary of PT Pupuk Indonesia, is the most comprehensive fertilizer manufacturer in Indonesia, producing a wide range of chemical and non-chemical products. The report describes the organizational structure, utility systems, raw material preparation, production processes—particularly for NPK Phonska I fertilizers—as well as laboratory and quality control operations. A detailed review of equipment specifications, process flow diagrams, and special tasks assigned during the internship is also included. The report highlights the energy balance calculations for converter beds in the sulfuric acid production process, offering insights into operational efficiency. Through this internship, the author gained valuable insights into plant operations, chemical engineering applications in industrial settings, and professional workplace dynamics.     PENGARUH PERLAKUAN KONSENTRASI SEED PRIMING ZINC DAN DOSIS PEMUPUKAN KALIUM KLORIDA TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN DAN HASIL TANAMAN JAGUNG PULUT (Zea mays ceratina)

    Waxy corn (Zea mays ceratina) is a corn variety with high amylopectin content and significant economic value but suffers from low productivity due to inadequate cultivation practices and nutrient deficiencies, particularly in zinc (Zn) and potassium (K). This study aimed to evaluate the effects of Zn seed priming concentrations and potassium chloride (KCl) fertilizer dosages on the growth, yield, and grain quality of waxy corn. The research was conducted from February to April 2025 in Surabaya, using a factorial randomized block design with two factors: three Zn seed priming concentrations (0 g/L, 0.5 g/L, and 1 g/L) and four KCl fertilizer dosages (50, 100, 150, and 200 kg/ha). Results revealed that the combination of Zn 1 g/L and KCl 100 kg/ha produced the highest ear weight, Zn content (23.65 ppm), and dehusked ear weight per plant (258.57 g). Meanwhile, the combination of Zn 0.5 g/L and KCl 100 kg/ha resulted in the best grain quality, with the highest amylopectin (98.73%) and lowest amylose (1.27%) contents. Potassium fertilizer at 200 kg/ha also significantly improved plant height, leaf number, and ear diameter. Therefore, Zn 1 g/L and KCl 100 kg/ha are recommended for yield and biofortification purposes, while Zn 0.5 g/L and KCl 100 kg/ha is more suitable for grain quality and fertilization efficiency.     Public-Public Partnership Dalam Penyelenggaraan Riyaya Undhuh-Undhuh di Kabupaten Jombang

    This research target is to analyze the form of inter-public institution partnership (Public–Public Partnership) in the preservation of the intangible cultural heritage of Riyaya Undhuh-Undhuh in Jombang Regency. Riyaya Undhuh-Undhuh is an annual tradition held by GKJW Mojowarno as a thanksgiving celebration for the harvest. Although it has been recognized as an Intangible Cultural Heritage by the government, its implementation still relies entirely on the church community without significant involvement from the local government. This study employs a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques including interviews, observations, and documentation. The data analysis uses Public– Public Partnership indicators developed by Lobina & Hall (2009), which include human resource training and development, technical support, institutional efficiency, financial support, accountability, and partner participation. The results show that the partnership between the local government and GKJW Mojowarno is not yet optimal. The government has not provided training, technical assistance, or financial support for the cultural preservation. The entire event is still self-funded by the church congregation. Therefore, stronger commitment and collaboration from the local government are needed to ensure that the preservation of Riyaya Undhuh-Undhuh can be sustainable and institutionally developed.     Tomat Ceri merupakan tanaman hortikultura yang kaya akan kandungan vitamin dan karbohidrat. Tanaman tomat ceri juga memiliki nilai ekonomis yang tinggi dan merupakan produk pertanian organik yang saat ini di minati oleh masyarakat. Peningkatan produksi tomat ceri dapat ditunjang dengan pemberian pupuk organik dan pemberisan komposisi media tanam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dosis pupuk kascing terbaik dan komposisi media tanam terbaik, serta interaksi antara kedua faktor tersebut. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan April hingga Juni 2022 di Rooftop rumah, Kota Surabaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) faktorial. Faktor pertama adalah perlakuan kontrol (NPK), dosis pupuk kascing 100 g/polybag, 150 g/polybag, dan 200 g/polybag. Faktor kedua komposisi media tanam, yaitu Tanah + Arang Sekam (1:1); Tanah + Kompos (1:1); Tanah + Arang Sekam + Kompos (1:1:1). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan pemberian pupuk kascing 200g/polybag memberikan hasil terbaik dibandingkan dengan pemberian kontrol (NPK) dibuktikan dengan hasil pada parameter tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, jumlah buah per periode panen, jumlah buah total panen, bobot buah per perio panen, bobot buah total panen, dan panjang akar

    ANALISIS & PENENTUAN STRATEGI MITIGASI RISIKO PADA SUPPLY CHAIN MENGGUNAKAN METODE HOUSE OF RISK (HOR) DAN ANALYTICAL HIERARCHY PROCESS (AHP) DI PT. INSAN CITAPRIMA SEJAHTERA

    This study aims to analyze and determine risk mitigation strategies in the supply chain of PT. Insan Citaprima Sejahtera using the House of Risk (HOR) and Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) methods. The HOR method is applied to identify, evaluate, and prioritize risks based on Aggregate Risk Potential (ARP) values, while AHP is used to select the best mitigation alternatives based on company-specific criteria. The analysis covers five key stages of the supply chain according to the SCOR model: plan, source, make, deliver, and return. The identification process resulted in 36 risk events and 47 risk agents, with 24 risk agents prioritized for mitigation based on the Pareto principle. In the second stage of HOR, 12 mitigation actions were proposed, with employee training identified as the primary strategy. Through AHP and expert judgment, training alternatives were evaluated based on criteria such as time, cost, and stakeholder involvement. The results showed that one-on-one training between supervisors and employees received the highest weight (AWE = 0.77084), making it the most effective recommended mitigation strategy. This training approach is considered efficient, directly relevant to the identified risks, and improves employee competence within the actual work environment.     PENGARUH MACAM SUMBU ORGANIK DAN KONSENTRASI PUPUK ORGANIK CAIR TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN DAN HASIL TANAMAN PAKCOY (Brassica rapa L.) PADA HIDROPONIK SISTEM SUMBU

    The problem often faced by pakcoy farmers is that irregular watering can cause plants to wilt or root rot. The solution to this problem is cultivation with a wick hydroponic system. The disadvantage of the wick system is that it is only suitable for plants that require little water. Inorganic fertilizers in the form of AB Mix solution can increase plant growth and yield but are not good for human health in the long run and are not environmentally friendly, while the use of organic fertilizers will not leave residues on plant products. So as to increase the growth and yield of pakcoy plants in the hydroponic system, the selection of the appropriate type of axis and the provision of organic fertilizer with the right concentration is carried out. This study uses wick hydroponics in growing pakcoy with different types of wicks and different concentration comparisons. The combination of AB Mix 3 ml/L treatment and coconut fiber organic wick gave a significant effect on the observation parameter of plant height 15 to 25 HST (13.37 cm), as well as the observation parameter of pakcoy yield at 30 HST, namely crown wet weight (17.97 grams), root wet weight (3.60 grams), total wet weight (21.57 grams) and weight loss (0.24 grams). AB Mix 3 ml/L treatment gave a significant effect on all observation parameters except the observation parameter of plant height 5 HST. The treatment of coconut fiber organic wick gave a significant effect on all observation parameters except the parameter of the number of leaves of plants 5 HST. The combination of AB Mix 3 ml/L and coconut fiber organic wick treatment gave a significant effect on the observation parameter of plant height and the observation parameter of pakcoy yield, namely crown wet weight, root wet weight, total wet weight and weight loss.     UJI PREFERENSI HAMA PASCA PANEN (Sitophilus oryzae) PADA BEBERAPA JENIS BERAS (MERAH, HITAM, COKLAT, PUTIH) DI LABORATORIUM

    Rice is a staple food that plays an important role as the main source of calories in Asia, including Indonesia. Rice contains relatively complete nutrients, including carbohydrates, protein, fat, crude fiber, and various vitamins. In Indonesia, rice consumption is very high, reaching around 139.15 kg per person per year and continues to increase by 95% each year. Therefore, increasing rice production must be accompanied by optimal post-harvest management to reduce damage and loss of yield. Sitophilus oryzae, known as the rice beetle, is the main pest that attacks and breeds in stored rice. S. oryzae causes significant damage and contamination to grain. This study aims to study the preferences of S. oryzaes for white rice, red rice, brown rice, and black rice. The results of the study showed that the highest population of live imago was in black rice was 83.28, the highest weight loss in white rice compared to other types of rice was 47.84 ± 1.03 and the average percentage of perforated and damaged rice was the highest 5.83 ± 1.94, making it the type of rice most preferred by S. oryzae.     Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh konsentrasi dan lama perendaman giberelin (GA₃) terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil bawang merah (Allium ascalonicum L.) yang berasal dari benih botani (True Shallot Seed/TSS) varietas Maserati. Masalah utama penggunaan TSS adalah dormansi benih dan daya kecambah yang rendah. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Desa Menanggal, Mojosari, Jawa Timur, menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) faktorial dengan dua faktor: konsentrasi GA₃ (100 ppm, 200 ppm, 300 ppm) dan lama perendaman (12 jam, 24 jam, 36 jam), serta tiga ulangan. Parameter yang diamati meliputi variabel perkecambahan (persentase kecambah, kecepatan tumbuh, keserempakan tumbuh, vigor kecambah) dan variabel pertumbuhan serta hasil (panjang tanaman, jumlah daun, jumlah umbi, bobot basah dan kering per rumpun). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat interaksi yang nyata antara konsentrasi dan lama perendaman GA₃ terhadap hampir semua parameter. Perlakuan terbaik diperoleh pada konsentrasi 300 ppm dengan lama perendaman 36 jam, yang memberikan hasil optimal terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan penggunaan GA₃ 300 ppm selama 36 jam sebagai perlakuan efektif untuk meningkatkan performa benih TSS bawang merah varietas Maserati.
