    Surabaya Rehabilitation of Cerebral Palsy merupakan bangunan yang dapat memberi kesempatan pada penyandang cerebral palsy mendapatkan penanganan khusus untuk kesehatan, psikologis, serta keterampilan. Cerebral palsy merupakan gangguan yang mengacu pada neurologis yang bertahan lama yang berasal dari gangguan nonprogresif selama perkembangan otaknya dan mempengaruhi kontrol gerakan dan postur tubuhnya. Rehabilitasi memberikan kesempatan penyandang cerebral palsy memperoleh terapi dan edukasi dengan tujuan meningkatkan motivasi untuk berkembang dan mandiri dalam melakukan aktivitas sehari-hari. Fasilitas ini memerlukan faktor pendukung dengan aksesibilitas ramah akan pengguna cerebral palsy. Inclusive architecture memiliki prinsip desain yang dapat beradaptasi dan memberi kesempatan penyandang disabilitas dapat merasakan fasilitas yang tersedia tanpa adanya hambatan dan setara dengan masyarakat sehat lainnya. Selain itu, inclusive architecture memberikan kesempatan penyandang untuk dapat bersosialisasi baik dengan lingkungan sekitar maupun dengan masyarakat disekitarnya. Diharapkan desain ruang dengan menerapkan inclusive architecture mampu memungkinkan penyandang disabilitas khususnya cerebral palsy di Kota Surabaya dapat merasakan kesetaraan dan menjadi semakin termotivasi aktif untuk memperoleh fasilitas kesehatan dan edukasi sehingga dapat meningkatkan kehidupan sosialnya.     Pengaruh Kesejahteraan Karyawan, Kehidupan Pribadi, dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Semangat Kerja Karyawan Perum Perhutani Divisi Regional Jawa Timur

    This study aims to determine the effect of employee welfare, personal life, and work environment on employee morale at Perum Perhutani East Java Regional Division. The approach used is quantitative with multiple linear regression analysis method. The population in this study amounted to 105 people, and sampling was carried out using the Slovin formula with an error rate of 10%, so that the number of samples obtained was 51 respondents. The results of the simultaneous test (F test) showed that the variables of employee welfare (X1), personal life (X2), and work environment (X3) simultaneously had a significant effect on work morale (Y) with an F-count value of 52.679 and a significance of 0.000 <0.05. The partial test (t test) revealed that the variable X1 had a positive and significant effect on work morale with a t-count value of 3.778 and a significance of 0.000. Variable X2 has a negative and significant effect with a t-count value of -8.951 and a significance of 0.000, while variable X3 shows a significant positive effect with a t-count of 7.348 and a significance of 0.000. The coefficient of determination (R²) value of 0.771 indicates that the three independent variables are able to explain 77.1% of the variation in employee work enthusiasm, while the remaining 22.9% is influenced by other factors outside this research model.     This study aims to analyze the influence of motivation, leadership style, and communication on employee performance at the BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Darmo Branch Office in Surabaya. Dela Kristiana focused on motivation as a key driver of work enthusiasm, which plays an important role in enhancing employee productivity, responsibility, and loyalty to the organization. Motivated employees tend to work harder and show high commitment to achieving the company’s goals. The leadership style applied by supervisors is highly influential in providing direction, inspiration, and creating a supportive and conducive work environment. Effective leadership builds trust, strengthens teamwork, and increases active employee participation in achieving organizational objectives. On the other hand, good communication serves as the foundation for conveying information, fostering harmonious working relationships, and minimizing conflicts and misunderstandings in the workplace. This research uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression methods. Data were collected through the distribution of questionnaires to 36 respondents who are permanent employees at the BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Darmo Branch Office in Surabaya. The analysis results show that the three independent variables motivation, leadership style, and communication have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, both partially and simultaneously. These findings provide practical implications for management in formulating performance improvement strategies through the enhancement of internal communication systems, the development of adaptive leadership styles, and the implementation of sustainable motivation programs that align with employee needs. This research is also expected to serve as a reference and theoretical foundation for future studies related to human resource management in the public service sector.     Collaborative Governance Dalam Program Lontong Kupang (Layanan Online Terpadu One Gate System) Pemerintah Kota Surabaya

    The Lontong Kupang Program is an integrated online service, a one-gate system between the Surabaya Population and Civil Registry Office, the Surabaya Religious Court, and the Surabaya Ministry of Religion. One of the services available in Lontong Kupang is the Mass Marriage Confirmation, which is part of the public service innovation. This program still requires further collaboration so that this program runs optimally. The purpose of this study was to analyze and describe in depth Collaborative Governance in the Lontong Kupang Program of the Surabaya City Government. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. Determination of informants through purposive sampling and snowball sampling. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques use an interactive model from Miles and Huberman (2014). Collaborative governance is analyzed using the theory of Ansel & Gash (2008). The results of the study indicate that 1.) The initial conditions of the program begin with adequate readiness, including shared understanding, resources, and collaborative encouragement. 2.) The institutional design is quite structured with the participation of various parties and MoUs between government agencies, but there are weaknesses in the rules for collaboration with non-governmental institutions. 3.) The leadership of the head of the Surabaya City Population and Civil Registry Office has been effective in facilitating communication and coordination. 4.) The collaborative process shows positive results, although socialization and target achievement still need to be improved for more optimal results. So it can be concluded that collaborative governance in the Lontong Kupang Program has been running well, but further optimization is needed

    Pengaruh Default Risk dan Investment Opportunity Set Terhadap Kualitas Laba Dimoderasi Kepemilikan Manajerial

    This study aims to examine and prove empirically the effect of default risk and investment opportunity set on earnings quality moderated by managerial ownership in manufacturing companies in the consumer goods industry sector listed on the IDX for the period 2020-2023. There are 16 manufacturing companies in the consumer goods industry sector that fulfill the sample criteria in this study. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. This study uses secondary data. The data analysis technique in this study uses Partial Least Squares (PLS) using the SmartPLS 3.0 software test tool. The results of this study state that earnings quality cannot be affected by default risk, but can be affected by investment opportunity set. Managerial ownership also proved unable to moderate the effect of default risk on earnings quality. In contrast, managerial ownership can moderate the effect of investment opportunity set on earnings quality

    The Narasi podcast titled “There’s No Limit for Women to be Empowered” highlights the narrative of women’s empowerment amid deeplu rooted patriarchal cultural practices in society. Using Rodney H. Jones digital discourse analysis approach, this study examines four key elements: text, context, action & interaction, and idology & power. The finding of the first ekement, text, reveal that the podcast’s discourse is shaped through three main topics: the social and cultural constructions that restrict women, the representasion of women in media and public spaces, and the efforts of women’s empowerement through education, solidarity, and social action. In the contextual analysis, three significant elements are identified that reinforce the discourse: Cinta Laura as an intelligent, brave, and inspiring female figure, the Narasi youtube channel as a progressice digital media actively promoting social justice, and L’Oreal as a brand that supports the empowerement narrative through its aligned social vision. The analysis of interaction shows that the majority of the audience responded positively to the discourse, although a few comments were found to be irrelevant to the topic. From the ideological aspect, the study find that the discourse is rooted in liberal feminist values, which emphasize women’s active participation various sectors of life withput demanding radical structural change. This podcast not only serves as a symbolic representation of women’s empowerment but also constructs a specific version of social reality, reinforced by the power relations between public figures, media, and brands within the digital space.     KLASIFIKASI KEBERLANJUTAN KEGIATAN SINAU BARENG DI KOTA SURABAYA BERDASARKAN KEHADIRAN PESERTA MENGGUNAKAN ALGORITMA SUPERVISED LEARNING

    Sinau Bareng adalah salah satu program pendidikan Dinas Kota Surabaya yang berfokus pada kegiatan belajar bersama untuk anak usia sekolah. Keberlanjutan kegiatan “Sinau Bareng” bergantung pada kehadiran peserta dari seriap lokasi. Permasalahan yang muncul adalah adanya ketidakhadiran peserta (tutor dan murid) di beberapa lokasi yang menyebabkan kegiatan tidak dapat berlangsung sebagaimana mestinya. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan prediksi keberlanjutan kegiatan dari masing-masing lokasi berdasarkan data kehadiran peserta. Penelitian membandingkan 3 algoritma yaitu Support Vector Machine, Random Forest dan Naïve Bayes untuk mengetahui algoritma mana yang lebih cocok untuk memprediksi keberlanjutan lokasi. Proses penelitian menggunakan kerangka kerja CRISP-DM yang memiliki 6 tahapan yaitu pemahaman bisnis, pemahaman data, persiapan data, pemodelan, evaluasi, dan deployment. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa model terbaik adalah model dengan algoritma Random Forest Hold-Out 70:30 yang dapat memprediksi data dengan akurasi sebesar 93,85%, presisi 88,07%, recall 93,85%, f1-score 90,87% dan AUC sebesar 63,89%.     Indonesian art and culture have a diversity that creates characteristics in each region, including in Jombang Regency, East Java. Jombang Regency is one of the areas in East Java that is rich in local cultural heritage. However, along with the development of the times and the flow of globalization, Jombang's local art and culture tend to be forgotten. This is due to the lack of public knowledge about local arts and culture and the limited facilities that can accommodate art activities. Although the government has provided an art building, the results of observations show that the facilities are less than optimal to accommodate all art and cultural activities. With this background, it is necessary to design an Arts and Culture Center as a more comprehensive solution. In designing the Arts and Culture Center in Jombang, an analysis of factors, issues, and objectives related to the design object was carried out. The theme "Blending Tradition with Modern Creativity" was carried out with the aim of combining traditional elements with modern innovation to create harmony in design that reflects local identity. The design approach used is Neo Vernacular architecture, an approach that combines traditional and modern aspects to reflect cultural identity in building design.
