No full textThis research aims to determine whether there is a relationship and influence between the implementation of Green Accounting and the goals of Sustainable Development with Resource Efficiency as moderation. The sample used consisted of 44 manufacturing companies. The method used in this research uses quantitative methods. Where this form of research is descriptive and inferential analysis. Inferential analysis uses purposive sampling and simple linear analysis. The data used in this research is primary data, using statistical analysis methods and using STATA 14 software. The results of the research show that the application of green accounting has a positive effect on Sustainable Development goals. Resource efficiency is contrary to green accounting towards sustainable development goals, this is because green accounting disclosures provide information related to costs incurred for environmental preservation, but do not provide information related to minimizing the company's use of resources in its production process

In this case, Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDES) also participate in the development of the Pujon Kidul Tourism Village. Therefore, this research aims to find out how the Pujon Kidul Tourism Village, Pujon District, Malang Regency is developed.The method used is qualitative. Results obtained Based on the research results, Pujon Kidul Village is currently one of the areas developed by the Malang Regency government which is used as a model village (tourism village) with the largest original village income in Malang Regency. The Pujon Kidul Village Development Stages in the Development of the Pujon Kidul Tourism Village are carried out through the destination, attraction, amenities and infrastructure stages. The Pujon Kidul Tourism Village, with the potential for natural tourism and educational tourism for farming activities, has been developed and managed very well. Success in developing tourist villages can be seen from village tourism development collaboration such as collaboration between Bumdes, collaboration with the community, collaboration with the government and carrying out comparative study activities with other tourist village

No full textThe rapid development of technology often creates new problems. One of them was an incident where a buyer refused to pay for an order package made via Shopee with a cash on delivery payment system. However, this method is often detrimental to businesses, especially when consumers cancel orders or cannot be contacted. The aim of this research is to explain the payment system between consumers and business actors in Shopee transactions and to analyze protection for business actors in the event of cancellation of Shopee consumer transactions in the Cash on Delivery system. This research uses Sociological Juridical Law research methods.
The results of this research show that there are regulations regarding the terms and conditions related to the cancellation of electronic sales and purchases using the cash on delivery payment system regulated by Shopee which have different provisions. Law Number 8 of 1999 Article 6 concerning consumer protection regarding the rights of business actors. There are legal consequences if the buyer refuses to pay for his order and can be sued under the 1999 Law No. 8 article 6 concerning consumer protection where consumers must pay according to the agreement and have good intentions in transactions. What is the legal responsibility for the act of cancellation by the consumer in carrying out the transaction must be to replace the goods or services equivalent to the loss

No full textThis research is motivated by China which has an interest in maintaining regional stability around the Korean Peninsula. In this case China prevents conflicts or wars near its borders that could threaten its national security. Around the 1980s, North Korea began developing its nuclear program. This nuclear program has a wide impact and greatly disrupts security stability on the Korean Peninsula and surrounding areas. Because of this, the UN Security Council issued several sanctions resolutions against North Korea. The purpose of this study is to look at the form of China's response to the North Korean nuclear problem and its nuclear development. This study uses the theory/concept of nuclear diplomacy by Abraham Bargman. With this nuclear diplomacy, it can be carried out through diplomatic meetings, bilateral and multilateral discussions through international forums and agreements, for example by holding six party talks formed by China to persuade North Korea to stop the nuclear program, and to prevent the spread of nuclear weapons, and reduce the potential for nuclear conflict between countries

No full textThe Indonesian state is a very agrarian country, therefore the main problem in this research is the method of resolving disputes over land rights in the lawsuit registration case number 128/Pdt.G/2022/Pn Mlg as a dispute resolution method for unlawful acts based on fake sale and purchase deeds. The type of research used is using empirical juridical methods, namely the study of going into the field and experiencing firsthand the occurrence of the event. Namely some facts are happening among the people. in this method using a socio-logical approach in research is that in analysing the problem memakaon ways of connecting doctrinal legal data materials with primary data that can be obtained in the field . The purpose of the results of this study shows how based on the factors that the author describes the settlement of unlawful acts dispute cases is that both parties have gone through a non-litigation process at the beginning, but the progress is still not going with the willingness of both parties, from that the very correct effort is through the litigation or court channel .the implication of this research is that the method of resolving land rights disputes can eat watu which is quite long, but it is better that this problem can be resolved by mediation, consensus with consensus or deliberation. So it does not go the litigation route which will take a very long time and some of the costs of the case are relatively expensive. So that it can be a lesson for all of us in various dynamics of issues related to the issue of land rights disputes in the future Hopefully the judicial system in our beloved Country will be even better in the future Amiin Ya Rabbal'alamin

No full textThe purpose of this research is to determine the effect of transformational leadership style on job satisfaction with organizational culture as an intervening variable at the Insan Permata Malang Foundation. This type of research is explanatory and quantitative. The population and sample were 127 people with data collection using saturated sampling techniques. The data sources obtained in this research were collected by distributing questionnaires (primary data) to all teachers. The instrument test in this research is to carry out validity and reliability tests and hypothesis testing and the data analysis tool used in this research is multiple linear regression. Based on the analysis that has been carried out, the results show that: 1) transformational leadership style has a significant effect on job satisfaction 2) transformational leadership style has a significant effect on organizational culture 3) organizational culture has a significant effect on job satisfaction 4) organizational culture can mediate between transformational leadership style and job satisfaction

No full textBackground : Pneumonia is a disease that attacks the alveoli (air-filled sacs in the lungs). In general, there are three types of causes of pneumonia, namely bacteria, fungi and viruses. Pneumonia is the highest reason for death in children throughout the world, so it is categorized as a dangerous disease. Under-five deaths caused by pneumonia are estimated at 1.4 million toddlers every year. In this final scientific work, Ners raises the case of child K with pneumonia which his parents had just discovered. Therefore, this scientific work aims to explain the process of applying chest physiotherapy to children with pneumonia to overcome ineffective airway clearance.
Method : The research method used in preparing this Final Scientific Work for Nurses uses a case study report. The author follows scientific method guidelines which include: assessment, data analysis, nursing intervention, implementation and evaluation. In the data collection process, interviews, observations, physical examinations and documentation studies were carried out on child K.
Results : after chest physiotherapy nursing intervention was carried out in collaboration with the administration of a nebulizer for the diagnosis of ineffective airway clearance for 3 days (3 times implemented), the author obtained the results of a decrease in sputum production, decreased RR, SPO2 without a nasal cannula was good.
Discussion : In the nursing problem of ineffective airway clearance, chest physiotherapy intervention provides a good effect in the process of healing pneumonia. Nebulizer administration also plays an important role in the process of reducing secretions, RR, and increasing SPO2

No full textThis study aims to determine the effect of Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on employee performance mediated by Employee Engagement at the New Djombang Sugar Factory. This study uses a quantitative method of this data using a questionnaire with google forms to 50 respondents with a saturated sample technique/census sampling so that all populations are sampled. The analysis technique uses a scale range, PLS-SEM Algorithm and Bootstraping. The results of the scale range show that OCB is included in the very high category, employee performance is included in the very high category and employee engagement is included in the high category. The results of PLS-SEM testing can be described that OCB has a significant positive effect on employee performance, OCB has a significant effect on Employee Engagement, employee performance has a significant positive effect on Employee engagement and the mediation of Employee engagement on OCB and employee performance. Therefore, the Djombang Baru Sugar Factory is recommended to hold training, training and family gathering activities

This research is categorized as quantitative research with an explanatory research approach. The population in this research is Avoskin followers on Instagram with a total of 690,000. The sample taken was 100 respondents using purposive sampling method. The data taken is primary data, which is obtained from the results of the questionnaire. Data analysis techniques using Scale Range and SEM-PLS. The results showed that celebrity endorser has a positive and significant effect on purchase intention, online customer review has a positive and significant effect on purchase intention, celebrity endorser has a positive and significant effect on brand image, online customer review has a positive and significant effect on brand image, brand image has a positive and significant effect on purchase intention. As for the mediation results, brand image mediates the effect of celebrity endorser on purchase intention, and brand image mediates the effect of online customer review on purchase intention

The subjects of this research were students with the criteria that the subjects had seen accidents, bullying or violence. Data was taken using quantitative methods with an accidental sampling model. Based on the results of analysis using a simple linear regression test on data obtained from research subjects, it shows a coefficient of determination of 23.9%.
