No full textThe fact that organizations such as hospitals operate in the health services sector always face unexpected things and dynamic changes such as uncertainty in daily work, partly caused by advances in medical science and technology as well as variability in patient responses to treatment, justifies the need to implement workforce agility. as a management criterion in hospital units. The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of trust in the organization in the workplace on workforce agility with intrinsic work values as a moderator variable. This research study was conducted on 151 hospital employees. A quantitative research approach with a cross-sectional design was used in this research. The measurement scale in this research uses the Workforce Agility Scale, the Organizational Trust scale, and The Work Values Scale. Test moderation with MRA by Hayes. The research results show that trust in the organization has a significant positive relationship with workforce agility, Meanwhile, intrinsic work value was found not to act as a moderator which has a strenghtening effect on the relationship between trust in the organization and workforce agility

No full textCases of student aggressiveness have increased and decreased from year to year, but
it is known that West Java province occupies the first position as the province with the most
cases of brawls between students in Indonesia. The negative impact of student aggressiveness
behavior includes low learning achievement, encouraging other students to commit aggression
behavior, getting the label of unruly students, and death. External factors such as parenting,
friends, negative school environment and internal factors such as gender, personality type, self�control, and compassion have a relationship to manifest aggressiveness behavior in individuals.
This study aims to determine the effect of compassion on the aggressiveness of high school
students. This research method is quantitative with a correlational design. The population of
this study were high school students in Bogor city with a sample size of 271 research subjects.
The sampling technique in this study was through purposive sampling. Data collection was
carried out using the compassion and aggressiveness adaptation scale. The data analysis
technique used simple linear regression. The results of this study found that compassion has a
significant negative effect on aggressiveness. The implications of this study are expected to be
used as a source of reference for future research to expand findings and insights in related topics
and are expected to be a source of education for teachers to students about the importance of
compassion

No full textWhistleblowers have a very important role in exposing criminal acts of corruption in Indonesia. Unfortunately, until now whistleblowers still do not receive maximum protection, as evidenced by the fact that there are still cases of revenge against whistleblowers. The author conducted this research with primary, secondary and tertiary data which was processed using a normative juridical approach to explore the urgency of protecting whistleblowers in Indonesia so that in the future more members of government agencies will participate in exposing criminal acts of corruption in terms of their role as whistleblowers. As a result, the author found that legal elements related to legal protection for whistleblowers of criminal acts of corruption still have loopholes, thereby opening up the possibility of retaliation and must immediately become the focus of improvement by the government

No full textThe road is one of many examples of land infrastructure that is often used to connect one region to another and its seen as the most efficient road because it still has advantages in accessibility and mobility factors. As time goes by, the the pavement layer will experience a decrease in performance affected by traffic and environmental loads. One of attempt to avoid serious damage to the road is by adding a thick overlay. The purpose of overlay planning is to restore the strength of the overlay so that it can provide optimal road performance to road users. There are several methods used in determining the thickness of the road. In this planning use the 1993 AASHTO Method and the 1987 Component Analysis. The location of the project is located on the Neyama road section, Besuki District, Tulungagung Regency. The data used for this planning is secondary data obtained from the PUPR department of Tulungagung . From the results of the calculations that have been made using the life of the 10-year plan and using the same material on each layer, the AASHTO 1993 method obtained a Laston MS 454 layer with a thickness of 14 cm, and the 1987 component analysis method yields the Laston MS 454 thickness of 10 cm.The Cost Budget Plan obtained from the calculation for the 1993 AASHTO method amounted to IDR 3.624.950.983,07 while the 1987 Component Analysis Method was IDR 2.651.106.275,5

This research aims to see how parental attachment influences the emotional intelligence of adolescents raised by single
parents. The respondents in this study were 349 teenagers. The measuring tool for this research
uses the Inventory of Parent and Peer Attachment (IPPA) developed by Armsden and Greenberg
(1987) adapted by Indriyani (2021) and the Wong and Law Emotional Intelligence Scale (WLEIS)
developed by Wong and Law (2002) adapted by Nurida (2020). The data analysis method used is
simple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS. The results of this study found that there
was an influence of parental attachment on teenagers' emotional intelligence with an influence
between variables of 23.8%, while other factors or variables not examined in this study influenced
76.2%. The research implies that it can be used in scientific development and as a reference for
further research in the field of developmental psychology

No full textStudents have various new demands in their lives, such as academic burdens and environmental demands. In their lives, students are often faced with various situations that have an impact on their low level of flourishing. This research aims to determine the effect of self-compassion on flourishing in final year students. This research uses a quantitative approach with a correlational research design. The subjects in this research were 271 final year students with samples taken using a purposive sampling technique. This research uses the Self-Compassion Scale (SWD) adapted by Sugianto et al., (2020) which consists of 26 items and The PERMA Profiler Scale adapted by Elfida et al., (2021). The data analysis method used is a simple linear regression method using SPSS 25 software. Based on the results of the analysis using a simple linear regression test on data obtained from research subjects, it shows that the contribution of self-compassion to flourishing is 14%. So it is proven that the hypothesis is accepted where there is a positive and significant influence between the influence of self-compassion on flourishing in final year students. Students who are currently in their final year can improve and maintain their self-compassion

The data analysis method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis assisted by SPSS software. The results of this research show that ease of transactions has a significant effect on ShopeePay User Loyalty. Trust in the security of personal data has a significant effect on ShopeePay User Loyalty
