DESAIN FRACTIONAL ORDER PID BERBASIS GENETICAL ALGORITHM PADA SISTEM KONTROL AUTOMATIC VOLTAGE REGULATOR
Voltage instability is one of the problems with synchronous generators. A commonly used device to stabilize the voltage in synchronous generators is the Automatic Voltage Generator (AVR). To get a stable voltage on the AVR, a control system is needed, one of which is a PID controller. However, PID controllers generally use conventional PIDs whose parameter adjustments are still manual and cannot be adjusted when the system is working, when changes occur in the system. Therefore, in this study, PID adjustment was developed with the Fractional Order PID (FOPID) method based on Genetical Algorithm (GA). GA serves to optimize FOPID parameters to be more responsive to changes that occur in the system. FOPID controller design tests for AVR systems were simulated using Matlab. The results of testing the AVR system with GA-based FOPID control obtained a rise time response with a value of 0.343s overshoot with a value of 1.29%, for a setting time value of 0.924s and a steady state error of about 0.0014%. Then the value of five GA-optimized FOPID parameters was obtained first proportional control (P) worth 0.5126, second integral control (I) worth 0.4516, third derivative control (D) worth 0.2055, fourth mu (μ) worth 0.9888, finally lamda (λ) worth 0.9577. Furthermore, the value of the objective function used is the Integral of Time Square Error (ITSE) worth 0.0185

Artificial Intelligence and Quality of Composition Verdicts in Indonesia: Lessons from New Zealand
The quality of the decision is not only related to the judge's considerations but also its suitability to the composition of the decision so that the resulting decision is not easily overturned at the level of legal action and increases public confidence in the judicial institution. This research aims to analyze the quality of judges' decisions in Indonesia in terms of the composition of the decision texts that have been made. This research uses normative legal research methods, a statutory approach, and a comparative approach. The study results show that decisions are not based on the structure of decisions determined by the Supreme Court. One of the reasons is the minimal use of AI, even though AI can help judges identify which parts of the decision structure are not yet in the decision prepared by the judge and improve them so that it is hoped that it will produce uniformity and decisions that are certain and not easily overturned. Indonesia needs to learn from New Zealand guidelines for using AI at the court and tribunal level. Judges can apply AI, some related to summarizing information and administration
