    Edmodo Learning Media and Meeting Room Help Grasp Simple and Significant Ones: Circulatory System

    Biology is complex for students because of a lack of interest, uncertainty regarding healthy blood circulation, small and large blood circulation systems, remembering the order of blood circulation, and fast-paced education. Students need microcirculation groups. Significant and minor blood circulation groups must be understood and circulated by students. Old biology teaching methods failed students despite adopting technology. Teachers must master and use learning technology in our globalized environment. Online learning is current education technology. This research can help educators choose instructional resources, especially the exciting part of practitioners contributing to academic biology research. This study evaluates student motivation and circulation system learning with Edmodo and meeting room media. Classroom Action Research met twice. Research rigour evaluation needs learning and assessment criteria alignment. Planning, Action, Observation/Evaluation, and Reflection comprise each learning cycle. This study includes 20 grade 11 controls. Teachers and practitioners utilize Edmodo and Zoom for online learning. In the lesson plan, a 40-question two-level multiple-choice exam and a motivation survey assess student learning. The study is quantitative. From inception to finish, data analysis grades data quality 1–4. Researchers use observation, interviews, and questionnaires. Microsoft Excel averaged descriptive analysis data.     The Effect of Role Stress on Burnout in IT Support

    The widespread digitalization in society has resulted in technological advances in various fields growing rapidly so the number of workers in the field of Information and Communication Technology is increasing. However, it cannot be denied that the burden and demands of work in the IT field are very heavy and might cause burnout. The research aims to find out whether there is an influence of the multidimensional construct of role stress on burnout in IT Support workers. This research uses a quantitative correlational approach using simple linear regression analysis and multiple linear regression. 140 IT support workers aged 21 – 35 years who had experience in the IT field for at least 1 year participated in this study. The result of this study revealed that there is a positive and significant influence on the role of stress on burnout. The role ambiguity and role overflow dimensions have a positive effect on burnout, but the role conflict dimension does not affect burnout

    This legal paper explains the system of distribution of inheritance assets in Bibiosi Village, Keerom Regency, Papua Province. Where the system of distribution of customary inheritance in Bibiosi Village is different from other customary laws. The author aims to understand how the system of inheritance distribution procedures is based on customary law and what is the role of Customary Institutions in the distribution of inheritance procedures and if there are conflicts during the inheritance distribution process. The research method used in this study is empirical research which not only discusses theories about customary inheritance law, but the author examines directly and observes what happens according to the conditions in Bibiosi village. The data sources of this study are primary data and secondary data. Then the data collection technique carried out by the author is by conducting interviews and literature studies. Based on the results of research and discussion on the system of procedures for the distribution of customary inheritance in Bibiosi Village, that is, indigenous people adhere to a patrilineal system where heirs fall to the eldest son and daughter cannot be heirs. However, if the heir has no male heirs, the estate can pass to the eldest daughter, and the eldest daughter can get a share of the estate if the son has a desire to give part of the estate to his sister. Meanwhile, the role of customary institutions as someone who is appointed to be a witness in the process of distributing inheritance and serves as a mediator or mediator in case of disputes

    A fishery production sharing agreement is an agreement to share the net profits from a vessel at sea between fishermen and the owner. This research aims to determine the pattern of profit sharing agreements between fishermen and ship owners in Bandaran Village, Tlanakan District, Pamekasan Regency and to determine the implementation of profit sharing agreements between fishermen and ship owners in Bandaran Village, Tlanakan District, Pamekasan Regency. This type of research is empirical legal research. Data collection uses observation techniques, interviews and is supported by literature study. The results of this research show that 1. The pattern of fishery product sharing agreements made by fishermen and owners in Bandaran Village, Tlanakan District, Pamekasan Regency, is a pattern of agreements that have been carried out for generations, namely by making verbal or unwritten agreements and mutual trust in each other. . There is no time period but the agreement can end at any time if something happens that causes a breakdown in the relationship between fishermen and ship owners. If there is a default, it is carried out by deliberation. 2. Implementation of fishery product sharing agreements made by the ship owners between the fishermen. The division is into 3 parts, namely the ship owner gets 1/3 of the share if 35% is presented to the ship owner and the fisherman gets 2/3 of the share if presented 65% for fishermen. However, 2/3 of the portion is further divided according to the role or role each fisherman is assigned to the ship in one go to sea

    Local cultural wisdom can be considered as national identity, especially in the Indonesian context, making it possible for local cultural wisdom to be transferred transculturally. At SDN Tulungrejo 04 Bumiaji has held a Jumat Manis program which contains values in local wisdom. Implementation of this Jumat Manis program can facilitate all social activities of students to socialize between friends so that there is openness in each child to increase relationships and also in still the value of Bhinneka Tunggal Ika which is in the first principle and the third principle which reads "Belief in One Almighty God." and "Indonesian Unity". This research was conducted to examine local cultural wisdom activities at SDN Tulungrejo 04 Bumiaji in daily life through the Jumat Manis Program with a humanistic approach. This research is a type of qualitative research using a descriptive approach. The research was conducted at SDN Tulungrejo 04 Bumiaji with data collection techniques used, namely interviews, observation and documentation. The research results show that in planning the Jumat Manis program with a humanistic approach in the P5 project. In this research it was found that students had implemented the Sweet Friday program with habituation. In this research it was found that habituation just flowed so that children were trained to uphold human values and local wisdom values that must be preserved, including the culture of commemorating religious holidays

    In effective learning, students will gain benefits such as increased academic ability, development of social and cognitive skills, and increased life skills that are useful in everyday life. Based on the results of the needs analysis in the field, researchers get problems, namely there is a lack of use of learning media and in learning Indonesian students have difficulty determining the main idea. During the learning process only relies on makeshift media, namely only using package books. The purpose of this research is to develop a website learning media to determine the main idea. This research uses Lee and Owens development research with 5 stages, namely needs analysis (Assessment and analysis) is to find out the problems between the actual conditions and provide solutions to the problems that occur. The second design (Design) is to make a product design that will be made,. The third development (Development) is the stage of obtaining products in the form of media and validating products from experts. The fourth is Implementation, which is the application of products that have been developed, and the last is Evaluation, which is measuring the level of product suitability. In addition, researchers also use data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The results of research that has been conducted by researchers get responses from teachers and students related to media, material and the effectiveness of the application of media. From the results of the teacher response questionnaire, the results were 86.1%, while the response of students received a percentage of 92.20% with very good qualifications. In addition, the development of this website learning media level of validity is obtained from validator experts both material and media. The material validation results get a percentage of 90% and media validation gets a percentage of 75%. From the results of this study, this website learning media is suggested as a reference in preparing teaching and tutoring programs and developing learning media that can support learning success

    Subscription parking is one of the policies implemented by the Lamongan District Transportation Agency. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of subscription parking in minimizing extortion practices by parking attendants in Lamongan District. The research adopts a socio-legal approach with a descriptive research nature. Based on the research findings, it is concluded that overall, subscription parking in Lamongan District has proven to be quite effective in minimizing extortion practices by parking attendants. This conclusion is supported by interview results from the majority of informants and a significant decrease in violation data from 2019 to 2023. Factors such as legal framework, law enforcement, supporting facilities, and community involvement have been effective in this regard, although cultural factors have not been fully effective. To combat extortion practices, the Lamongan District Transportation Agency has implemented measures through Lamongan Regent Regulation No. 72 of 2019 on the Implementation Guidelines of Regional Regulation No. 15 of 2010 on Parking Service Fees on Public Roads, which include preventive and punitive supervision. Preventive supervision involves guidance, monitoring, and socialization to informal parking attendants to ensure their understanding of the regulations and to discourage extortion practices. Punitive supervision aims to provide a deterrent effect and punish violators. The effectiveness of subscription parking has the potential to reduce extortion practices by parking attendants and improve parking services in Lamongan District. Additionally, it can enhance public awareness of law enforcement in parking, and contribute to creating a more organized and secure environment. Therefore, the effectiveness of subscription parking plays a crucial role in the development and improvement of parking standards in Lamongan District

    Patriarchy is a culture that has been rooted since ancient times. Life as a woman who does not get justice and equality in the environment results in the movement of women becoming limited and women are often viewed as weak people. This has increasingly affected sexism in society, causing resistance and protests in various media to oppose sexist views. Music Video have a same power as film as a mass communication medium that can be used not only as entertainment, but can also influence the public's thinking by constructing the reality shown. (G)I-DLE is known as a group that often gives fertilizer in every piece of their video music with many hidden meanings, including their latest song at the end of 2022 with titled "Nxde". The purpose of this study is to see how sexism is represented in a music video. In this study, it uses a qualitative approach based on the analysis of critical discourse analysis by sara mills that analyzes by looking at how the narrative positions of subjects, objects, and readers. The position of the subject and the object is observed by looking at who the narrator is in the text and on the reader's position by interviewing female activists who see from what point of view the narrator is telling the story. The results of this study found a visible representation of the sexism that (G)i-dle showed telling how(G)I-DLE fights people who have always looked at women only from stereotypes downstream due to patriarchy that has long been rooted. The sexist treatment that was found consisted of giving stereotypes to women that they were stupid, objectified their bodies through various media, and as sexual objects so that their movements as women were very limited to the stereotype that existed

    The development of technology and changes in consumer behavior have transformed the landscape of broadcasting media, forcing radio stations to adapt to the new digital era (media convergence). Radio Elfara FM, as one of the radio stations focusing on young audiences, faces challenges in maintaining its relevance and expanding its listener base amid increasingly fierce competition. Based on communication concepts such as audience understanding, market segmentation, and adaptive communication strategies, radio stations can strengthen their position in the new digital era. These theories underline the importance of deep understanding of audience needs and preferences, as well as the utilization of digital platforms as an integral part of communication strategies. The aim of this research is to understand Radio Elfara FM's communication strategy in sustaining the existence of youth radio in the online media era. This research employs a qualitative approach by analyzing primary data obtained from observations and interviews with Radio Elfara FM. These data are utilized to gain insights into the communication strategies implemented by the radio station in facing the challenges of the new digital era. The results of the research indicate that the communication strategy of Radio Elfara FM for youth radio is conducted through deep audience understanding, appropriate market segmentation, utilization of digital platforms, and creativity in broadcast content. Through the integration of content between on-air broadcasts and online platforms, Elfara FM creates significant alignment in reaching listeners, reinforcing engagement, and enhancing interaction with its audience

    ANALISIS KEMAMPUAN KOMUNIKASI MATEMATIS SISWA SMP DALAM MENYELESAIKAN SOAL TIPE HOTS DITINJAU DARI RESILIENSI MATEMATIS

    This research uses descriptive research with a qualitative approach which aims to describe students' mathematical communication abilities in solving HOTS type problems in terms of mathematical resilience. The subjects in this research were class VIII students at SMPN 26 Malang with low, medium and high levels of mathematical resilience seen from their mathematical communication skills in working on HOTS type questions. Data collection techniques used mathematical resilience questionnaires, HOTS type questions, and interviews. The research instruments used were questionnaire sheets, question sheets, and interview sheets. The data analysis stage is using questionnaires to see students' mathematical resilience, tests to see students' ability to work on HOTS type questions and interviews to dig deeper information related to information on mathematical communication skills and to strengthen the research data that has been obtained. The results of this research show that students who have low mathematical resilience tend to have lower mathematical communication abilities than students who have moderate mathematical communication abilities who have moderate resilience, while students who have high mathematical resilience show higher mathematical communication abilities
