Bagaimana Pola Komunikasi Antarbudaya santri Pondok Pesantren Daarul Ukhuwwah Pakis Malang,Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pola komunikasi antar budaya di pondok pesantren Daarul Ukhuwwah, Serta mengetahui hambatan komunikasi antar budaya yang ada di dalamnya.penelitian ini akan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi non partisipatif, wawancara mendalam, dan analisis konten terhadap dokumen-dokumen yang relevan.Penelitian ini akan merangkul teori interaksi simbolik. Integrasi teori ini akan memberikan landasan konseptual yang kuat untuk menganalisis dan memahami proses komunikasi antar budaya di pondok pesantren. Dengan menjembatani kesenjangan pengetahuan tentang komunikasi antar budaya di pondok pesantren, penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan pandangan yang lebih kaya dan mendalam tentang bagaimana santri dari berbagai latar belakang budaya berinteraksi dan membentuk pemahaman bersama di tengah nilai-nilai keislaman yang menjadi landasan pondok pesantren.
Dalam penelitian ini peneliti mendapatkan hasil penelitian bahwa pola komunikasi antar budaya santri pondok pesantren daarul ukhuwwah memiliki beberapa tahapan seperti Proses Interaksi Santri di Pondok Pesantren Daarul Ukhuwwah,Bahasa harian Santri Pondok Pesantren Daarul Ukhuwwah,Pola Komunikasi Antarbudaya Santri Putra Pondok Pesantren Daarul Ukuwwah yang Memiliki Latar Belakang Kebudayaan Yang Berbeda,Pengaruh Pola Komunikasi antarbudaya terhadap peningkatan Ukhuwwah dalam Pondok Pesantren Daarul Ukhuwwah,Pola Komunikasi Antara Santri Dan Kyai,Pola Komunikasi santri dan Ustazd,Pola Komunikasi santri dan pihak luar pondok,Hambat Dalam Melakukan Komunikasi Antarbudaya yang Dilakukan Oleh santri Putra Pondok Pesantren Daarul Ukhuwwah itu adalah hasil dari penelitian Pola komunikasi adalah kecenderungan gejala umum yang menggambarkan bagaimana berkomunikasi terjadi dalam kelompok sosial tertentu. Pola komunikasi dipengaruhi oleh proses komunikasi yang dilakukan, yang menghasilkan pola komunikasi. Setiap hari, santri putra Pondok Pesantren Daarul Ukhuwwah berkomunikasi dengan orang-orang dari berbagai latar belakang kebudayaan berbeda. Data yang disajikan menunjukkan bahwa Santri Putra Pondok Pesantren Daarul Ukhuwwah dengan latar belakang kebudayaan yang berbeda berkomunikasi satu sama lain secara langsung. Ini dilakukan untuk memastikan bahwa masing-masing pihak yang berkomunikasi dapat langsung memberikan respons, yang memungkinkan komunikasi berjalan lancar dan terus menerus.

Get PDFThe process of making the Malangan Mask at the Asmorobangun Studio is not just an artistic activity in making masks, but there are rituals that must be carried out during the making process. Each stage of the process has certain symbols such as the symbol of wood, Pak Handoyo, wood on the initial frame, ornaments on the Malangan mask (flowers, fruits, animals and geometric), color symbols (red, white, black, and others) and symbols of the contents of the offerings for the prayer ritual. Each ritual of the making process itself also contains a certain meaning consisting of 3 rituals of the preparation process, the ritual of the making process and completion by praying at the punden. The purpose of this study was to determine the meaning of the ritual symbols of the Malangan Mask making process at the Asmorobangun Studio, Kedungmonggo Hamlet, Karangpandan Village, Pakisaji District, Malang Regency.
This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive type and a naturalistic research basis. The data collection technique in this study used interviews and documentation with seven research subjects using purposive sampling techniques. The data analysis used uses the analysis concept of Miles Huberman which has four stages of analysis, namely data collection, data condensation, data presentation and drawing conclusions whose data validity is tested using the data source triangulation technique.
The results of the study on the meaning of ritual symbols in the process of making Malangan masks are full of deep meaning at each stage of the ritual and offerings used. This can have an impact and benefit on the community around Sanggar Asmorobangun, Dusun Kedungmonggo, Karangpandan Village, Pakisaji District, Malang Regency. Through these symbols, mask craftsmen not only create a work of mask art, but also maintain the continuity of traditions and ancestral values
PERANAN KEPALA DESA SEBAGAI MEDIATOR DALAM PENYELESAIAN SENGKETA HARTA WARIS (Studi Kasus di Desa Sempol Kecamatan Pagak Kabupaten Malang)
Get PDFThe Village Head, based on Article 26 Paragraph (4) letter (l) of the Village Law, is tasked with resolving community disputes in his/her village. This research aims to analyze the role of the Village Head as a Mediator, how the Village Head as a Mediator faces obstacles, and the division of roles between the Village Head as a Mediator in resolving inheritance disputes in Sempol Village. The research method used in this research is empirical legal research method. This research shows that: First, the role of the Village Head in the mediation process to resolve inheritance disputes in Sempol Village is considered not optimal, such as the absence of mediation minutes and written agreements containing the agreement of the parties. Second, the Village Head faces obstacles in the mediation process by first identifying the obstacles and then resolving them according to the characteristics of each obstacle, but it is still not optimal because the Village Head has not been equipped with Mediator knowledge. Third, there was no division of Mediator roles between the Sempol Village Head and the Pagak Village Head. All of the shortcomings in the mediation process could be avoided if: 1) The Village Head actively equips himself with mediation knowledge. 2) The government facilitates the Village Head with training and certification of Mediators, to strengthen the competence of the Village Head, improve community justice, reduce the burden on the courts and provide clear and legal guidelines for dispute resolution in practice
Makna Kehidupan Manusia Dalam Film Animasi (Analisis Semiotika Pada Film Disney Wish Karya Chris Buck Dan Fawn Veerasuthorn)
Get PDFThis research aims to analyze the meaning of human life from the Disney animated film Wish by Chris Buck and Fawn Veerasuthorn using a semiotic approach. Animated films also do not function as an entertainment medium, but will also be a medium that conveys moral and philosophical messages, including about the meaning of life. Through Roland Barthes' semiotic analysis method, this research will also examine connotative denotative signs that are also present in the film, as well as myths that are built through narrative and visual symbols. The results of this research show that the Disney Wish film represents the meaning of life related to with values such as hope, courage, togetherness, and sacrifice. The main character, Asha, illustrates how a very strong and sincere dream can motivate someone so that we can face life's challenges. The symbols in the film, such as the star of hope, also reflect human efforts to find the meaning of life through struggle and solidarity. We also hope that this research can enrich an academic study of animated films as a means of philosophical reflection and provide new insights for research in the field of communication visual and semiotic analysis

No full textVisum Et Repertum merupakan salah satu alat bukti penting yang digunakan untuk memperkuat pembuktian tindak pidana, seperti kejahatan nyawa, penganiayaan, hingga kekerasan seksual. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran dan problematika penerapan Visum Et Repertum dalam proses pembuktian tindak pidana kekerasan seksual atas perkara nomor register 236/Pid.Sus/2024/PN.Kpn. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah yuridis empiris dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan deskriptif kuantitaif.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan terdapat peran Visum Et Repertum dalam proses pembuktian pada penyidikan yaitu sebagai penentu adanya dugaan tindak pidana kekerasan seksual dan perlindung hak-hak korban, selanjutnya terdapat peran Visum Et Repertum dalam proses pembuktian di persidangan yaitu sebagai bahan pertimbangan dalam proses persidangan dan pengganti Corpus Deliscti (tanda bukti). Adapun problematika penerapan Visum Et Repertum yaitu ketidakterbukaan korban dalam memberikan keterangan serta hasil Visum Et Repertum yang hanya memberikan keterangan fisik korban. Penulis berpendapat bahwa penerapan Visum Et Repertum pada tindak pidana kekerasan seksual perlu ditingkatkan dengan memberikan juga Visum Et Repertum Psikiater

No full textDefault occurs when someone is negligent in fulfilling obligations established by law. This case often becomes a problem faced by society, especially in the world of business and civil contracts. One of the relevant cases is the case at the Kepanjen District Court Number 93/Pdt.G/PN.Kpn. This research aims to determine and analyze the implementation of default dispute resolution in case registration number 93/Pdt.G/2024/PN.Kpn. The research uses empirical juridical methods, namely a sociological legal approach carried out through field studies to observe the application of law in people's lives. In this case, a form of breach of contract occurred because the defendant had done what he promised but was late in carrying out his achievements. The defendant was negligent in fulfilling hisj obligations as stated in the house sale and purchase agreement. Dispute resolution is carried out through litigation at the Kepanjen District Court in accordance with its absolute and relative authority. In his decision, the judge used the principle of pacta sunt servanda and Article 1234 of the Civil Code to assess the defendant's negligence based on the agreement that had been made. To prevent similar problems, it is recommended that the parties involved be more careful in drafting agreements, especially those of large value. Apart from that, people should make agreements before an authorized official such as a notary to ensure the agreement is legally valid and reduce the potential for conflict in the future

No full textThis research analyzes the Role of the Customs Office in Monitoring Cigarettes Without Excise Stamps in Malang City. The research questions in this study are: first, what is the role of the Malang City Customs Office in monitoring the circulation of cigarettes without excise stamps in Malang City? The research method used is a sociological juridical research method, with data collection techniques involving library and field studies, and employing qualitative descriptive analysis.
The results of this study indicate that the role of the Malang City Customs Office in overseeing illegal cigarettes through socialization about the legal consequences and state losses is still ineffective, as many people are indifferent to the impacts. Obstacles in monitoring include economic, legal, cultural, and regional factors, as well as low public awareness, the involvement of certain individuals, and Malang's position as a transportation route. A synergy between preventive and repressive approaches is needed to improve compliance. The author recommends that the government, the public, and traders should better understand the dangers and losses caused by the sale of cigarettes without excise stamps
PENGARUH KOMPOSISI LARUTAN PUPUK DAN ZPT TERHADAP INDUKSI PEMBUNGAAN ANGGREK CATTLEYA (Cattleya sp.)
No full textCattleya sp. Orchid. is one of the favorites for ornamental plants, because it has a unique shape, color and flower character. Consumer interest in this orchid is due to the large size of the flowers, the fragrant aroma when the flowers bloom, and the relatively long blooming time. Naturally, in plants there are various types of hormones that regulate and trigger physiological processes, including during the flowering period. During the process of accelerating orchid flowering, efforts can also be made to provide ZPT. This research aims to examine the effect of the correct composition of fertilizer solutions with growth regulators (ZPT) on the induction of flowering of Cattleya sp. orchids. The research was conducted at Mitra Anggrek Indonesia, Junrejo District, Batu City from february to May 2024. The research was conducted using the 1-factor Group Design (RAK) method. The combination of compound NPK and ZPT treatment abbreviated (P) consists of P0 (air), P1 (compound NPK 2 gr/l), P2 (BA 50 mg/l, GA₃ 50 mg/l, compound NPK 2 gr/l), P3 (BA 150 mg/l, Paclobutrazol 100 ml/l, compound NPK 2 gr/l), P4 (Pronas 10 ml/l, compound NPK 2 gr/l). Each combination in the treatment will be dissolved into one solution, and 4 solutions will be obtained, namely solutions P1, P2, P3, and P4. Research results: P3 solution treatment had a greater effect on the induction of flowering in Cattleya orchids. The dose contained in the P3 treatment is more optimal for the growth and development of Cattleya orchids, especially in terms of stem diameter, number of tillers and flowering

memeriksa unggahan TikTok dari akun @nixonzskyy untuk mengetahui bagaimana
penggunaan TikTok sebagai wadah personal branding dalam membentuk self image.
Setelah mengetahui bagaimana strategi personal branding di akun TikTok @nixonzskyy
dalam membentuk citra diri, hasil wawancara dan dokumentasi unggahan akun TikTok
dikembangkan menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dan delapan hukum personal
branding dari Peter Montoya.
Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi kasus. Paradigma dalam penelitian ini adalah
konstruktivisme dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan tipe penelitian deskriptif berdasarkan
metode penelitian studi kasus. Data primer penelitian ini diperoleh melalui wawancara
kepada Nixon Farrel dan data sekunder diperoleh melalui teknik dokumentasi.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi TikTok menjadi wadah personal
branding yang tepat dalam membentuk self image. Media sosial TikTok @nixonzskyy
menunjukkan ahli sebagai influencer yang berfokus pada bidang food and travel. Dengan
menerapkan strategi yang efektif, seperti kekuatan konten, kekuatan interaksi, dan
kekuatan mempertahankan kehadiran secara online, termasuk penggunaan iklan berbayar
dan memaksimalkan fitur FYP, Nixon berhasil menarik perhatian audiens yang lebih luas
REPRESENTASI IDENTITAS DAN KONFLIK SOSIAL BUDAYA TOKOH DALAM NOVEL LAMPUKI KARYA ARAFAT NUR
No full textThis study aims to analyze the representation of identity and socio-cultural conflict in the novel Lampuki by Arafat Nur, using Ralf Dahrendorf's social conflict theory approach. The main focus of this study is to answer four problem formulations: (1) how individual and collective identities are represented in the novel, (2) how internal character conflicts are influenced by external pressures from socio-political change, (3) how social change and cultural shifts trigger conflict in the narrative, and (4) how social class and economic status influence interactions between characters. This study uses a qualitative method with descriptive analysis, where data is collected through text study and analyzed in depth. The results show that the Lampuki novel represents identity as something dynamic, which is continuously shaped by personal experiences, social pressures, and political changes. The internal conflicts of the characters in the novel are greatly influenced by the tension between traditional values and the changes in modernization that occur in society. In addition, social change and cultural shifts create clashes between individuals and groups, which exacerbate social conflicts in the novel. Other findings show that social class and economic status play a significant role in shaping patterns of interaction between characters, showing the inequality that is the root of many conflicts in the story. This research contributes to literary studies by enriching the understanding of how socio-cultural identities and conflicts are represented in literary works, particularly in the context of socio-political change in Indonesia
