Ethics and artificial intelligence in the Universal System of Human Rights
A question that is feasible to ask in the face of the accelerated development of artificial intelligence (ai) would be about the aspects that deserve to be highlighted when we put the variables of technological disruption, human rights and ethics face to face. This article aims to describe the direction that has been taken regarding the protection of human rights at the headquarters of the United Nations (un) and the un System. To achieve the objectives, a critical analysis was made of the international instruments recently approved by the various bodies, raw material for the documentary technique used here. The significant actions were reviewed in order to highlight the most relevant factors that have allowed the development of ethics for the so-called cybersociety in the context of the present century. One of the findings that stand out are the challenges that the supranational body faces when giving channel to this type of digital tools: regulation, validity, threats, etc., given that the instruments adopted are predominantly soft law in nature, which for some could imply a limited scope
Applicability of the Use of Low-cost Electrochemical Sensors as an Alternative in 8 Air Quality Measurement: Case Pm2.5
He authors of this study seek to evaluate the applicability of low-cost electrochemical sensors as an alternative in air quality for PM2.5. The study was based on two phases, the first with the objective of exposing the description and operation of the reference equipment (Teledyne T640) and the low-cost electrochemical sensors (Plantower PMS7003, Plantower PMSA003, Honeywell HPMA115SO, Sensirion SPS30 and Panasonic SN-GCJA5). The second phase focuses on specifying the site and measurement dates of the reference equipment and sensors, as well as presenting the details of the organization of the data obtained and validated for subsequent analysis with different descriptive statistical tools. The five sensors studied proved to be appropriate for PM2.5 measurement, however, in the statistical analysis they presented regular R2 values, thus indicating uncertainty in the reported data. It is considered that low-cost sensors can become an important tool in the function of complementing the current air quality monitoring networks, but for the moment they can only be used for indicative evaluations

Measuring socioeconomic impacts in environmental studies: A methodological approach
The assessment (ex – ante) of the physical and biological impacts in an Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) has a methodology reviewed and supported by the majority of the scientific community, such as Environmental Quality Standards (ECA) or Maximum Permissible Limits (MPL). However, what are the parameters to assessment socioeconomic impacts in an EIA? And what indicator to use to measure these impacts? These questions are intended to be answered in this work through a methodological approach, taking current economic theory as support and constructing a set of intensity indicators and their respective parameters. It is expected that this proposal can be a reference for evaluators, consultants and that it be continually reviewed by the scientific community, and that in this way the EIAs are better prepared and can be suitable for making environmental decisions
Memorias de un mexicano. 1ª. Parte.
