Last-mile logistics analysis of retail trade in the historic center of Popayán, Colombia
The distribution of goods in intermediate cities in Latin America has become a logistical challenge that involves different factors: stakeholder interests, available infrastructure, changes in supply chains, technological trends and consumer demand for products. Given the lack of integration between the private and public sectors, decision makers opt for inefficient measures to regulate the distribution of goods from retail stores. Considering that retail trade is of great economic importance in emerging markets such as Latin America, this research analyzed the last-mile distribution operations of retail trade in the historic center of Popayán, Colombia. The methodology was three-phased: identify, evaluate and understand the logistics of commercial establishments in the study area. As a relevant result, significant differences were found between the sub-zones, with a distribution that depends on the type of product. Therefore, this study can serve as a basis for the formulation of public policies for this city, based on methods from other studies carried out in Latin American cities. The line of research has a wide field to cover in the study of last mile deliveries and urban logistics

Experience in the use of artificiali in higher education: The case of Tecnológico Nacional de México
Artificial intelligence (ai) offers multiple benefits as a tool to improve and transform education derived from the personalization of teaching. In recent generations it has played an important role in school performance. This research aimed to assess the experience of higher education students at the Tecnológico Nacional de México campus Los Cabos regarding the use of artificial intelligence using mixed methodology to guide the research. The results indicated that students use ai in their learning process mainly to consult information. Among the most used technologies are the chatbot and generative tools. They found advantages in its use on access to information and personalized learning; among the disadvantages were identified the ethics of information processing and the need to have certain skills for efficient use. Regarding the experience in general it was stated that the treatment of information is a relevant point about plagiarism and the information obtained since they considered that redundancies and non-updated answers are given. It is concluded that these technologies are present in the academy; therefore, pertinent strategies must be implemented to take care of the IA management domain

Conceptual and methodological foundations for designing and developing the state of the art in legal research
This article analyzes and examines the conceptual and methodological foundations to design and develop the state of the art in legal research with a methodological approach that promotes a deep understanding of the plurality of approaches within this discipline, highlighting its importance for the identification of trends, gaps and doctrinal debates. First, the review of bibliographic sources is addressed with emphasis on the relevance of using current and reference documents to guarantee the theoretical and practical solidity of the research. Likewise, the validity and relevance of the sources is analyzed in a constantly evolving legal context, highlighting the need to adapt the theoretical framework to regulatory and jurisprudential changes. Regarding the methodology, a structured formulation is proposed for the design of the state of the art, which includes the identification, classification and critical analysis of primary and secondary sources. This approach allows us to articulate a solid conceptual framework that guides contemporary legal research. Finally, the main reference sources on legal methodology are explored, contributing to a debate on the plurality of approaches in scientific legal research
