A Semantic Knowledge Graph Approach to Support Outcome-Based Education System
No full textThe Outcome-Based Education (OBE) system is widely used to manage the learning process based on expected outcomes when students complete their studies. However, semantic web approaches have not been extensively utilized to support OBE implementations. This study introduces OBEOnto, an ontology for OBE curriculum implementation, comprising a general model (OBEOnto) and an extension model. The extension model accommodates specific requirements of institutions, illustrated through an example at Petra Christian University (PCU). The OBEOnto-based knowledge graph is then presented, showcasing its construction and use for data storage, retrieval, and analysis. Evaluation results demonstrate the justification and sufficiency of the OBEOnto-based knowledge graph, supporting the proper implementation of an OBE-based curriculum. This research contributes to the field by providing a foundation for incorporating semantic web approaches in OBE curriculum management
Financial statement comparability and cash holding: moderated by ESG performance in Indonesia

The paper examines the impact of financial statement comparability on cash holding moderated by Environmental Social Governance (ESG) performance.
Design/methodology/approach
A panel dataset of all publicly listed Indonesian firms from 2009 to 2022, evaluated with panel data regressions controlled by year and clustered by firms was the method of study. Then, a robustness test using alternative measurements, lagged variables and additional analyses are performed.
Findings
The result shows that there is no moderating role of ESG performance on financial statement comparability toward cash holding among Indonesian firms; nonetheless, ESG performance strengthened the capacity of financial statement comparability to lower cash holding significantly for firms with high ESG performance scores and not significant otherwise. This interplay of variables is developed following the Financial Services Authority imposed ESG regulation for publicly listed firms in Indonesia. Further, the analyses reveal that higher ESG performance can help firms achieve high market-based performance and make it easier to obtain external financing, thus lowering the need to hold more cash.
Originality/value
The study highlights the effect of financial statement comparability on cash holding, particularly moderated by ESG performance in a developing country where the agency cost is high and still very rare to be scrutinized. Additionally, the study helps to know the impacts prior and post-ESG regulation imposed in Indonesia

Nevertheless, the closed-house layer cage system is said to be associated with some disadvantages. For example: There is no real-time capture and recording of temperature and humidity values detected by sensors. Furthermore, although the system includes some real-time values and notifications about egg collections, it does not have any daily recording data or performance dashboard for the cage, for example, indicating eggs laid per day versus the predicted number of chickens in cages, so production efficiency can be calculated on a weekly basis. It is also clear that such attributes will be a requirement for breeders to make continued performance evaluations simpler. Further, there is no layered security system in place to operate the instruments or appliances installed. The existing control system can only be operated within the enclosure on a control panel and does not support remote operation with mobile devices
Servant Leadership: Its Role on Organizational Citizenship Behavior through Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment

There are research gaps between servant leadership and organizational citizenship behavior. The research confirms that servant leadership has no impact on organizational citizenship behavior. However, job satisfaction and organizational commitment are crucial and significant in that relationship. The research uses quantitative research with a purposive sampling technique. The population is employees in Surabaya, with 37 respondents as a sample. The data processing technique uses SmartPLS.The results indicate that servant leadership has no impact on organizational citizenship behavior. In addition, when mediated by job satisfaction and organizational commitment, servant leadership significantly impacts organizational citizenship behavior. Servant leadership itself has no significant impact on organizational citizenship behavior. However, other beneficial variables are necessary. Further research needs to get consistent results

First, we used the stochastics measurements as the features of the RF and MLP. Second, we added the candlestick features into the models. In the first scenario, the accuracy rate for the random forest is 61.68%, while the MLP gets an accuracy of 64.15%. Adding the candlestick features increases the accuracy of the

Get PDFReading is an important activity to access information. The frequently heard phrase, reading is a window to the world, emphasizes the importance of reading to understand the world. Therefore, reading skills are essential, and the SQ3R (Survey, Question, Read, Recite, and Review) method is one of the potentially useful options. At the elementary school level, the usage method of SQ3R is still limited, especially for fourth grade students at Gema Kasih Jubilee Elementary School, Kupang, Nusa Tenggara Timur. This research aimed to determine the effect of implementing the SQ3R method on their reading comprehension skills in Indonesian subjects using the quasi-experimental research category (QuasiExperimental) with an Equivalent Control Group design. Written test was administered for data collection. The normality and homogeneity test were run prior to Mann-Whitney test of the hypothesis. The results of research data processing show that Asymp.sig.(2-tailed) 0.02 is smaller than 0.05. Refer to this evidence, it favors the alternative hypothesis (Ha) that stated the SQ3R method has an effect on the reading comprehension skills in Indonesian subjects of fourth grade students at Gema Kasih Yobel Elementary School, Kupang
