Pengaruh Socioeconomic Dan Financial Knowledge Terhadap Financial Satisfaction Yang Dimediasi Oleh Financial Behavior Pada Kolektor Merchandise K-Pop
This study aims to analyze the influence of socioeconomic and financial knowledge on financial satisfaction mediated by financial behavior in K-pop merchandise collectors. High enthusiasm for K-pop merchandise is often exploited by irresponsible parties to commit fraud, which risks reducing collectors financial satisfaction. This study involved 175 respondents through primary data collection with an online questionnaire, analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method. The results showed that socioeconomic did not have a significant effect on financial satisfaction in K-pop merchandise collectors. In contrast, financial knowledge had a significant effect on financial satisfaction, both directly and through the mediation of financial behavior in K-pop merchandise collectors. These findings highlight the importance of financial literacy in increasing financial satisfaction amidst the risks faced by K-pop merchandise collectors
Text and Voice Integration with Wav2Vec and Specaugment for Improving Accuracy of Speech Emotion Recognition
Emotions are crucial in understanding the human
psychological state and can influence social interactions and
decision-making. The integration between emotion processing
and computational systems enables the creation of more natural
and adaptive interfaces. This research focuses on Speech
Emotion Recognition (SER), which aims to identify human
emotions through voice signal analysis. Many previous studies
have been limited to unimodal approaches, and just few have
explored multimodal approaches that combine voice and text
simultaneously. Furthermore, there is a lack of research that
directly integrates Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR) for text
as well as voice feature extraction in one step and applies data
augmentation to improve model generalization. This research
contributes to the improvement of accuracy for emotion
recognition tasks using the IEMOCAP dataset with total 5797
voices and text that contain angry, sad, happy, and neutral by
incorporating the Wav2Vec model as a multimodal feature
extractor (voice and text), and by applying SpecAugment to
enrich the data variety. Structurally, our proposed architecture
consists of two branches: a voice branch and a text branch.
Features extracted from Wav2Vec are sent to the voice branch
using an ECAPA-TDNN model, and to the text branch using a
BERT model. These two branches are then combined using fully
connected layers for final classification. Experiments show that
this multimodal approach can achieve high performance,
namely weighted accuracy of 90.28% and unweighted accuracy
of 90.62%, with requiring special fine-tuning of the text model.
These results indicate that the integration of multimodal with
pretrained and data augmentation approaches can significantly
improve the performance of SER system

Analisis Kualitatif Aksesibilitas Pengguna Kursi Roda di Hotel Pan Pacific Orchard
Abstract
Accessibility for wheelchair users is a crucial aspect of inclusive hospitality facility design, especially in countries with an aging population such as Singapore. With 13.3% of the population aged over 50 in 2024 and a projected 28.6% by 2030, the need for accessible spaces is becoming increasingly urgent. This study employed a content analysis method with a descriptive approach, in which the architectural floor plan of the Pan Pacific Orchard Hotel was redrawn and overlaid against the accessibility standards set by the Building and Construction Authority. The evaluation focused on five key elements: safety, visual focal points, corridors, cores, and user well-being. The findings indicate that the hotel not only meets technical accessibility requirements but also successfully integrates aesthetic elements with safety functions. Reflectively, this study highlights how the application of universal design can contribute to the creation of inclusive, meaningful, and adaptive spatial experiences for users with limited mobility. As such, the hotel serves as a model of design that promotes sustainability and competitiveness in the global hospitality sector
Developing Machine Learning Algorithms for Predicting House Prices in Surabaya Using IBM SPSS Modeler
Using PHP and IBMs SPSS Modeler for data mining and analytics, the au-thors collected and processed housing data from Rumah123 in Surabaya. A total of 10,336 data points were divided into two clusters. Three machine learning (ML) models were developed using SPSS Modeler for 2,460 data points. The results indicate that the Artificial Neural Network (ANN) model provided the most consistent correlation across all scenarios, while the Sup-port Vector Machine (SVM) model performed the worst. The Classification and Regression Tree (CART) model showed good performance in both train-ing and testing for the larger cluster but did not perform as well with the smaller cluster. Overall, ANN and CART models can be used to predict housing prices, with ANN offering higher accuracy

An Innovative Business Intelligence Modelling Approach on The Effects of Social Media Features on User Engagement
The intensity of todays social media landscape is unparalleled, with platforms that have evolved beyond basic messaging to include features such as story sharing, video content, shopping, and more. These are all in a bid to enhance user engagement. Although the effect of social media features on user engagement has been studied before, most of these studies have relied on in-person interviews, which can change the natural setting and unintentionally introduce response biases. This research adopted a different approach by utilizing observational data to analyze whether specific features influence user engagement. Data were from SEMrush and covered a time series of 260 points of user engagement metrics from two popular social media platforms in Indonesia: Instagram and TikTok. We retrospectively searched for credible references to determine when each feature was first introduced on these platforms. We used monthly fixed-effects regressions with robust standard errors to model the relationship between social media features and two metrics of user engagement: average visit duration and bounce rate. Our findings reveal diverse effects of features on user engagement. For instance, introducing a shopping feature increased the average visit duration of Instagram users, but conversely, a similar feature degraded the user engagement of TikTok users. Such intriguing patterns are discussed further in the paper
Performance Evaluation of Simple Regular Buildings using FBD and DDBD Methods with a Consistent Target Drift
The Direct Displacement Based Design (DDBD) method, proposed by
Priestley, is an alternative to the traditional Force-Based Design (FBD)
method for earthquake-resistant design. This study compares the
performance of 4-story and 12-story buildings designed using both FBD
and DDBD with the same target drift of 2%. The differences in base
shear used for the design of the two approaches are discussed. To
evaluate the buildings performance, Nonlinear Dynamic Procedure
(NDP) analysis, or nonlinear time history analysis, was conducted considering
500 and 2500 years return period earthquakes. The results indicate that
the actual drift of both designs deviates from the target drift; however,
the observed drifts remain within the maximum limits set by FEMA
356. Moreover, plastic damages were observed in unexpected areas of
the columns, suggesting that the strong-column weak-beam design concept,
as stipulated by building codes, does not entirely prevent damage to
columns
